Exceptional service from sizing to purchase. Not to mention Untuckit shirts never disappoint. And my wife agrees that they are the best fitting shirts Ive ever owned. I will definitely be returning again.

While I like the brand itself, the shopping experience at this location was really bad.Having several shirts in different styles from this brand I can attest that sizes are not exactly the same across all models (performance shirts are sized different than polos and differently from traditional button downs).When I asked a guy who appeared to be in charge there (based on his interaction with another employee) if I can try a shirt on I was told I can only try on a (thick) button down sample shirts they have on display (one for each size) and was told once I do that I’ll know my size. I explained that they are not sized the same across all styles, and so they told me I had to buy one to try it on!Well, I bought it to try it, ended up buying 2 more for total if 3, but to be forced to buy a shirt to try it is just poor customer service.After I bought 3 shirts total I asked if I can try a polo shirt in or if I had to purchase it as well.The answer was “if you must”. Seriously.
