I get life is a grind, but today I left without drinking my coffee (pour-over) that I paid for. This just made it more difficult to grind the rest of my daily life I had left this Friday.I didnt expect to sit at the table while my coffee sat in the pour-over contraption forgotten. When it was made apparent that I had been forgotten, instead of even checking if my coffee had gotten cold it was quickly poured into a paper to-go-cup although I ordered it for here. I had hoped to sit and enjoy my cups of coffee in a ceramic cup as it should be.I returned the paper cup full of untouched coffee. When I said that I didnt want it, no-one asked why, offered a refund or a correction.The thing that really grinds me is that I regularly tip 20%. This lack of service was not prompt or correct.I am owed a large pour-over that I can drink from a civilized ceramic cup. Until atonement has been made, tips will be reduced to 1%.

Still a favorite, they do have plenty of outdoor seating! Today choice iced green tea matcha latte. Ive never had it with the small crushed ice before, very fun. By the way the large is REALLY Large

Choice between I.A.G and Starbucks- chose I.A.G. Smart move. Good, friendly service and good selection. Breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. Hazelnut mocha was spot on!

Got the Cafe americano, good taste here. Not too much water, and definitely not a burnt taste like you know who. Hope its a grind stays in business with all the competition pooping up

Best coffee in Galt! Sometimes I even drive to Galt from Lodi because they make the best chunky monkey! You have to be prepared to wait, it’s not a place where you can just stop real quick. Other than the wait, everything else is great! :)

Not only is their coffees amazing but the staff is top notch! Always friendly, served with a smile and they always make sure to greet you and wish you a good day. To me, thats everything customer service should be!

Even though there are others around, this is like a HomeTown local coffee shop where they know your name and the same people come everyday. They start making our drinks the minute they see us pull in the parking lot. If you like getting bagels with your coffee in the morning, there is nothing like going to Its a Grind and having a huge fat bakery fresh delicious bagel, lots of different flavors, and they toast it and put the cream cheese on for you, spread as thick as you want. So much nicer than a cold icky bagel from Starbucks and they hand you a little packet of cream cheese.

Consistently good coffee with a deep rich flavor. Very friendly staff and a warm inviting place. Great selection of pastries. A great spot to hang out, read, visit with friends or work.

Best tasting coffee in town, in my opinion. Always excellent and prompt service.... well pooh, update... they mustve hired new staff recently. Not only are they slacking on excellent service, they are also getting slower. 10 minutes between the guy ahead of me, and my order!! Literally, 10 minutes to make a Caramel Latte.My last 2 visits were quite the disappointment. Not only told me I couldnt have peanut butter in a hot coffee (like previous visits and included on their sign), somebody is confused about the ingredients for a latte - IT DOESNT HAVE CHOCOLATE!! If I wanted a Mocha, I would order one. I will have to begin making the drive up to Dutch Brothers, if these kids cant get their orders back up to par.

Great staff and fast service. They have a good selection of drink options and always great flavors. I love their mug selection too, they have some great quotes on them.

Six stars if I could. We so miss the Its a Grind in our neighborhood. The coffee drinks are really tasty, better than the competition. At this location, the staff was super friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommended.

NOT HAPPY. They removed their sign of mandatory mask to enter. I didnt realize until we walked out no customers were wearing masks. They just lost me as a customer.

Like the OTHER place, only a lot better. Good service and a friendly staff. Quality of drinks is better.

Get the Gnar Gnar drink if you love peanut butter! Nice and hot, sweet and delicious! The barista was friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was definitely a cozy coffee house.

There is a good selection of drinks and good service. With the coffee drinks here you TASTE the flavor(s) unlike some coffee chains, whose drinks are sugar bombs before anything else.

With a new Starbucks going in a short distance away, I sincerely hope that this business doesn’t suffer too much. They have a great staff here and super service as well. Most certainly recommend. Ample parking and a Raley’s close by.

First time going today, and decided to try the special Candy Apple Nut Blended Coffee - OMG DELICIOUS!! Id go back just for that! Prices are a little high but the drink sizes are larger too so not too bad.

Its usually good only place open at 5 am except when you get all the way to work without taking a sip and realize they gave you hot milk. I went back a few weeks later and found this in my drink.
