The air bar I purchased there a little while ago is not a real air bar it’s a fake. Easy to tell. Plastic on container is shrink wrapped poorly in comparison and the tip of the air bar is hard rubber not soft rubber as well as the pull from the hit being completely different. I’d be glad to bring by the exact same flavor air bar in the real variety and show them. I got a cake delta 8 as well and it seams to be fine. That’s why the 3 stars. 50% of my trip was positive.

Vast array of skateboard accessories and other things. Yet, they were out of stock on Optimo Silver natural leaf cigarillos.

Ive been dealing with the Wild Side for years now and I have never been dissatisfied with anything I have gotten. The staff is always friendly and helpful

When ever I go to Galveston, I always stop here. It is an awesome place. I live over a 3 hour drive away though so cant go often. When I went today I requested full spectrum Elektra hemp flowers. Since he didnt have it in the size I wanted, he knocked off $5 on a larger size. I paid and started the long drive back home. About half way home, my daughter took it out and we opened and smelled it, smells great. The taste is not bad in my vaporizer either. It didnt say Electra anywhere on it, but when I went in today, he assured me and showed me that it is Elektra and I am really happy. Great shop, great prices, friendly staff. Wish it was closer to my home. Thanks guys!

Went today, staff was very friendly to me, I didnt have any issues, tested my product before I left, it worked fine. Bought some other random stuff pretty cheap. No issues at all. I have always returned here to very nice people. Thanks guys.

Came in yesterday morning and enjoyed the shop’s selection of items. The customer service was excellent compared to Hazy Daze on the Strand, which I shopped at before stopping here. Bought me a pretty sweet rig for an awesome price and was even convinced to buy some of their hemp flower which I ended up loving. Will be back!

Rude staff. Blonde haired girl that works there in particular. I used to like buying from that place but that girl has been way too rude way too many times and I can’t believe the owners allow a person like that to still work for them. I am sorry but there are plenty of other smoke shops on the seawall and in Galveston that are way more decent than Wild Side. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will recommend any of my smoking buddies not to conduct business there.

I and my family have shopped here for years. Sometimes we browse, sometimes we buy.I was having a hard time mentally today, but am only down here today, and planned on stopping here on my way out.I neglected to get names, but a young lady and young man listened, suggested and sold. They literally changed my day, for the better. And, not because I bought today, either! By listening to me, they sold me a device I can use without having to use a lighter, which is difficult for me due to a hand condition. They didnt try to sell me a lighter, they sold me something I didnt need a lighter for.I am eleventy-seven hundred percent satisfied with sales AND service.Ill be back.

The staff are rude and have no problem ripping you off. I recommend you inspect your purchases because you will be sold a defective item, they will swap the item you were purchasing with something completely different and then say there are no returns. On another occasion the girl who works there wrapped up broken merchandise and I didn’t know until I got home. So I say don’t shop there unless you pay attention and don’t mind rudeness or judge mental behavior!

I love this smoke shop the owners son is really nice and very helpful. Great variety of rillos and also incense. I also got a really cool Rasta skirt from there that fits awesome. Always clean and professional. Very cool local business! Love love love!
