Poor customer service. just tried to figure out some prices and guy said he was too busy 20 minutes to close. ok ill go elsewhere
I bought a phone from this store last week. I can not say enough about all of the help that the owner gave me with the phone. I had a flip phone and he worked with me until I could use the phone and I so appreciated the help will go there for all of my phone purchases. I wanted to say thank you.
Ive lived in Garden City for nine years now, and when I first bought a phone, it was with Carls advice. The phone was excellent! Every time I need a new phone, I purchase it from Carl. His customer service skills are never lacking. Hes kind, courteous, and respectful whenever I walk in. Carl is also honest, no matter what. I would recommend this Metro by T-Mobile store to anyone living in or around the Garden City area!
I come all the way from Akron OH to buy phones here. Carl is very helpful and knowledgeable. Seriously if you need a phone hes the one to go to!

My neighbor recommended I go see Carl at Metro bc I was switching back to metro phone service - I saw Carl and he was excellent. Had some issue w/ the porting bc of my previous company but had stellar service from Carl and put me on a great unlimited plan. Go See Carl - hes upfront/nice.
Horrible Customer service! I bought a phone at this MetroPCS 4 weeks ago and I cant even Use Signal properly, Every time I leave the house, I always have to turn off the signal. And if I have the signal on, nothing work. It loads to long and I cant even call my children. Everytime I call someone, no one ever receive it and if it does, (Which is Uncommon). Then it goes straight to voicemail. And I have small children at home. Around age 7 and Age 12. And when I go to get groceries, I dont even receive a call from my daughter. Even other customers received these problem. And he pushes on getting 5g phone and I cant even get connected to different places. I have to connect it from my house when I travel. And when I go back there to ask to receive a new phone, he wouldnt give it to us. What kind of Owner wouldnt even give us a new phone. And instead he told us we have to buy a used phone and we have to return our old phone AND pay for another phone. What the heck! Youll be giving us a used phone and we have to return our old phone and also we have to pay at the same time. Horrible, and the fact other people incounter this problem is even more reason to not go there. Next time if you go to that Metro PCS, I suggest you look at the review. Dont make the same mistake as I did. I was too Naive and I shouldnt have done that. Unless you want your money stolen.
Carl is professional and treats customers well! Very easy to deal with. Great customer service! He had gone above and beyond for everyone in my family on multiple occasions.
I called to ask if you have to take a new phone up to the store to get the sim card changed or if i can just do it myself or over the phone, u0026 the guy on the phone said to do so it’ll cost $21, and i clarified that is was $21 and he immediately says “Oh so you can pay $700 for the new iphone but not $21 to get your sim card changed?”, So i told him that was rude and No the payment wasn’t the issue i was just clarifying. I am not the type to write reviews bc i get people have bad days and I also work in same type of industry but that was extremely out of line in my opinion u0026 I now know that this is a metro to avoid going to, because it seems like there’s a bit of aggressive u0026 hostile employees.
Carl is hands down the only person in the cell industry that I trust. He is honest, knowledgeable and a truly kindand good human being. I moved from GC a few years ago and drive back when I or any member of my family needs service or a new phone. He is the best!
The only metro store I will go to. I bought a phone from the store on Inkster Rd, and Warren Rd, for myself, where he charged me 280 with a side of rudeness and vibe of depression. A few days later, I came to this store, next to Garden City Highschool, to buy my siblings each the same phone; Carl, charged me 150 for each phone. Carl, doesnt look to screw the customer out of hundreds of dollars; always pious in his prices. He is always nice, outgoing, and respectful. He will tell you the truth. He wont make you spend more than you need, or should, and will always work to give you the lowest price he can give you.
This guy carl is an awsome dude, stop in with a phone problem in a panic, and get this i dont even have a metro phone!! I have Verizon. Carl was more then willing to help me, he actually got on the line with Verizon for me. Talk about customer service. If i could give him 100 stars i would!! Im sure he runs his business like he presents his customer service and that is nothing less then exceptional!!!

I havent been here in a while because they charged me more than what I should pay to pay my bill. For a $40 plan I usually pay $43 but here they charged me $53 and then an extra $1 to use my debit card.

They say they open at 10am, and the last 3 times I have went there they were still closed at 1030. Just a young kid that works there and is NEVER and I mean NEVER ON TIME.
Terrible customer service! I asked for the best camera in my price range and it is horrible. Also he did not sync my phone when he told me he did.
