The store located in Galveston, I had an encounter with the worst of your employees her name is Laura and do not represent your brand the way I’m used for several years. I came in asking for pricing and product specs for a new project and she literally rolled her eyes gave me her back and she babbled upset the entire time. I have been bringing my business here for a long time and never have a complaint but this people do not represent your brand the way is Supposed

Drove 45 minutes to this store since my local store didn’t have a specific paint we needed. I was pleasantly surprised with the service that we received. Kendal was very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the correct paint for multiple projects we’re tackling.

We bought gallons of paint from the Galveston Sherwin Williams for our new home which had been recently painted a bright white. After we spent weeks painting, the paint started peeling off due to the incorrect original white that was on the walls (which should not have been used). Sherwin Williams employees (especially the manager, Kendell) were very quick on figuring the issues out and helped us correct them at no additional cost. We will always use this store for our painting needs!

Free coffee. Free design center. Decent selection of paint card samples but not nearly a complete listing. They can make samples in a quart size only that is latex with a satin finish. I was disappointed that a flat finish option wasnt available. Not every wants shiny/glossy walls.
