Charlie, Ray, Molly & Crew are the BEST!! They not only fixed my cart after it was stolen and wrecked very quickly, the price they charged me was fair and honest. Ray is one of the most knowledgeable golf cart mechanics I have ever seen. These guys are the only place I will go from now on, I never feel like I have been gouged when I walk out. If you want it honest with a fair price, whether repairs or to buy a new or used cart, these guys are the best on the Island for that. Check them out for all your golf cart needs and tell them Billy sent you!!

I sent my cart in for a tune up, lighting upgrade and some other things. Service was first class and pricing was very reasonable. They definitely have my future business. I highly recommend them.

I went in to talk about having my golf cart serviced and repaired. I stood in the shop for a few minutes and when no one was around, I went inside to the service desk. There were two guys sitting on carts in the showroom, they seemed to not notice that I was in the building. I said hello, and then they both stood up and moved around. Neither one of them acknowledged my hello, the older blond guy looked at me with no response then picked up paperwork and started reading a repair order to the other gentleman. I was was the only person in the building besides them. I have never experienced such an absolute disregard for a customer from a business like this before. I stood there a couple more minutes and then just walked out. It was like I was invisible. The owner responded to my review. It is a nice story. There is one situation with the reply. The explanation that they thought I was someone else still does not justify the fact that after saying hello to the gentleman in the office they did not reply with an acknowledgement of the greeting. This is not a way to welcome a customer in that is there to pay their bill. Just saying.....

There are not enough good things to say about this company. The location is convenient, they are friendly, prices are great and they were efficient. I could not be happier that I chose to take my cart to them to service. I will be recommending them to everyone!!!
