I LOVE donating to the Reuseum! Glen and staff are so amazing to work with and they are quick to pick up large donations! They were early, provided a donation sheet without having to ask, and they were in and out when picking up the donations. I will always continue to donate here! Easiest and quickest place to donate tech. LOVE that they wipe the tech even if youve already factory reset everything. Makes me feel extra secure with donating here! HIGHLY recommend the Reuseum!

Addressing the recent 1 star review... I just want to add context to the situation. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I volunteer at the Reuseum. And I recall this incident. Nobody asked me to write this- Ive taken matters into my own hands with this matter.Ive known Glen for decades. He would never make fun of anyone. In fact, he stutters sometimes too. He might have been stuttering while responding to someone, but he definitely wouldnt deliberately antagonize anyone. The YMCA called and one of the employees returned her call. The representative from the YMCA made arrangements to come in and discuss the matter, which she did. She was informed that Glen, too, stutters and whatever someone thought transpired was indeed not what it looks like. Glen has undergone multiple background checks, fingerprints for an FBI background check, and has hundreds of personal references that have been vetted. Hes very qualified to be doing the job he does.We were told that the issue was resolved.I just want to point out Glen does not nor has ever answered the phone at the Reuseum. Brandon, Trevor, and occasionally Kyle answer the phone.Glen isnt even in the same building the phone rings to! Its been this way for at least the last 3 years. So I 100% believe the phone call situation is a complete fabrication. The managers name is Kyle, hes there 6 days a week, give him a call and air your grievances. It basically boils down to your word against Glen, and anyone who knows Glen knows he would not act like you are saying he did.

We absolutely love the Reuseum! They have been wonderful with our youth. Glen was a fantastic teacher when he taught our Scouts how to build Bristle Bots and Rockets.Over the summer we participated in the Reuseum Camp and all the kids had a blast learning about water quality, tie dying shirts, building their own spin art machines, rockets, doodle bots, and more.We enjoy coming to the Reuseum on Saturdays during Deconstruction where our kids learn how to take electronics apart, the importance of recycling, and giving back to the community.Glen and the folks at the Reuseum are respectful, polite, patient, and kind to everyone. We encourage our friends and others to come to the Reuseum. They also offer traveling programs and they have been an absolute blessing to the community. I love meeting folks who were at a community event and are coming into the Reuseum as well, experiencing Deconstruction and the Reuseum Community.

Im writing this review really just to combat the review from the person from the YMCA. It would be 1000% times more believable if you said one of the younger guys did something goofy. I dont theknow Glen on a personal level but you dont really have to know someone to know if they would mock a child for a studder. The likelihood of that is non existent. But then you add that he is repeatedly hanging up on you? So I am going to put this pretty blunt, I think you take NNarcotics.I wanted to see the very little thats possible about the person so I went to her previous reviews. The only other one is a review for a Papa Johns where she lost her mind over no extra sauce. Said some less that kind words about the kid working. It made a little more sense after reading that. I vote this lady unstable. The End

I headed down to Reuseum for the first time in 18? Months. I was hoping it was still open. Sure enough it was. I was very glad. Reuseum has a little bit of almost everything. While there I witnessed a lady bring up a used video screen up to the counter and ask if it would work with a Roku. The clerk was knowledgeable, suggested some options and talking her through some of the trocky points. I did not find what I went to find. But I DID figure out another solution as I walked through. Reuseum is awesome!

Great electronics project store. Find most any common switch, power supply, diode, multiplexer, transistor, etc, you need. Almost everything is used/second hand, which makes it fun to search through to see what youll find. Wires and adapters and cords are found here as well many other electronics.

I have been volunteering here for a long time now and I want to say that The Reuseum is a great place. They have all sorts of things for great prices that you couldnt usually find anywhere else. Stuff that you would need to build the project of your dreams! Also during the Deconstruction Lab on Saturdays kids and adults can come in and learn more about electronics and engineering by taking apart stuff. Usually these things would go to waste but instead they are recycled and used to make new things or provide parts for projects. Great place that is non-profit and supports education, as well as provide people with things they need. The staff here are very nice and will help you out with finding components and building things with electronics. There are all sorts of parts for arduino projects, and just general electronics, they have large prototyping boards which are usually quite hard to find too. Great place that I would highly recommend to anyone!

We had about 16 kids in the class and it worked so well! Definitely coming back soon.

I was referred to this business by a friend when I asked about finding an used laptop with Windows XP Pro. When I entered the business and asked I was rudely told it was an older operating system and he didnt sell anything like that. I explained why I needed it and his solution was buy one and then buy the operating system and he would install it pointing at the area where they were in the store. As I started towards the shelves to select one he told me I had to have a mask on. Its not required in Ada country any longer and I politely told him I couldnt wear one. He then told me to leave the store. I guess a virus thats 99% survivable scares him into being rude to customers. I wouldnt grace his doorstep if he was the last business in the country and would NEVER recommend this business. I owned a business for over 25 years and this isnt how to run a business. If Covid19 scares him that much why not offer to provide curbside service or any number of other options? Its not the end of the world after all.

This is a great place where you can buy and learn. I talked with Glen Martinthe Program Manager. I told him I need to learn Arduino programing for a project I was doing. He put together everything I would need along with a lesson plan for my first project. He would not even take money for the parts he gave me. I could see he loves to teach and Reuseum would be the place to learn.

The workers are very helpful and the shop has lots of good stuff. Its more of a treasure hunt if you go there for components. If I cant find the section by walking around quickly for transistors or op. Amps, etc, I usually ask for the general area so I can spend my time searching for what I need instead of looking through the whole shop. They group most everything together by category, but you need to search for specific components yourself. Make sure you have some time when going here, make it a fun trip.

The Reuseum is a place I can only describe as magical. A quick browse every week or two can net you some incredible deals. I have gotten a 4k Dell Monitor for $40, a 10 inch sub-woofer for $20, a 6 monitor stand for $20, and quite a few other things. On top of that, the selection of basic (and not so basic) electronic components is insane. They have two walls lined with them, and a vast assortment of ICs.Overall, it is a great place to shop.

They also have lots of electronic components, fans, motors, wires, meters, power supplies, coils, etc. I got an old reel-to-reel tape machine for $80, and a great gaming laptop for $60. I went in hearing good things. They had some neat stuff. The reason I give it a 1 star is they had one person working. He did not seem to interested in helping folks. I noted they had steal rods, 8mm and 12 mm type. I use these for my machines. You can get them out of old printers or off Ebay for like 5 to 10 dollars. After second time of asking about a price the guy threw out a price of $30 stupid.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They do not stand behind there products!(understandable for their used stuff but I am talking about new in original package) Ive been a regular customer for years and reasonably satisfied but Friday (07/20/2018) morning I purchased a new in the package arduino uno that was defective right out of the package (bad sector in prom). I tried to return it and encountered the most rude, arrogant, jackass behind the counter. First of all he would not believe there was anything wrong with the board. Then after failing to load a program. First he claimed that my software screwed it up. Impossible! you cannot hurt hardware with software. It runs fine in 3 other arduinos and have been using it for 2 years. Then he claimed I did something to it. I treated it far better than he did when he was checking it out. He didnt even use a grounding kit. He treated first as if I was an idiot, then as if I was dishonest. He couldnt even tell the board had a bad prom and claimed it was the ftdi chip. He absolutely refused to give me a new board. If you want an arduino, I suggest Amazon or Ebay.
