This is not a cheap clothing store by any means,BUT if you like quality and a mature style (non teen) this is the spot. Good selection of mens wardrobe items. If its not in stock they can order it and have it shipped in a few days. The staff is super helpful and friendly.
Five stars even that they did nt have my size but well organized and placed an order of the size they did nt have and got it in 3 days.Great customer service :There was some minor problem with my order that i received and my wife went back and they ordered a new one. I usually shop online but shoes is something that i want to try it on + the owner is really good.I read someone says they did nt have his or her size and i must say even biggest stores do nt have all the sizes available.
Lousy store! Poor management! Limited amount of sizes in shoes,sweaters etc. Prices are outrageously high for items that look like theyve been on the shelves for years. Salesman/workers have no interest in selling items that are displayed or items they dont have in stock. This store is not even worth stopping in.

Horrible store and manager. Let me first say that I have been a J & M customer for 10 years and have spent thousands on their products. Now, about my experience - My family and I went shopping at the Roosevelt mall and I go into this store with my wife and kids to look for a causal shoe for the summer. Even though the store was completely empty, not a hello from the manager and the staff person who were talking behind the counter. As my wife and I are looking at the shoes, the manager walks over to put back a shoe RIGHT IN FRONT of us and PLOPS it down, and walks away and NOTHING, not even eye contact.My wife and I start looking around more, and then someone else walks in, and the staff person goes over to them and says hello and how can they help them! My wife said lets go, but I walked to the front and asked for the manager and expressed my disappointment with this clear disregard for us. I dont know if this a customer service issue or something else that may be worse, which I will not mention on my review. Needless to say, Ive been a loyal customer for a long time and a proponent of J & M, but NO MORE, after this experience. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. And I work on Wall Street, so I need a lot of shoes.
I contemplated whether to give a back to back description of everything that went wrong during my shopping experience at this location but decided to get straight to the point instead. If corporate wants to reach out for further details I’ll be happy to explain the my disdain in personnel.Get rid or have an intense training with manager as she is costing sales. She clearly doesn’t know the core principles of her position. She lacks leadership, decorum, professionalisms, accountability and most important customer handling to mention a few. I will only speak for her because the sales associate were complete gentlemen. My husband and I will no longer shop at least in that location which is a shame because the merchandise itself is great.

Too Bad I cant give 0. Really disappointed to say the least with the service I was given by this location I usually shop in the waltwhitman store location with Mike (the best customer service) however I was told recently he moved to a further location . Ive since been between Garden City and Huntington Stores . This Past visit left me with a sour taste of the overall company seeing how they staff such an incompetent manager. 1. She was sitting behind the cash wrap seemingly not busy, eating and reading a book. 2. No one else is in the store so how is it that I didn’t receive a hello until I come to her with 2 shoes in my hand?? 3. She looks in the computer and says they don’t have the size I need. So I ask her to please check the back anyways, she tells me the PC is accurate I insist and this is when she looks visibly annoyed goes to the back to check or so I thought I go to the side of the register and notice her foot behind a wall. This is When I Lose it! She found nothing OFFCOURSE and I call her out and ask her for name and corporate number she says Bianca and coorporate is closed after 7 anyways I ask for her SM, she not in and she says I’m not bothering her on an off day for this. I’m LIKE FOR THIS! This is your JOB! I’m sure she wont be fired she looks very comfortable there and seems to have good product knowledge but her CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible. I Hope on some platform the company sees this and she’s repremanded my Husband shops here frequently and for years Ill make sure to get him into Allen edmunds and out of JM shoes
