Denise was great last week I was there! She helped my son setup his switch and was super friendly. Definitely ask for her when you go.

In store experience was great...but dont call...they didnt answer phone 6 times within an hour...

Great staff arrived two minutes after closing and they let my son and wife in so he could buy the Xbox controller he had been wanting. Since the closest GameStop to where we live is a 200 mile round trip we really appreciate the staff for something they didnt have to do.

Associate talked on the phone for 10 minutes ignoring me standing there until I said I was leaving then finally decided to check me out.

Typical GameStop with typical video game items. I dont visit as often anymore for video games. However, they do on occasion have great collector items; collector editions of video games, figurines, etc.

This Game Stop always seems to not have what I am looking for, but this time I went to see their Black Friday deals, and they were selling everything for regular price while saying it was on sale for Black Friday. I guess its to trick the old people that do not know the prices, but they could of at least put the wallets on sale or something 😕

This place for me is awesome! The people know what they are talking about. Its not just a quick yes or no answer but they explain exactly what kind of console or game you are getting into and what to expect. They are very intelligent individuals who know what they are talking about

I mean its a gamestop so its plenty expensive, but when I got Fire Emblem & I got the bundle to get both versions, I didnt know the second version would be a download on the 1sts game copy. So gamestop doesnt really inform you of everything when you buy stuff. However, it was nice when I went in and they helped me through everything. They helped me through the entire download. So gamestop as a company is a bit iffy, but the employees are amazing & are happy to help.Stopped shopping here after I pre-ordered pokemon and they ran out of the pre-order specials. Whats the point in pre ordering if you dont get the specialities? Also how do you run out of pre-order specials when you know exactly how much to get? Even the employee on duty at the time didnt get one either. Ridiculous

Its a small location but always well kept and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Theyll give you a dollar for a $60 game but thats corporates BS and not the staffs.

Well. Gamestop has gone downhill. With alot of things can only be preorder or brought online, an lately I been having alot of problems.It wasnt bad that at they had someone one that switch your preorder to another system, but now they seem to sell your copy that you preorder. Was told by the manager that he doesnt care if I stop going there.
