The worst experience!Sliding glass door was damaged during install. It took them 6 months to fix. I understand delays, however the rude, untruthful receptionist isn’t helping their business. If you say you will call someone back-do it. If you say you will send an email-do it. The customer service of the phone/front desk is lacking and that is the face of the business. It shouldn’t of been as stressful and unreliable of a transaction as it was.

So I broke a pane of glass in a frame that was 60 years old. I took it to my regular glazier in town and no one would even look at it then I took it to Kinney Glass and they looked at it and told me how it came apart, what I would need to do to look perfect like it had never happened, and how much it would cost. They are tops for getting windows replaced.I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I will save time and go to them first.

My car window was replaced promptly, they even gave me a ride to work while the window was being fixed.
