Great service, fair price. Very detailed report on vehicle health and recommendations on vehicle maintenance. From a customer perspective this shop certainly did a good job of taking care of me and my car.

Decent work. Love that they came to my home! Car looks much better but still many flaws. Even went around with the gentleman and found areas on exterior lights that could be cleaned and a few crumbs that hadn’t been vacuumed up. My car was a disaster so like I said huge improvement but probably wouldn’t spend that much again.

More than a pleasant surprise. My vintage Mazda truck was due for an oil change, so I tried Long Arm Mechanics as they were offering a special Veterans Day service. Im thrilled with the service I received. Neat and clean. They covered my seat, floor and steering wheel,. No greasy surprises from these guys. A ride home when their appointments were stacking up, and my truck delivered to me when finished. They did a full diagnostic check along with the lube, oil, filter service. Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgable. They informed me of what items need attention in the future but were never pushy or alarming to have the services done. They also seem to have a good knowledge of my 1987 B2000 pickup which is becoming harder to come by, along with parts. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them. Jimmy Grande

They performed some pretty major work on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma, charged an extremely fair price, and completed the work in a timely manner. My service Advisor, Jennifer, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to my needs. She kept me informed regarding the progress of the work and let me know exactly which repairs were needed, and which could be deferred until a later date.Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided, and the professionalism of the staff.

All I can say is WOW! I reached out to Long Arm Mechanics to inquire about a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Initially, I really didnt want to spend the money...but I am glad I did. The 2013 F-150 that appeared to be in Good condition had some issues that I wasnt looking to take on (Major oil leak, differential leak, etc.) Long Arm Mechanics did a detailed inspection and sent me a full report, which included pictures, videos, and detailed notes of everything they found. Shortly after sending me the report, they called me and followed up. They went over the report with me and answered my questions. I was thoroughly impressed! Based on what I had learned, I decided to go another direction. In retrospect, I paid a very small fee to avoid a much more expensive mistake in the future. Very glad I decided to do the pre-purchase inspection. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles here in the future. They were transparent, honest, professional, and fair in pricing. This was my first experience with them...but I can assure you it wont be my last! Thank you!

$176 to change spark plugs is ridiculous and so is $306 to flush a radiator thats brand new. And I wont go into the rest but it was just as big a joke.

The guys did a great job working on our Subaru Forrester. I really appreciated the inspection report with photos showing us the issue to be corrected (brakes & struts). They also took the time to let us know of other problems (with photos) so we could discuss the corrective action. We got the car back when promised too. We will use the again!

These guys are AWESOME!!! Just performed some major work on my 87 Porsche. Needed some original parts replaced (shocks, struts), electric windows re-lubricated, transmission and brake fluid changed. I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend of the owner. I have been to several mechanics in the valley and they have been the best thus far. They called me by name, both when I dropped off the vehicle and picked it up. They quoted me the cost with taxes after the initial diagnostic and didnt hit me with surprise costs when I went to pick up the vehicle when they promised it would be done. They even sent a detailed report with photos in an email, showing what they did and what repairs they would recommend from their full-service inspection. They were very courteous, fair-priced, easy to work with, and showed a great deal of transparency in their report. They even did a courtesy wash of my vehicle on the outside and I noticed they cleaned up the driver and passenger side seats and vacuumed a bit. Im impressed with their level of customer service; this is how a mechanic should be!

Highly recommended! Our Class-A RV broke down. Thanks to Long Arm Mechanics, they quickly diagnosed the electrical problem and gave it a much-needed tune up for a very fair price. In addition, they personally delivered it for our family to an RV shop in town to get the tanks flushed. So thoughtful! Started using Levon about 9 months ago to do my work on my car and truck. He is a straight shooter that charges a fair, upfront price that is always cheaper than your “Meineke” guys. Plus you get the benefit of dealing with a small locally owned business and can trust that some random off the street wasn’t hired to work on your engine. After getting transmission cooler lines ‘replaced’ here, my 2 year old transmission blew within 500 miles of driving. The mechanic that did the trans swap determined it was the cooler lines that had severe leaks (I had only had to add half a quart of trans fluid once in the 8 months I owned the vehicle). He said it looked like someone had removed them and then just improperly re-installed the same old ones like they had never done it before. They were always a full day over their quoted times and it just seemed like they had NO IDEA how to work on a GMC.

They are thorough and do it right to ensure lasting results.

Gent was on time, did a great job and was easy to talk to.
