He listen carefully to all my questions and concerns and he was able to delivered and provide a solution to each of them. Clearly you can see my hands were full with goodies. I been using Chanel since 1998, I would not change it for any reason.

I received exceptional customer service at this boutique location. As I walked in Rima, your sales associate greeted me with a beautiful smile and asked if she could assist me. I went in here to look for a specific lipgloss and I have to say Rima was very courteous to me and helpful as she tried to help me find what suits me. Rima was very knowledgeable on all your makeup products. I was truly impressed. As she was helping me I noticed Rima’s beautiful lashes and I was Extremely happy she uses le volume mascara from Chanel. Upon waiting for my item to be brought to the front for purchase Rima offered to get me water and champagne. When I was about to make my purchase I realized I forgot my wallet at home. Rima informed me I can purchase them via phone. As soon as I went home, I called, once again Rima was very helpful and made it very quick and easy to purchase the items! I love Rima’s great energy and how she cares about her customers satisfaction! She was incredible and I will def be a regular customer.
