I was so shook up when my car was hit in February, while I was sitting in traffic on Beach Blvd! After getting all the info needed from the driver, I went to Elmore Toyota to ask about repairs. Someone called Global, and Arthur Odinson was there within a few minutes! Arthur was very kind and compassionate, and he spoke on the phone to my AAA Claims rep.He got the okay for a rental, walked over to the Enterprise office near Elmore, and chose the perfect vehicle for me, a Mazda CX5 SUV. Then, Arthur helped me empty my Camry and put all my stuff in the Mazda, and took my injured car off to Global. The entire time my Camry was being repaired, Arthur stayed in touch with me via calls, texts and emails. He was always friendly yet extremely professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the process my car was undergoing. Im extremely grateful to Arthur, and to Global Collision, for the beautiful work done to restore my Camry!

This place is simply amazing! From the moment I called in and spoke the receptionist I knew I was in good hands. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Johnson who went above and beyond for me as my insurance was being extremely difficult. Johnson kept me informed every step of the way insuring me that when my car was complete it would be just like NEW. His promise was kept and the work they did to my car was flawless. Thank you Global Collision for hiring only the best. A great big THANK YOU Johnson for making sure that I received communication on the regular and for your patience.

I was very disappointed and using their service. I had to call multiple times to find out the status of the repair. They did not even start until about the time it was supposed to be finished, so it took quite a bit longer than expected. Their communication was horrible. And the fact that the cost of the repair jumped almost double. Their attitude was as if they were doing me a favor to fix my car. The quality of the work was adequate, although they did not do everything they said they would.

I had a wonderful repair experience with Global Collision last week. I brought my VW Bug in for minor fender bender damage. I worked with Virginia. She was very sweet and quoted me a very fair price on my estimate. She was very good about keeping in continual contact with me about my cars repair status. I am happy to announce I picked up my car today (a week early!) and the bumper looks good as new! No one would ever be able to tell Id been in an accident. Thank you Virginia & Global!!

Thank you! When my new Tundra got rear ended I was sure it would never be the same. Global made my truck look PERFECT! Even with close inspection there is NO evidence it was ever in a crash. Stellar work.

This review is after a year or so of the repairs. They fixed the trim they put on crooked and a couple minor things. I still say the estimate was very quick and not at all detailed and correct. The brakes had just been done before accident and they came back still warped from the accident. The glass has bubbles and doesn’t look good. The headliner has greasy marks on it. The exhaust has some small leaks the whole package tray makes a horrible rattling noise all the time.and there are small spots that didn’t get polished and are dry looking we had to get it realigned and I had to attach the radiator fan because it was hanging off and not doing it’s job. Still probly better than other places but if you can’t fix it and can’t write an accurate estimate don’t bother fixing cars at all this goes for all repair shops. Just my two cents

Would do 0 star rating if possible. They’ve had my car for over 5 weeks for a simple fix and they don’t answer our calls for updates. We regret going to this collision center. Avoid if possible.

Except for forgetting to place my door guard, and having to drive back a couple of times, Im totally satisfied with the repair on my car. I recommend this place.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a repair shop. From the Lack of Communication, Unprofessional practice, Inconsistent, Arrogant to Ignorant in dealing with clients. What would normally take 1 week to do it has taken 2 weeks and counting. If there is a Negative 5 Star rating I will be happy to use that rate. I am just wondering why they are an Elmore Toyota Accredited shop.

Kept my car for almost 3 months, never wanted to contact for updates unless I called them, and keep saying it not done yet, even my insurance totally paid.Finally called to pick up, then when I arrived, they still made me wait for another an hour said because the paperwork not done. They really need to manage their services and respect the customer time.

Just look at the other reviews and youll know what goes down when you take your car here. No status updates, no ETA, nothing!

1st time working with them and it will be the last.. thry kept my car for 2weeks with nothing being done and not even 1 update. I have to call them to ask for status but therrth none because they have not done jack. Im hoping that they would just release my car.

Worse Service ever. Hold my car way too long to repair, never contact for update. Staffs are so rude and not friendly when they made me wait another an hour at the office to pick up my car. Battery dead next day for sitting almost 3 months over there for nothing but charging storage fee into my insurance. :(

This is the worst place that you can fix your car in. My car had a minor accident, it needed a front bumper, headlight and a-bunch of plastic parts and it took them 7 weeks to get it done. Also not to mention that they never answer the phone and when they do they don’t help you, they just tell you that they will call you back and they never do.

A plain and simple legal robbery. They do fine work but they will overcharge you by a lot.

Terrible experience! These guys do not do what they promise. They try to charge more than what what the signed contract calls for. They take much longer than they commit too! They come up with many excuses. Avoid a lot of headaches and find a more reputable company to work with. This is my experience.

Very poor service. If you dont want very bad headache look for another car service instead of this one.
