After rebuilding the engine in my Forester I was having some issues with detonation. The new Pistons were .25mm bigger and had a slightly larger compression ratio. Paradigm luckily had a cancellation and I was able to get right in to get the car tuned . Jason even stayed 2 hours after closing to get it all dialed in. He also gave me the run down on everything he did, and what the next step would be for more power. I am so happy with the way the car feels now... night and day difference!! If youre thinking about getting work done or needed a place to get tuned, definitely check them out!

10/10 best local tuner shop. They got my intake valves all cleaned up and installed an AOS and the car feels like it can finally breathe again. The even fit me in their busy schedule only a few days out. Very knowledgeable guys that are willing to answer all your questions, thanks again

So far theyve been amazing! Alan taken quite a bit of time to explain their recommendations and help me set realistic goals. Their communication is extremely prompt. They start the big job today so Ill update with final details in a few weeks.

Right off the bat these guys know what they do and they do it well. Chris is flawless when doing quality control and overall neatness on his work. Alan/spencer always have the knowledge to fix something or can get the part that can(most are readily available) and Jason; who knows what parts needs to put on a car for the power goals and overall tuning knowledge. My buddy came up from Utah who was having tuner issues. After 2 years of back and forth with his local tuner he finally decided to come to paradigm. The whole team was eager to help and was able to figure out the issue and re tune the car within 2 days. After figuring out a fuel pump o ring issue the car was driving phenomenally. Where other Mechanics fail, these guys deliver. I have a 1982 Corvette that has been heavily modified and these guys were able to dial everything in to make it run extremely well. I am very appreciative of what they were able to do. Other mechanics were not able to get these kinds of results.

Went into Paradigm, and the guys were able to help me diagnose and figure out all the parts I needed in order to fix my new Mazdaspeed! Once the car was back in working order, I got it tuned by Jason, and I couldnt be happier. The power-band difference on the vehicle is like night and day now that it is tuned. The guys at Paradigm went above and beyond to do a harmonic balancer replacement on my C6 corvette. Stayed late to finish the job in one day and ran down some unexpected extra small parts needed. I will definitely consider them for any future repairs or performance upgrades.

My wife and I went here to get our AC charged as other local shops seemed to be over priced. Our technician was able to get it charged, fixed a leak, and get us out the door rather quickly for a great price. I call the guys at this shop technicians because they are not the normal - bring it in, fix stuff, send it out- kind of mechanics. I own a 2012 wrx and unfortunately my engine blew.. I needed a new engine fast and didnt know where to go. Knowing it was not going to be cheap I decided to search around for a professional install and tune to insure the job was done properly. After looking around I asked Alan at Paradigm what he thought about my engine issue and ultimately the goals I wanted to reach with my install and tune and boy are these guys on top of it. Alan was very knowledgeable and guided me down the yellow brick road to getting my car back with extras that will help prolong the life of the engine. It was great to find a shop that cared and has pride in what they do.. its obvious. Even if you dont get work done here they are full of advice and will gladly offer advice on how to resolve your vehicle issue or needs. Very grateful for their help. They got me back on the road.

Paradigm did an amazing job on my 01 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS! I was having an intermittent overheating issue that was difficult to diagnose. They took the time to help me on many occasions to give me advice on the small fixes I could do on my own before officially hiring them to fix it. They completed my head gasket, timing belt, water pump, oil pan and even helped me fix other issues on my car that I was unaware of. They were honest and called me when a costly issue concerning my heads/value guides arose, they collaborated with the head shop and turns out it wasn’t an issues at all. They saved me $500! They gave me a date on when the car would be ready, worked overnight and got my car on the road sooner than I expected.Overall Paradigm is knowledgeable, honest, affordable. I would trust them with another one of my vehicles as well as recommend them to anyone else.

I feel bad for putting off a good review for as long as I have because its deserved. I came to them last summer with some electrical issues in my lexus. They were able to get it taken care of in a relatively short amount of time. Overall super pleased with this shop. Would consider returning in the future.

Allen and Jason did an amazing job on my Subaru. Cannot recommend Paradigm enough.I have done minor upgrades to the car over the years but it always needed some professional tune TLC. The awesome pre-tune inspection found issues that were delt with. And the open source tune did wonders for the car. These guys care about what they do, and it shows.

Truly the best place to go for work on your modified car. And even if it’s not modified and your car is having trouble, call Paradigm. My car is certainly not stock and is like a Frankenstein build but that didn’t effect Jason’s ability to tune it flawlessly. I have never been so happy with my car and the way that she runs. If you think you will be okay with an off the shelf tune, go ahead and get it and realize the mistake you have made rather than getting your car professionally tuned by these guys. I will definitely be back.

These guys were great, they had my whole clutch and breaks done in a day and they did an oil change too. Quick and easy, they have a great app to use for scheduling getting quotes paying for your service, and can even finance you if needed. I will definitely be going back to them.

They dont typically work on GTIs but it was a small job I had done. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone is friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone seeking a good aftermarket JDM shop. You cant go wrong.

Had my WRX tuned after adding a cat back exhaust and intake. The results were nothing short of fantastic! Especially in 2nd gear. It used to have a lot of lag in 2nd but now its just smooth throttle all the way through. Throttle response is much better too. The guys at Paradigm were great to work with, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional tune.

I have a garage built 08 STI that I had slowly been building for the last couple of years and Jason Browm has been the tuner every step of the way! Not only did he tune the car but every time I brought it to him to adjust the tune for new goodies that I installed, he also VERY meticulously went over every addition I made to make sure it was ready for him to tune. One time I hooked up by wastegate lines incorrectly (first time I had any experience with one) and we ended up jacking the car in an Arbys parking lot and we adjusted it thanks to him grabbing his own personal jack from his home. He tuned it to just over 600whp and it was a BRUTAL pull when she hit boost. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced and knowledgable performance team!

Not your standard automotive repair shop. Best place for your modified car. I was running an Off The Shelf tune on my car for a year. Jason sorted out the Boost and Throttle position maps now I have a responsive and powerful tune.

Talk about a great shop with employees like Alan that are motivated to work and get things done . My wife and I just moved up to the area and our outback decided to start knocking and we arent ones to go to a shop because its hard to trust people anymore now days. But we were recommended to go see them and I am glad we did, they figured out a solution that would get the vehicle going again and put another motor in to the car and have helped with every other little thing that has came up with is since then. I came to Paradigm with an overheating issue a week before a big car show. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a head gasket leak.Not only did these guys get the head gasket job done in time, they sent me progress pictures, helped replace my timing kit and water pump with oem parts, and had my heads refinished, all for the most affordable price I could find.I was able to attend the big show and a few weeks later my car runs smoother than ever and has had absolutely no issues.Highly recommend this shop for any mechanical work on your car, especially if it’s a Subaru.

I could not recommend this business enough. I went to them after my check engine light popped up after I installed a cold air intake on my 2015 Nissan Altima. Randy helped me out and would always make time in his schedule for me even if I did not have an appointment prior. He took his time and found the information I needed and installed a new PCV valve for me. I will be back for sure. 10/10

Recently purchased a 2016 GTR . From inspection and fluid change to a full flex fuel tune they killed it ! The customer service was second to none . They set a new standard for automotive shops! Look forward to working with them again .

Paradigm automotive is my go to shop for any of my car needs. These guys really know there stuff and don’t charge you for something you didn’t need. My evo had exhaust leak and needed O2 sensor replacement. Randy did an amazing job on the Evo. Soon will be getting boost controller installed from them.

Best tuner shop for subies and evos for sure. They will not let you leave the shop disappointed. They dont charge that much either a lot less than other places in the valley. They can probably tune everything but my Evo was woken up by them and drives better than I dreamed. I will always go back to them if I need anything else done.
