This place was full and hard to find anything. I couldnt find a tank top in a 2xl. We looked for over 30 minutes. They had lots of clothing and cute souvenirs.

Dont bother going in here if you are above a size L. They do not carry a thing that will fit. Given all the larger sized ppl Ive seen here this week, explains why there are so many items left in the store. Store is well lit and clean, products are awesome but they are horribly prejudiced and discriminatory towards larger people. Wont be back.

As much as I typically enjoy looking at souvenirs, I rarely buy them because their prices can be ridiculous! I was so surprised, and impressed, that here the prices are very affordable, and the quality is high. They have a huge variety of clothing, so there is something for everybody. We were going to stop by another souvenir store on the Seawall but there was no parking. When we saw this one, and that they had their own parking lot, we decided to stop in. I’m glad we did! This will for sure be my to-go place when I am in town.

It was interesting. I had never been in there bf. I have been here many times. There sighn outside said 4 shirts for $10.00. That was just a hocks to get you in there. There not friendly and there were 2 women that work there following me around. Made you feel uncomfortable. Wont go back

Wow absolutely terrible customer service. Watch the girl (brunette) running the register be rude to almost every customer who asked a question while they were checking out. If you cant be nice to customers dont work in customer service.

If you need anything in a hurry for the beach they have it. Its a run of the mill beach shop, nothing unique. I needed can koozies and they had them.

Website states store closes at 10 pm. Was at this location for a last minute birthday gift at 8:45 pm and doors were locked. I called the location and asked what time did they close. A girl stated they were closing in alittle bit. I said I was there at the location and the doors were locked. She then told me they were there, but were cleaning the store because they weee leaving at 10. I asked her again what time were they closing and she said they closed at 9. So what time do you close?

Parking lot its a caos and really small. The ugly/worst... A lady and her safety guy. Shes 🤺heave rude. she will 🏇approach you and ask you why you take pictures of the merchandise and still chases you through the store and tells the other employees to watch you and sends you to their guard and they do not take off until they 💩harass you and leave. even so, my 🤟friends and me made a good big purcha$e, your welcome😙 maam.

Got some great clothes while we were there. I called later to find out how I could order online. People were great, we found a T-shirt that we liked but couldnt find the right size, they made us one. Ill definitely go back. Sad that they dont have a website.

No Masks. No Worries. No Brains. With a mandatory mask order in place, the staff apparently thought it meant everyone else but them. Almost all of their young customers shared their sentiments regarding masking up. The staff’s cavalier attitude spoke volumes about their care and concern for public health. Spend your money somewhere else.

Didnt have sizes we needed and didnt have the merchandise we are used seeing.

Helpful and good stuff, but a little overpriced

My kids were asked to put there mask back over their nose, which I understand but it was how it was said to them and then the fact adults came in and no one asked them to put masks over their nose. Just didnt feel welcomed by the staff or they wanted us there. Nice selection and some different than other stores but will not shop there again on our next trip.

We went when masks were required, but when we got inside one of the employees told me I didnt have to wear my mask unless the fire marshal showed up. I didnt take my mask off and wish he wouldve put his back on. I shouldve left then, but I didnt. The souvenirs were the same exact things Ive seen for the last 20 years. We paid $22 for a small bottle of sunscreen without realizing it until we got back to the hotel. So be sure the check the prices. The service also wasnt great, as most of the employees werent friendly. I recommend trying out a different souvenir store if possible.

They have nicer things at this store but the customer service is the absolute worse. I would have spent more than just $100 if i wasnt so pressured to leave. After looking at past reviews its definitely clear now that its just the Hispanics that are not welcome i guess. Dakota.b is the name on my receipt. We got the best service from the staff at Wings! We couldnt find the right size in several designs, so we asked for some help & they made them right there in the store for us! They let us choose the designs, color of the shirt & the size! The best part was...They did it with a smile! They didnt act like we were bothering them! If youre in Galveston & need a tee shirt, please go visit them!

The store has helpful and friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient. I saw some boards priced out front in display that I could not find in the store but that is probably because of the large selections available. The only thing I would like to see would be a larger selection of the towels and swimwear.

Nice little shop for beach gear. Great finds and cheap taffy. Staff doesnt assist just walks around but loved how spacious it is. Wonderful shot glass collection and a few clearance racks also. Even have handicapped parking.

Good selection, some lower level and more well made swimwear at fair prices and some very cute coverups. No colors have bled but I always wash in cold water. Had no trouble, was here Wednesday the 26th and they treated my dark hair, skin and tattoos sweetly and very respectfully. I will gladly shop here.

Would give no stars if possible. Staff member was very rude. Walked in and then right back out after an employee was rude about us walking in a minute before 9 even though they already had other customers and the doors were unlocked. Spending my money somewhere else! :)

Its probably the first gift shop you see when you drive in from I-45. Its a typical touristy shop with neon shirts and beach toys, however the prices are surprisingly cheap - especially towards the end of summer. My friend and I bought clearance flip flops for $2.00 😄 Usually parking is easy and its a nice place to stop if you ever need anything quick before hitting the beach.

Went there on a birthday vacation for my wife always has cool stuff to buy for under 4 dollars like magnets and key chains. Has a great selection of clothes as well, something for everyone. Is a great place to visit in Galveston

Sooo, I really liked the quality of the clothing and all of the selections including the trinkets. But, I felt stalked walking through the store! One of the sales ladies made it very obvious and uncomfortable which in turn made me want to leave. The crazy thing is I dont even carry a purse or a bag. Where would I put the stolen item(s)?!?!?!?

They had some cool stuff, prices werent too bad... we left without buying anything because the girl helping us was obviously on some hard core drugs, She was very out of it and made us feel very uncomfortable.

The quality of their merchandise has plummeted in the last year. They used to have nice stuff, now its cheap...the dye runs all over everything...sad really.

Maaannnn... before I moved here, Id visited this shop during a vacation. Got nicely priced t-shirts, dresses, hats, etc. as souvenirs. Went back recently and it was completely different and much more expensive. The same exact hats Id bought before were about $4 more. Disappointing:(

Very rude manager, lets everyone cut in line, dismisses my son when he goes to ask for Advil for me...never even got the chance to ask because she thought he was done when he asked about the fidget spinner and then tells him he has to go back in line to get Advil. A little niceness to all customers goes a long way. Too bad this store will never get out business. I called to complain and tell manager pretty much cut me off and told a completely different story than my son. I believe my son, so you lost our business.

AVOID. Cheap stuff. Bought three (3) Ts and after one washing two of the three lost all of the screening.

If it was possible to rate no stars, I would. I have never in my life been so insulted. The cashier was very rude and instantly accused my boyfriend and me of stealing a pair of flip flops, because they sold the same brand (them and every other surf shop in Galveston). She lied, cursed at me and stated she saw him put them on inside the shop, when obviously she didnt and obviously the shop doesnt have any cameras or she would have seen the truth and that he walked in wearing the flip flops. Word of advice, if youre Hispanic or tattooed, stay away you will be accused of stealing.

Lots of selections. Pretty standard for a tourist area. Looking for a small purse, but had to go elsewhere. If you need beach-type products, this is your shop.

Terrible, they denied us the restroom for our 4 yr old little boy. We had a ton of merchandise in our hands ready to checkout and they still denied us. We left the merchandise at the counter and walked out.

Walked in with my 5 yr old granddaughter for sunglasses that would fit her little head and was greeted by a really sweet employee who jumped on helping us find a pair. I wish I had gotten her name.

It was a nice store just not a whole lot of variety for plus size women.

Very disappointed with the service. Only one person offered help while we were in the store. We purchased 4 printed shirts and all of them lost the printing after the first wash. So all we have left are 4 plain blank shirts from Wings. We wont be stopping in there next time.

I bought at laser gun from this store in 2009. Still to this day it is fully functional and works great!

Spent alot of money in there, had to pee and they told me they didnt have public bathrooms, that ive used in the past, this is one of the places we stop at 2 or 3 times a year but never again. All the workers were very rude soon as we walked in. Also the 70% off is a JOKE.
