Great shoe selection. Prices are a bit high

Went in to buy my first pair of Doc Marten’s and the associate (I believe her name was Madi) was very kind and help explain to me how sizing could run big on Doc Marten’s boots. When I tried on a pair a size smaller than my regular size Madi went into the back and found a pair that were my regular size! Went with the smaller pair and Madi also taught me about how it will take a little to break the boots in! Will definitely be coming back to this location!

I can honestly say Ive always loved the appearance of Journeys stores but never really shopped in them. Excellent service when I purchased shoes and made a call-ahead to exchange my size. I wanna give a big shout out to Zach, the manager at Journeys in Roosevelt field mall location. I needed a shoe that my brother specifically asked for. And Zach was a big help! I called him ahead after checking the stock over the phone. And he got the shoe ready and held it for me until I got there! It was not easy finding the size and the color that we wanted in such a competitive price. Zach was a big help and getting the discount we could get as well. Hes been professional, courteous, and super patient with us! Thanks Zach!!

I asked for my sons size in sneakers (11.5c or 12c) in 3 different types of vans and they didn’t have them! I ended up having to go to the vans store down the way. They should definitely have a better selection in sizes!
