Tom was very unprofessional. He was unwilling to work with my insurance to ensure that I would have the lowest out of pocket expense. I had already been warned by other patrons that “they” will try to get you to make unnecessary purchases. After being rude to the point I no longer wanted to provide them with my business. Save your time, money, and energy. Go where customers are appreciated, and not seen as only dollar signs!

Great job had a Flowmaster series 40 muffler installed install went smooth and tech did a great job and for a good price highly recommended.

They told me the engine was bad and needed replacement. Wanted to charge me, $5600.00 to . Then told me they had someone that wanted it for $800.00 as it was. Next day I called and told them I was sending a tow truck to pick it up. When the truck got here he drove my pick up off the flatbed. The engine was running great. Not blown like I was told. The just wanted me to agree to give them my 1998 g,150 with only 78000 miles on it for $800.00. you be the judge.

Took my car up there on a Monday mid afternoon didnt get my car back until Saturday morning lack of communication didnt call me to explain what was going on i had to go up there several days to even see if they were working on the car then just ordered parts added them without my permission claiming that the car would run better which it didnt. Guy is telling me all this and that about my car but didnt fix the problem at all changed some parts and insisted that i convert my car over because they dont know what there doing. Took my car up there running bad got it back running bad so it shows that nothing was done to car. Overpriced and for anyone who has a hot rod i recommend that you do not go up there they are basic mechanics and it shows even though they said they work on cars like mine.

You was suppose to change my back right brake and it went out in less than 2 months and I thought oil change is suppose to be every 5000 miles and you just put enough in for 6 months. I will not be going back to them

Here we go...I took my car to this garage to get my AC checked because it was going out while I was driving long distances. I try to call the shop after my car has been there for hours because he said they would have it done the same day, no answer. The owner calls me 10 minutes before they close and says there’s nothing wrong with my car. Then says I have to make it back to the shop within the 10 minutes to pick up my car. I get there and ask what was done to check it. He says the hooked up the machine that checks the Freon and it checked out.The next week comes around and I take my car back for the same issue, this time while the AC is out so they can see what is going on. Here’s where things go downhill. The owner again calls me back again about 10 minutes before they close and says the machine they have to check my AC isn’t compatible with my car.......... remember how a week ago I said I took my car in and he told me he checked it with the machine? How did he do that exactly if now the machine isn’t compatible?? He then goes on to tell me they were test driving my car and cracked my windshield. So not only can they not fix my car, they made it worse. Tells me to come up there and take pictures of my car. I get there and the police officer who wrote up the report tells me he left right after he called me. So, why tell me to come up there for no reason? My car is inside and I can’t take pictures.I’ll save you all of the boring details but long story short, this man does not carry insurance at his garage to cover the vehicles he is working on. I spoke with the adjuster yesterday who informed me he again opted out of this insurance. I will say he got my windshield fixed eventually and provided me with a rental in the meantime. This could’ve been solved in a day but he was too lazy to make phone calls to the insurance company until I came up there in person and asked for the information to do it myself, then he called in front of me and cursed at people on the phone. So I will give him credit for attempting to make things right. But overall, very poor professionalism, very poor service, and they were not honest with me about my first visit with them.

They were knowledgeable and did not try to charge me for unnecessary repairs.

Everytime I went they was fair with the prices and did a great job on both vehicles.

My go to shop for quality and timely service. I’ve tried to give others shops a chance but it seems honest, straightforward, one stop shops are hard to find. These guys can do it all.My favorite experience was my 98 Jeep Wrangler died mid drive one day. Managed to barely drive it into a shop in Savannah. After a week of “trial and error” with the other shop, $900 bill, and having to TOW my car out because it wouldn’t start again, I had it brought to 3 guys. They called me an hour later saying it was fixed. Total cost, $50 for a bad sensor. That’s when I knew these guys were the real deal. Thanks again 3 Guys.

My car had suddenly stopped cranking, thankfully this garage was walking distance and one of the mechanics was nice enough to see if we could get it start just to get to the garage! Got my car in right away and had it done early the next day! Great work and reasonable pricing! As far as the owner being “rude” I took it as just being straight forward- no sugar coating . Very nice person as well! Thank you all for the great work! Will be doing business here again!

I recommend 3 guys garage to anyone. I’m not from the area however, I was traveling from Florida to Sc and car starting having issues. Contacted Mr.Tom told him what happened. He offered to have my car towed from where it was to his shop for a small fee. I appreciated that also. Nevertheless he got my car up in running the next day. Also recommended other work that may be needed but he didn’t pressure me in to get it now like most shops will do for another sale. He was very honest and knowledgeable. So was his employees also receive warranty on the parts he Installed. By the way Mr. Tom tell your guys engine light turned off :). U deserve all the stars

Had my folks in town when we ran into some car trouble. We suspected the alternator was the culprit. We found these guys with good reviews so we got it towed the mile from where we broke down.Guy at the front was nice and confident they could fix it quickly. This was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.They had the alternator replaced and car fixed within two hours. Price was as expected and worth every penny considering we were expecting to stay in town longer to have it fixed. Highly recommend them.

I recently went into this shop to get the alternator on my car replaced. While at the counter speaking with the employee I simply asked why he wanted my address. (just wanted to know if they were going to send me anything in the mail or anything else like that). The employee then picked up his phone, turned away and gave me the silent treatment. I apologized for any offence I might have caused, and said I was just trying to ask an honest question. The man then repeatedly told me that I had a problem he wouldnt serve me and that I needed to leave. So I left. Id heard from a friend that this shop did good work, and they very well could. Im not insulting the shops automotive skills. I simply dont know as I was refused service for asking what they were going to do with my personal information.

These are great guys, though none of the 3 guys were there. They put out great effort to find us the right part and get us back on the road as soon as they could. Shout out to Seymour (who loves his name) he will get it done.

Brought my girl car there (07 model) for a diagnostic and got fast great service but when I brought my car (80 model) for a diagnostic its been sitting there for weeks now with more problems than what i brought it with. My advice? Dont bring them any old schools and u will be fine

Recently purchased a late model vehicle and was headed to this garage because it was recommended by individuals that had older vehicles serviced here. Tom and the guys here really get things done and are straight forward about what need immediate attention and what could wait. I have to say I will be returning to this garage in the future, amazing service and they are truthful with the time estimates that are given for repair.

Wow these guys are awesome. Just purchased a F450 diesel and they were very knowledgeable about the motor and after market parts. Definitely will be back when my truck need something.

If I could give this place a lesser rating I would, charged for a service that wasnt completed or done correctly, when I told him Id take it to another shop to get it fixed we agreed that we would make it right by getting a refund for the cost it took the other shop to fix it, when I came back to discuss the cost of the other shop he seemed to stick to his word and wrote me a check. A few days later I get notified that he stopped payment on the check. I came back to discuss it with him only for him to tell me he wasnt going to pay it because it want able to be proven it was his shop that caused the damages to my engine that kept it from being installed.

The customer service here was great. I called for a quote for both here and one other shop for a brake and rotor replacement. He gave me a discount for the company i work at and was $65 cheaper than the competitor. It was awesome. I will continue to get all services here from now on.

Highly recommend! Tom, the owner, was very personable and got me in and out for an oil change. They made some recommendations of things that needed attention, but didnt push me to do them right that second because I had my kids with me and they knew it would add to my wait time. In and out in under an hour. I chose this shop bc I wanted a local business and I respected that the owner has responded to every review, including the negative ones. I asked about future work and if they made appointments and he honestly explained that they dont do appointments bc most people end up canceling. He told me that the additional work I needed would be a few hours so next to do when I could drop the car off and leave so my kids wouldnt have to wait for hours. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others.Other details that others may be interested in: veteran owned business that clearly supports first responders as demonstrated by the many things displayed in their lobby.

They are friendly and knowledgeable I just wished it wouldnt have cost me $210 to find out i had a bad battery.

I simply called this shop to ask about prices for break services. The man who answered quickly informed me that they would have to inspect the car to see what condition the breaks were in. To this I provided what I had been experiencing with the sound and reactions of my breaks and politely asked if he knew generally what the price range for this situation usually was. He responded quite rudely once again that the car would have to be inspected. After this I thanked him and he literally hung the phone up on me without saying a word. I have no interest in doing buisness with any shop who allows such blatantly rude workers to represent their company name.

I used the shop several times with good results until my last visit. They parked my 80’ Jeep in the parking lot overnight with the parts left out in the open and the transmission bell housing was stolen. Not an easy part to replace! 3 Guys Garage would not cover or help with the replacement cost. I wasnt informed of this risk when I left the vehicle or that it would be left outside with the parts in it! I had to find and buy the replacement part myself in order to get it fixed. They had a chance to make it right but did not. Updated 12/17
