Absolutely worst service EVER. Not only did they sell a car that needed 10k in repairs after GUARANTEEING it was in great condition and was very reliable BUT it was STOLEN! Then when confronted about it in hopes they would make it right was told “not our car not our problem, you signed a contract” after getting pulled over at gun point.

I recently purchased my Audi A3 from Bargain and they gave amazing service ! All employees were extremely helpful and kind when it came to finding the right vehicle for me. Not only did they help me score an amazing APR, but got everything taken care of without any issues. The owner is a Mechanical Engineer for European makes and immediately got on fixing a small issue my vehicle had with it’s radio. Most definitely recommend purchasing your next automobile from here.

We were treated very well during our time in the dealership during our purchase.we felt we got a good deal for a truck.we bought our truck from them in april.waited a month to get it registered. After about 500 miles,a check engine light came on and it turns out our transmission is in need of replacement. The extended warranty will only cover about 25% of the cost.reached out to the sales team and they were very helpful.their ownership decided to not do the right thing and help out with a portion of the cost.this is disappointing.their solution was to have their mechanics fix it for $1500.so not a solution, but a bandaid.

My husband and I spent a few weeks looking for the right truck for him and finally found one at bargain auto sales, that was in our price range with under 100k miles. We worked with deb and she made the process quick and easy. When test driving we noticed a belt that was a bit squeaky and before we picked it up they had it sent off for repair. They also offer an additional warranty that covers all major components for 60 months or 100k additional miles. When time to upgrade our other car well definitely be going back to bargain auto.

Sal was a very straight forward salesman and easy to work with. Just got a 2012 dodge ram with only 70k and after a thorough pre inspection it was found to be in great condition. Good deals, quick, and painless.

The sales people are kind and do a good job; however, I dont think the owners care about the vehicles that they sell to their customers. This is a bit of an explanation but this was not the best experience for me. I bought a truck from Bargain Auto and everything seemed great, truck seemed to run well, no check engine light, needed new tires but I knew that when I bought it. 3 days after I bought it the check engine light came on, I took it to them and they reset it and they told me to come back if it comes back on (emissions are due on this truck). The truck started to wobble a lot, seemed like tie rod ends, it ended up having to replace the whole steering linkage assembly ($1200), it was a safety issue (according to Les Schwab).The light came back on again 3 days after and it was a catalytic converter. I took it back to Bargain and they had to take to a muffler shop and come to find out that Bargain replaced the O2 sensor wrong when they purchased the truck and the muffler shop fixed it. Bargain said they would give me their costs to fix because they get a discount for the repairs ($600 - they dont get any discount, i would have gotten the same price from the muffler shop, I confirmed this. I feel this was a dishonest representation). I was okay thinking this was going fix the problem and Bargain said the light would come off and pass emissions.3 Days later the light came on again and I finally took to a shop that knows what they are doing and did a complete look at all the codes. (another $600) to fix. I did not trust taking it to Bargain for repairs and they would just send it to someone else anyway and give their discounted costs which does nothing for me and doesnt cost Bargain a thing.Since I put in $2500 into this truck after I purchased (3 months ago) I thought they would stand by their vehicle a little more and help with the costs (I didnt ask for them to cover the cost of all my expenses for the truck, I know old vehicles have repairs but I did expect them to own up to something for having a vehicle that you sell at the very least should pass emissions.I would not use Bargain Auto Sales again. Again, I dont think the sales people are bad at what they do and they tried their best to fight for me but I dont think the owners care about the people they sell cars to.I buy cars from dealers because I expect an inspection to be done before they sell the vehicle, with Bargain, they dont do a good inspection.Bargain, you lost a customer.

Helpful and friendly staff. Not only did they help me find the vehicle I was after down to the color combination, but they also gave me a great trade in for my old car. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will defiantly be buying my next car from them as well.

I purchased a vehicle in August no one disclosed to me that I had a branded title. I am very hurt because this is my second vehicle I have bought at this dealership, I never once thought they would do this to me. I will never go back.The vehicle was sold at full retail price as if it was not a branded title clearly taking it vantage of me and my age.

If I could rate this place under one star I would. This was my first time buying a car and 2 months into having the car the motor seized.. we called the dealership and Sandra who sold us the car and they in no way were wanting to help. Once I fixed the motor and got my car back the starter stopped working.. I don’t think I need to say much more except that if you are needing a reliable car this is definitely not the place for you.

I was greeted by a kind lady in Sandra as I approached the lot and was looking at the truck that I ended up buying in the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. She let me take a fun test drive almost immediately and I felt relaxed in the environment of no pressure. For having well equipped cars of all sorts for any budget that are fairly new, this lot has a lot of variety. Val, the manager, is a stand up guy as well. He’s a very personable guy that feels like you knew the guy before you met him. He is fantastic at getting all sorts of applications out and getting someone to finance you. I would not recommend buying a car from Bargain Auto and I am glad I did not purchase one from them. While the sales people I talked to were pleasant, I could not say the same about one of the owners, who came across as extremely untrustworthy.As I do with any used car I am looking at, I took it to Firestone for an inspection (highly recommend as it is only $10 and just a few miles from their lot). I didnt make it a 1/4 mile down the road before the ABS activated while driving. Recognizing the truck had a lift kit, I figured it could be a sensor and continued to drive to get the inspection. The inspection did confirm that the ABS issue was a relatively minor fix, but it also found that the rear main seal and oil pan were leaking. Armed with this information I went back to the dealership and was directly passed off from the salesman to one of the owners to talk numbers.What shocked me was that the owner did not believe me when I said the ABS was activating (all he needed to do was drive it off the lot) and he then told me flat out that the guys at Firestone were wrong (it is a possibility but in this setting I have to trust the third party). He guaranteed the oil pan leak was making it look like the rear main seal was leaking. But when I asked for this guarantee in writing, he laughed it off. I came in from out of town so a fix at their shop was not an option (and to be honest I wouldnt have trusted them to fix it given his attitude regarding the quote). I offered a price that compensated for the quote that Firestone provided, which was materially lower than their asking price but something I felt insulated me from the risk. They could not meet me at the price I offered and I left empty handed, which is understandable given how far apart we were.Overall, when an owner implies that you and a third party mechanic are a liar, it leaves a very sour taste in your mouth, hence my negative review and desire to encourage others to get an inspection before purchasing from them.

UPDATE: I got a call from Bargain Auto Sales after posting this review and they are compensating me $1000 for the transmission which Im happy with considering the deal I got on the truck to begin with. It was good of them to reach out and make it right which they didnt need to do so I definitely commend them for doing that.Bought a 05 Dodge Ram Diesel from these guys and unfortunately it turned out to be a bad deal. Transmission needs replaced ($2800), brakes needed replaced all the way around ($1000) and all the maintenance was past due. I take partial blame for not taking it to a mechanic.

I have to say, this is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever have to deal with. The purpose of buying a car is to go to get to point A to B; having a reliable car at that. Not having to put more money into your car the same month you just bought it. I called and told them the check engine light was on they said they would “fix it”. I took my car twice. The second time it sat at the shop supposably to get fixed, the next day the check engine light came on again. I called AGAIN they said they would check their schedules, they never called me. Therefore I don’t even want to waste my time with them anymore. I know I didn’t buy a new car but either way don’t burn your bridges with customers don’t sell non reliable cars! & they say the fix the issue when really they just reset the sensors. Honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !

From what I’ve seen they’re simple and good people. This is their job so they need to make a profit, but they work with you to get the best deal for both parties. More efficient with paperwork than a lot of other places I’ve been to as well.

We made the mistake of not doing that. We were also in the middle of buying a house and could have used that extra doe. Sad but true. Our car also stopped running 3 days after purchase and had to get it fixed... costing us time and money we didnt have.

Put $700 into a car I bought from them. Now it runs great. I bought the car as is and got a good price. Its nown9 montys later the car is in the shop and needs a $6000 transmission repair.While I know its not their fault its still upsetting. U spent $8200 cash of my SSDI back pay and now have no car.

Well my school was all the way in Caldwell and no buses go there I decided to try and get a car and when no other dealership would help me because of my credit and my down payment plus what payment I could make a month i was about to give up on trying to get my GED I talked to Sandra and she said that she would see what she could do and told me to fill out an application and when I did Sandra got back to me and said that there was a car that I could get accepted for and then when Val said that my payments would be due on the 28th of every month and I told him that I couldnt do it because I get paid on the first of every month he said that he would change the date to the first of every month to me they are nice people and would try there best to help people if they can
