Awful customer service. I waited five minutes in front of the cash register as the only customer in line with staffs passing by back and forth without uttering a single word to me and staffs standing in the back looking at me like what in the world was I doing there. Not wanting to be that customer, I waited patiently and silently to be assisted for what seemed like forever getting nothing but stares from the workers until one of them finally decided to show up and help me out with my order. For information, they were not that busy considering that it was end of the day, and they were not short of staffs considering that one of their co-workers standing near the cash register looked far from busy with work. One advice for that employee: at least pretend to look like it for your own sake. I do not expect people to be nice and friendly (be fake all you want, I do not care) but I do expect them to know how to do their job and do it right.

Something is always up with this location. Also, the drive through is usually closed off and they’re out of stock on great items and simple stuff... and ALL OUT OF NITRO BREW!! I just place my order through the mobile app for the other location off C street.

Slowest store this side of the west. Also terrible quality. Theres an AMPM right nextdoor that makes better coffee faster...

Great service! Moves through the busy off highway location line quickly yet still gives you all of the niceties that make buying a coffee so enjoyable! Efficiency and customer service is a difficult ballance but they nail it.

Its clean, the baristas are really nice and they keep the drive through running fast.

I’ve never been a fan of Starbucks, but I think it’s starting to grow on me. The sugar free decaf Vanilla Latte hits the spot every time. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

LTL truck driver here. Tried mobile order at 8:40pm (they close at 9pm) but it was unavailable. Called the number on the door, i advised the gal that answered that i was a truck driver and i parked my rig across the street and she said she was unable to take my payment at the door and i couldnt walk up to the drive up window to pay, leaving no other option for me to get a cup of coffee. I thought truck drivers/customers would get better treatment than that. I wont be coming here again.

Who ever is running the drive thru today at 5:30pm needs to be re-trained in customer service. When taking my order had a condescending tone “ add whip to your coffee” than when pulling up “3.65$” took my card and gave me my coffee than didn’t order me my receipt nor attempt to say sorry for the long lines since she was having problems with other orders or even a simple have a good night etc. It wasn’t even very busy like usual for this location. As someone who is a manager in retail I understand the ups and downs and have high understanding but this definitely unacceptable.

It was clean and the employees got my order right, my food was on point too! And I used some of my star rewards to get some of my food ☺

Location is losing money for maintaining lobby close and only having Drive thru open. I decided to go next door to AM PM instead and so did another Lady.

Most employees are courteous and friendly. Despite the long lines, they work quickly. I do drivethru because I’m person orders take too long. I’m a regular and occasionally I’ll get the one employee that says they have my order right even though It’s not right on the screen. Also, don’t like that you can’t see the order on the screen; it’s happened too many times and the drinks were hit or miss right.

I hope owner read this and teach one of their staff a lesson:Due to Covid they took only mobile order and drive thru. I ordered a coffee at 2:40PM from home before leaving and got there at 2:44PM and the app said Id expect to get the coffee at 2:46PM, I called the number on the door as soon as I got there and the lady said it will be right out soon. About 1 or 2mn and old lady (customer)showed up at the door and didnt know the door was closed, 1 mn later a Staff (young lady that Im talking about) came out asked the old lady and even took her order from the door ( She didnt have mobile order). I though I was invisible to that Young lady cuz I was the only one standing right in front of the door and she didnt even ask me anything. About few minutes later she came out again still didnt see me and talked to old lady again about her order. The third time, about 6 or 7 minutes later she came out again with 3 items for old lady and still didnt see me, she was about to go back in, I had to ask her for my order and told my name and she said shed check it out... after that I waited for about 10mn and it was 3:15PM still nobody came out, I had to call the number again and yelled at someone on the phone, and then another lady staff came out with my coffee and said sorry. I noticed the ice was already melt, the coffee was made and ready like the app said 2:46PM but because of the carelessness of the staffs made me wait more than 30mn.I was so mad, because I called the number as soon as I got there and they knew it.Plus young lady took the order at the door came out 3 times didnt even bother to ask me as I was the only one who was standing right at the door.I wanted to rate zero for this, I was really really mad. Hope owner teach them how to serve their customers more properly.

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra extra caramel drizzle and a banana nut bread. The girl who took my order was very kind. I believe her name was kaitlyn or something like that not sure how to spell it I went in on July 18,2020. @ 3:17:10pm.

This specific Starbucks has great staff, Im a regular and Madi always remembers my drink of choice. Which is a good mood booster. I recommend this location to everyone.

In regards to the interior and exterior, it is a beautiful structure with very nice decor inside. Its a cozy place to drink some coffee and hang out. As for the employees, they are usually very friendly. Its a new store, so they are working on getting fast. Theyve got a lot of new partners so its not perfected yet. Its a high volume store so it always has a line. In conclusion, its a nice addition to Galt

Went for the first time saw there website said open at 4:30am so decided to go before work. That was a fail i showed up at drive threw at 4:35 am no one to take order and the machine was off smh

Waste of time to come here unless you plan on sitting in your car on WiFi. I’ve been here 3 times the past week and every time the shop is closed with no signs telling anyone so. (Edit: I did walk past door to go to another store and there is a handwritten, in readable only at arms length, notice that they closed at 2 pm, not 9 pm.) I luckily was just there for the WiFi, but I watched A LOT of po’d customers walk away. If they’re going to close early they should at least pull up their signs and post update on the website. Even there it tells you you cant order online but will take your order in person. I’d be po’d too if I drove the 10 miles from home to get here only to find out they aren’t open!

Seems Starbucks is getting all fancy in their bathrooms. The soap, water and air dryer were all located in one unit. The bathrooms were separated from the sink so anyone could use the bathroom while the other person could wash their hands.

With it being located in the middle of an active construction zone with the adjoining gas station, it is difficult to get in and out of because the construction workers take up all the parking spaces. So, it is hazardous getting your car into and out of the drive through. Also with the parking situation out of control and no support from the local management, you can forget about parking your car and going in to sit down for a cup and a snack. But then maybe they want it that way? No customers sitting down, no need to clean tables… It is just sad, it has been this way at this location since it opened and all you get as a customer when you mention it is a shoulder shrug and a “Sorry, it is what it is” from the staff but never an attempt to make their store actually safe for customers to come and go. It is apparently perceived that the brand name is enough for the customers to take the risk to their vehicle and safety for a cup of coffee. I vote no today and until it is resolved. At least my coffee pot at home won’t run into my car.Might be better, someday... But I will not hold my breath.

The wifey loves this place. The one time I went the coffee was tasty, they didnt have caramel all over the side of my cup, and we had our coffees extremely fast considering how busy this place was.

Coffee is fine, pastries are good. Really just come here to earn stars and get free stuff, but Its a grind, or Cafe latte across the freeway are both better coffee spots. Even Raleys has Peets which is a better coffee spot as well.

My favorite coffee shop in all of galt. I love the baristas they always know my name and drink and they work really hard. It gets super busy every morning so if you have somewhere to be go earlier and just be prepared to have a bit of a wait. And be warned that the parking lot is atrocious but that’s not their fault.

They dont clean there machines half the time you can tell when non coffee things straight up taste like coffee.

Great service. Would have been 5 stars. However, all 3 drinks - the lids did not fit the cups, thus leaked all over me, all over my car. Very messy. Im sure the issue is with the maker of the cups; bad lot, not the store itself.

So I prefer ordered my coffee the night before for a 5:30am pick up for sunrise ceremony. I arrive and they tell me I have to wait till 6 because they are not open nd that I have to wait in the, drive thru line. So we the missed sunrise. I have been doing the sunrise ceremony for 7 yrs been buying the coffee at Starbucks every year this is the last year I will use them. Bad service attitude.

The service is excellent. The design for getting in and out of the drive thru is convoluted and difficult to find. There is a lot of cross traffic when exiting, so be careful.

If it isn’t enough having to wait because of the long line in drive thru but having to wait in line and watch as your baristas are pulling up there shirts showing off there tattoos real professional this is why I’d rather stick to it’s a grind if I could give 0 stars I would.
