Dont mind people being busy, do mind not having a returned phone call on the status of an order placed on April 1st. Had to move the order. Fast Signs wont return a call long enough for me to even let them know. We were a large national account until now.

Fastsigns really came through for our event. The vinyl banners were quality materials. Treg communicated well thru the process of ordering and approving the printing. The prices were perfect! We will order from them again.

Contacted these on 11/30 wanting to get a sign made and installed, explained I have until January 1st to have it completed and they refused to take on the job. I dont know about you but a month should be plenty of time and even if it wasnt they could have easily suggested getting a banner up or something temporarily. I highly suggest moving on and only using this branch as a LAST RESORT

Fast signs came through for me after another company let me down. I called and explained that after a month I didn’t even have a proof from the other company and I needed my decals in 3 days. They created what I wanted, sent me the proof, and had them ready in a day and a half. Wow! Saved my party! I can’t say enough about them. I will use them again for sure.

Ive used Fast Signs in all 7 different cities Ive worked in for projects. Theyve all been perfect until I got to Idaho. This Fast Signs is by far the worst Ive experienced - quotes go unanswered for days. Follow up emails are ignored and never responded to. Perhaps we are requesting more than they can handle - which is fine, but simple communication would be nice on that. I will avoid this Fast Signs at all costs going forward - last three submissions have been completely ignored. If using Fast Signs in other cities - do it! In Boise? Find somewhere else.

I had my business cards made by Fast Signs several years ago and I was happy with them so, I returned to have them do my new cards. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told to send an email and he would take it from there. After waiting a few days for a response, I emailed to see if my email was received. I got an email apologizing for the delay and that he would get started that morning. Its been more than three weeks and nothing (about a month over all). My business is important to me, I need my cards. Fast Signs has wasted a month of my time, they are certainly not the same company I delt with before and I will not be back again. Fast Signs if you dont want someones business, simple courtesy would be to let them know up front so they can move on to someone who does. Very unprofessional, you deserve zero stars

These guys are awesome! I needed some some last minute door and window graphics for my business on a Friday morning. I called and Craig told me hed get right on it. Within a hour they had sent me a proof which looked awesome and was very well designed. I knew my chances of getting my order that day were slim to none but not with Craig, they called me at 2:00 and told me everything was ready and even sent out their installer that afternoon to get them up even though they said monday was the soonest they could send their guy out. They did an awesome job, the kid threw up the stickers like it was no thing and they were perfectly centered and level. Id highly recommend them, not many places will give such great, quick and quality service. I will go through Fastsigns again.
