Bath and Body Works is my daughters favorite place on earth! She loves the smell of all the different scents that they offer. They have perfume, body wash, sugar scrubs, candles, etc. There are SO MANY scents at Bath and Body Works. You definitely need to go!!

Always a pleasure shopping at bath & body works. We went to the Roosevelt Field Mall location for our three wick fall candle shopping binge. The employees there were so friendly and helpful, they couldnt do enough for us. Very fun shopping experience. Love theyre various products and they are generous with their coupons.

I love coming to this specific location because the staff is always so friendly and helpful, but respect that sometimes you just want to browse without the constant questions. They have a larger assortment of candles, lotions and everything else than some other stores and usually have everything well stocked. Id definitely keep visiting this location versus some others in the area!

Great scents (too many). Trendy items. Seasonal items. Its a little tight in there though. I was always worried I was going to know over a display with my purse.

This is a nice place to shop at. The layout is nice and the products are neatly packed. I also like the section designated for the candles (White Barn) it gives the area a different yet warm atmosphere. In that section, it feels as though you are in a place lit only by the candles themselves. It is really nice.The associates are very professional and friendly. You can easily ask them for assistance and they wont hesitate to help you. If items are on sale, they will let you know. Additionally, they would even encourage you to buy and try products. The deals are good too.To conclude, this place is a nice place to shop at with friendly associates.

People will be able to buy more items, if they offer shopping bags when you walk in. I had to asked an associate for a bag after multiple employees saw me struggle. There was about 8 employees stocking the floor with similar items. The store is already packed with items, they didnt need 3 people restocking hand sanitizer on already full table. Extremely overstaffed with mediocre customer service. The employees on the register were fast, but surprisingly they did not ask for my email or phone number, which I know they usually do.

All the new scents are amazing and the candles and plug-ins really smell good for the home. The customers person was a amazing.

The new seasonal scents are amazing! The employees are very helpful. They offer you baskets (of course I fill them up!). The candle section is like a candle oasis. So many to choose from with something for everyone.I love the fact that they brought back the Champagne Apple & Honey scent. I picked up this BEAUTIFUL candle stand...so unique and it creates a dazzling ambience to any decor. LOVE LOVE LOVE the candles!

Great safety protocols here, very organized store and a great place for gift giving, there is a woman here named colleen who remembered me from the last time i visited and shes so sweet, she really talks to you ask what your buying for and even will come up with the best ways to bundle products, she even helped me around the store putting product in my bag with me because I had such a big order, I definitely reccommend this place!!!!

This Bath and Body Works in on the second floor located inside the Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall. Located right off of Merchants Concourse servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Weekly sales. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.

The store is a nice layout and nice employees. I just feel when i got the register i tried to use a 20% coupon that i had an email for it was for online and pick up i told the associate that it was not working online and asked if i can use it at the store and she got her supervisor i guess and she didnt even try to help me she just said well you can use it online and pick it up here, i said it was not working she said oh and that was it ahe walked away the cashier said she is sorry she was friendly but the supervisor could of been little more atentive i feel i shop at bath and body works all the time would it of been so bad to let me have the 20% off i eould of actually then bought something else i will not go to that store anymore

Wonderful selection of products, pretty much everything smells amazing. They are taking great precautions and allow you to pack your own items in a bag as you shop to avoid multiple use baskets. They currently have a limit on how many of the small hand sanitizers you can buy (about 8 or 10) but to me that seems fair and plenty.

The store wasnt that crowded considering it was a very nice warm sunny day. I found what I was looking for and they were eager to help me find my items.

I stopped in in October, looking for a fragrance I had seen there in September but didnt purchase at the time. The assistant manager, a guy, informed me they had boxed up the remaining merch and sent it to a warehouse but would be back for semi annual sale in December and if I liked I could call right before the sale so they could set it aside for me. I returned to the store a few days before the sale and a staffer confirmed it was indeed back in their stock room. She asked the head store manager if she could pull it from for me but the manager said no, I cant do anything now you will have to check back with the morning of the sale. So..I called before the store even opened that morning only to be told they did not have that product. I explained to the girl who answered the phone that another associate and a manger confirmed that you do have it. She then said, we do but its not on the floor yet. Ok... so...dont tell me you dont have it, tell me you do and its not on the floor yet. I dont understand why a store like BBW who is so above and beyond in their customer service standard was so reluctant to accommodate me it just makes no sense to me at all. Really dissapointed in this flagship location.

Well stocked, they are limiting the amount of people in the store so keep that in mind when visiting as the line can get long depending on the time of day. Really liked that the employees are spraying your hands with hand sanitizer when you enter and leave the store.

This sale was good with the exception to the 3 wick candles! One scent on sale which really wasnt a sale 12.50.

Quite an amazing store to spruce up your home with wonderful scents. I love how each scent of candles, air fresheners, soaps, etc. all have their own unique name and sample for scent testing. Their products are very unique and cute! The staff is very helpful and not too pushy. Came here many times, and will likely come many more. I highly recommend it! Dont hesitate to come in!

Wide selection of products that you test to make sure the fragrance is right for you. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. In the world on online shopping, when youre trying out something new, theres nothing like being able to test a product before you buy it. Highly recommended!

This is one of my wifes favorite places. It has a great selection of bath and beauty products including hand soaps, lotions, shower gels, body mists and more. And the prices are very competitive. This place always has some deals going on so we always end up buying something. The customer service is excellent, and the people are very helpful and courteous.

Yesterday I stopped in briefly for the Semi Annual Sale. I perused to my hearts content and found a few items. My best friend and I were one of the last customers to leave. Everyone was positive even after a long day and I appreciate that.

If you want to smell good then come on in and find yourur perfect body spray at Bath & Body Works. There is something here for girls and women of all ages. They have scented tree sticks to hang up in your car, as well as personal body sprays for your home. The prices are phenomenal and its likely mostly you will find a scent that matches your personality. I was there two weeka ago and they were having sale!

The scented night light we got last nights WONDERFUL! Within 20 minutes the floor floor smelled like scented lemons!!!

This store is well set up and has alot of merchandise to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selections are amazing and there is plenty of parking at this one.

The staff are always pleasant and attentive. There is never a long line because there are always at least two clerks at the register. They will tell you the latest offers and coupons so you dont miss a discount if you didnt see the latest email. Excellent customer service no matter if they are just opening or about to close.

Went here yesterday and was smelling different body sprays for a few minutes. The associate working there watched me and didn’t say anything. Shortly after another lady walked in and he immediately asked her what she was looking for and went and gave her a basket and gave her different suggestions. They definitely need to work on their customer service 🙄🙄🙄
