I was in the ATT store before coming here because I bought a galaxy samsung watch from ebay told. The worker at the ATT store told me to come to the samsung store and I came here driving for over an hour. I asked a worker if they could remove a account from the watch because I bought the watch from ebay and I had the receipt and everything but the worker said they cant fix it even when they have lots of watches and they didnt want to fix mine. If you ever need help dont come to this samsung experience store.

I just finished paying off my Affirm loan used to purchase a Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold because this Samsung Experience store BOTCHED my return. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to send me a check for the items I returned because the cashier processed the return incorrectly.Samsung needs to ensure that ALL cashiers are trained properly before allowing them to process purchases and returns. I advise anyone returning merchandise to this location to make sure a supervisor is present during the transaction so that you wont have to go though the headache of trying to get Samsung to reimburse your money.
With out a doubt a memorable day. For starters there was no wait to be attended, the immediate help was just what I needed being that I was eager to pick up my new Z fold ! I was able to get everything i needed thanks to the helpful assistance. They even called me a few days later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase ! To say the least it truly was, a Samsung experience.
Top-notch service and expertise. I had such a wonderful experience, it felt as if I was at hangout ... but it wasnt. The employees are about the business of getting product in the customers hands pleasantly and with satisfaction. I especially loved the individual attention from Noah who was clearly in touch with what was going on throughout the store as evidenced by his few pauses to communicate with other staff via headset to insure that everyone was taken care of.Like I stated originally ... TOPNOTCH.

Battery replacement for 1 of my phones. Friendly and helpful staff. Explained all sorts of warranty, maintenance, and potential issues which I was already aware of but needed to be told again anyways. Great and fun experience; got to see, touch, poke some of their new gadgets.
A standard Samsung store with plenty of display items to fiddle with.I had placed an order online which was supposed to be readyI stood in line for about 2 minutes when the customer representative asked me how he could help. He replied to wait in line for online orders. A minute later a Caucasian couple stood behind me in line and same guy asked them and took to the register to help them. That couple finished and left the store while I was still waiting for my order. Frustrated I was finally attended by same guy and made me wait another 15 minutes. I had to wait about one hour for a simple already paid for order just because I wear a scarf on my head. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I love Samsung and I will stick to online orders only.
Premier care and regular care there is no difference.Marketing is great but overall service or support of Samsung is useless.I have been with Samsung for 11 years and first time ever I had an issue with phone and now it really opened my eyes about the service center and their support center.Going above and beyond is NOT even in Samsung DNA based on my experience on phone, chat and in-store.
Definitely not worth coming here. Sales people don’t even know what they selling. Only thing they know is say this is the best and showing the most expensive computer to you. If you ask them why it’s the best they have nothing to say. Just because price is high doesn’t mean anything. I would fire all of them
Samsung makes great products but ultimatly fails to deliver with warranty and reliability. Purchased a Note 20 and accidentally damaged my screen (crack). The screen was still functional at the time. According to Samsung warranty any physical damage to the device, and the warranty for the entire phone is void (I sat on my device by mistake). In an attempt to repair my screen at a local repair shop the device stopped functioning all together. The unit does not power on, hold a charge, nor display any information on the screen. Questionable quality and durability is certainly an issue with Samsung product.

I had a great experience at this location. Scheduling an appointment in advance is recommended in order to receive service. It was easy and my rep James explained everything in English (not tech nerd) he was honest in explaining that a specific repair was not possible but was able to clear up a bug (what I call it). He put every effort into figuring it out which was impressive. I left happy...definitely recommended. Oh and the cost....better than expected 👍.
VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have had Samsung products for over 10 years now and Im so disappointed with the way this Samsung location handles business. Samsung overall is getting worse. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM/REPAIR TEAM IS ABSOLUTELY UPSETTING, DISSATISFYING, AND OVERALL FRUSTRATING. They need to figure out how to better accommodate their customers. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to fix a tiny crack on the phone screen. When we showed up, they did a full diagnostic on the phone to fix the outer screen... why? I have no idea. This was not discussed prior. But they said it was policy so we went with it. They eventually found 2 additional issues with the hardware inside the phone (not sure how, since the phone was only 6 months old). They blamed it on the tiny cracked screen by saying the sensors are on the screen which may be causing the issue and refused to fix the screen without fixing everything else in the phone which costed over $350. This is not what we agreed on. They even had the audacity to say they did not have the parts and that we should make another appointment later on when they get the parts. Our original plan was to fix the tiny crack to trade in the phone because Samsung refused to trade in the phone with a crack. Now were stuck with all these additional issues and we cannot fix the crack, nor can we trade in the phone. Spoke to the manager (or so they claimed he was), and he did not help us at all. I mean honestly, without the customers, Samsung is literally NOTHING. We are the ones spending a fortune on their products and they cannot help us with such simple issues. We waited over 2 weeks for this appointment and spent over an hour at this location on the day of the appointment and got absolutely nothing done. We wasted gas and our time and went home disappointed with a phone that was not fixed, in which we made the original appointment for. A complete waste of time and a DISAPPOINTING trip overall. Samsung needs to figure out a less expensive varient for their screens because their screens alone cost over $500. Its ridiculous to think they make business this way. No wonder everyone is switching to Apple products or Google products because Samsung is doing a horrendous job here. Heed this WARNING and I am sorry it is lengthy, but I want my experience out there so nobody goes through this as well.
Just got this yesterday, the day it came out. I got the Navy Blue, which looks great. I got it to replace my 1st generation Pixel XL. Because the Pixels battery was old Google stopped supporting security updates, I decided to upgrade. I thought about a Pixel 4a, but when I saw this phone in online comparisons and its 120hz screen, huge battery, and top-of-the-line processor for $600, that seemed like too good of a deal. While the OS is gussied up a bit from whats in the Pixel line, its not hard to figure out the differences and it adds a slight premium feel.The only negatives in comparison to the Pixel are the camera software isnt as good, and the price is greater: $250 more than the 4a and $100 more than the 4a 5G. I had to look hard at my criteria to justify the extra cost, but I feel that the Pixel software doesnt add enough to the photos and that the extra cost gave me a phone with the kinds of features that will tide me over an additional year that the Pixel phones--with their weaker processors--likely would not. If anything else, it should have decent trade-in value in a year or two.
Some great sales reps but terrible management and customer service. Refused to even look at equipment without an appointment despite me just wanting to know if it’s would be a warranty or paid repair. Came back for scheduled appointment 4 days later, took tech Jess than 20 seconds to say they refuse to do warranty repair and what the fee for repair is. Had they done that (literally less than 30 seconds) would have saved me hours. Total BS.

Absolutely epic to have such a great store so close to us. There are only 4 Samsung Experience Stores in the United States as of right now, and it is awesome to see one so close to us Long Islanders. Unlike Samsung 837 in Manhattan, they actually sell things here, and you can pick up anything from a new phone to Galaxy Buds to (to my knowledge) a TV if you so desire.I was there for the grand opening (see pictures) and it was awesome to say the very least.P.S. Im a massive Samsung shill, if it wasnt already evident in the name, but I try to be fair to all manufacturers.

It was an awful experience at samsung store in Roosevelt field mall. First of all I got appointment after 20 days when I first walk in to the store. After that when I was at store on appointment day we have to wait for 20 minutes . There are many of samsung guys roaming around but no one has a minute to attend us. I bought my samsung S21 in February and had quite a big issue on June 9th which they have fixed it. But now same issue has occurred again with some added problems. That was my reason to visit the store. They have seen my phone and realizes its a big problem with phone. My phone is still under warranty. I have requested to exchange my phone with exact same samsung s21 so this problem wont occurred again. They agree on that but lady who was working with us she told us there is a process for that and we agree for that. She told us it will take 2-3 business days to arrive new phone and someone will call you once samsung facility at Roosevelt field mall receive the new phone.I was there to get my new phone but now they have changed their words and told me I can get factory refurbished phone. I dont know what to do with this issue. It has been pain dealing with them. Now its very disappointing for me to trust samsung and its service. I really didnt want to give them a single star, but to post this message, I needed to.
DO NOT BUY SCREEN COVERS for $40 from here, they do not protect screens and they say they will replace for free for life, but the are NEVER in stock. *Also, do not try to save a few bucks with a phone here and they tell you they can transfer your data...it was a big mess. Ended up having to go back to Verizon to have them fix the multiple issues.
The scheduling appointments needs to be structured. There is no reason why someone needs to wait over an hour to drop off a phone to fix a cracked screen. On a day where Samsung isnt busy this is unacceptable.
This is the best tech/electronic based store in Roosevelt Field Mall. It takes the design aspects of the Apple Store that work and introduces ways to improve upon that experience.Unlike the Apple Store, there is customer seating available throughout the store. Its also larger than the Apple Store.The staff is very knowledgeable about the merchandise available in the store, and theres also a Genius Bar-esque customer service center.The store is very mobile-forward in regards to what products they present. Although Samsung makes appliances and TVs among other product categories, the focus is primarily on their mobile products and technology.
My phone was locked up and frozen after a failed update. I thought everything was lost for good. Awsome employee James was able to reset the phone without losing any of my photos or contacts. Wait time was not bad at all and I still have my family photos. Thanks, and yes I will back up regularly.

Been there few times. Just a terrible experience everytime.I am a Samsung user but going to this particular location is ALWAYS frustrating.Wasted hours every time I went there to get anything done . Either they dont have it, or their poor customer service will somehow make you waste hours if not days or their equipment is not working.Smh
The worst experience ever. Waste of money going to this store. I traveled at least one hour from New Jersey to get to this store. Just to go home and fined out that my LTE smart watch Samsung 4 classic doesnt even work with Verizon. Unless you are only connecting Bluetooth. After I called and told them my problem, one of the employees there said, well you can still use the Bluetooth. I said to her, if I wanted just Bluetooth, I wouldnt have purchased the LTE. The crazy part is, I told them my mobile phone service provider before they sold me the phone. I wonder if they are getting commission off each purchase? I wonder?

I enjoyed my experience here. I didnt take any of the services offered though because it was too rich for my blood. But I did appreciate the super nice customer service people. Rachel was super nice even though I didnt take any of the services, I appreciated the way they treated me. They are SO MUCH BETTER than the people who worked in the apple store that I visited last year.

The staff for repair are nice and they know what they you doing but the manager seemed rude and he wont try to help you. But the staff are pretty chill and helpful

My visit to The Samsung Experience in the Roosevelt was EVERYTHING. I purchased my Note 20 ultra 5G. Id been researching and trying to decide between this phone and the Galaxy S 20 Ultra plus The rep Miguel, who took care of us was patient, knowledgeable and professional.Miguel went over the specs and explained the features and specs of each phone. From his thorough explanation and in person tutorial I was able to experience the functionality of both phones and decided the Note was the phone for me. He exceeded my expectation of my visit helped me purchase screen protector, case and more memory for my phone, transferred my data.(the only drawback is Samsung does not include any accessories with the phone, it only comes with a wall charger, Miguel helped me secure some earphones) Thanks to Miguel and Samsung I had one of the best customer service experience.
I was helped by Nikko. Hes so helpful. I came in asking about 1 thing. We compared different devices for me. And he even showed me some amazing tricks for my current phone. I almost didnt want to leave. I will most definitely be back and purchase more Samsung devices.
Samsung is not reliable, we brought our Dacor/samsung built in high end refrigerator, cost was over $8000. Our fridge broke within 12 months (warranty for the compressor is 15 years) on 3/8/21, we dont have our fridge repaired or replaced for the past 50 days, the service center is not reliable, their assurances of repairing or exchanging this fridge was empty worlds, you can never contact them personally, this is so frustrating, I wasted over 12 hrs of phone calls since 5 weeks ago. Never again buying from SAMSUNG/DACOR.

This place is a total scam it tell you have a crack screen but you cant see it. So they try to take off another $150 off the trade in.. There a 10 or more people working there half of them stand around with their Pocket.. Giving call the store up and nobody will level answer the phone. Thats what happens when you hire children instead of adults

They are very helpful. Had my phone fixed a few times here. Recently had dirt stuck in my charge port on my note 10 . Employee took the time to clean it out without even bringing it in for service .
This store is very high tech and looks like some modern space station feel, but services are a little too managed for my taste, but not sure if its due to covid or they have the store policy. You cannot browse on your own and much be assigned a sales rep that follow you everywhere within the store.
Tried to find problem with my phone. Could not find issue & resolve it . Tech was honest .

I called about promoting on the website they said its will be same at their store I also asked them about the phones if they have them they said yes come but when I drove about 60miles to the store they are saying they dont have one of the phones in stocks and they cannot honor the website promoting because of thats, I even asked them if they do a home delivery they said no, bunch of fraud. I bought 6 brand new phones from this place and they still did this ship to me this time.

Located inside the Roosevelt Field Shopping Center located off of Old Country Road servicing Garden City and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Salvatore was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommended! We will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed in the staff at this store. Went in for a battery and the back of the phone to be repaired. They tired to sell me a new screen. My screen is in perfect working order. A $99 repair was going to coast me $270 now.I absolutely dont recommend this store.
Although I lost over 1400 of my pictures I was still able to purchase my new phone and wait for the transfer from the old phone to the new phone.
