Mason was great the process was Hassle free. The vehicle we purchased had cosmetic issues not a big deal they offered to touch up some of the scratches. I was disappointed with the purchase 2 weeks into the sale the truck broke down leaving me stranded with my children on the highway. Paid a pretty penny for towing it back home. Got the truck repaired then couple of days later another issue. Grr!!! Total expenses over $1500 at this point I couldnt return the vehicle. They offered to hook me up with there mechanic who might be less expensive than other shops. But why not offer to fix it for free. I get vehicle will have issues but 2 weeks into the sale. Very disappointed with this purchase. I guess buy at your own risk.

Brett was a great salesman and was able to get me into one of the cars I have been wanting to for a while with a great interest rate. After taking the car home I noticed some cosmetic issues with the car that I originally thought were dirt marks from the site photos of the car turned out to be some cosmetic damage. There were also issues with the aftermarket radio not working with the cars backup cameras and stock controls. Brett offered help with both but I wouldnt have time to visit the repair shop given the timeframe they gave me when I called them. Given that I dont live in Boise with a busy schedule I am not upset about that and can afford the repair myself.The only reason why this isnt a five star review is that I wish the cosmetic damage was disclosed to me before I bought the car. It was not obvious on the test drive because it was on the passenger side below the door, so I understand why Brett did not notice it either. Other than that the car drives great and I love driving it.

Ashton has been in the car game for a while and is one of the best. He thinks outside the box knowing that every situation is unique to the specific customer and their needs. He listens, isn’t pushy, is patient and all around a genuine person that’s still trying to help even after the sale is done. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new car or dealership that you’ll continue to want to go back to!!

We just recently bought a vehicle from MASS. Our sales rep Robert West was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the day after we got it, the check engine light came on, they were a bit busy but the GM was great and got us in and taken care of quickly! Even told us if we have any issues we could call him personally.

Greatest place to buy a car we were helped by two sweet gentlemen Kenneth and jacq. everybody was super nice they were even very sweet and took there time walking with me on crutches. They also worked 2 hours past closing just to help get me and my husband into our new vehicle.
