I have been serviced in this place many years and satisfied for the service, but not any more lately since this indecent happened. First attention. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE for service, honesty. They blame on you more than they services and treat customers. Why If you repair to replace parts, even your invoice still under warranty, but they still void it for many reasons such as the parts they blame is not belong to them, it has been changed for some reason from others. That is B..u..l..l.. S..h..i..t and ridiculous. I dont want going further details, but will going to report this shop to the State Board Consumer Affair to protect new or old customers lost money as trash. They call we are Stupid. Took my car there to get repaired after an accident through a refferal. It was a bad experience to say the least. Where to start... They offered to provide a comperable rental car for my 2014 ford fusion hybrid titanium, which was a 2009 gennesis that was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. Keep in mind i was scheduled to bring my car in for a week. They didnt even clean the trash out from the previous renter. I called to ask for a more comparable car, and after getting an attitude from the woman on the phone, they told me they had a lexus 200h but they had no idea when it would be back. A week and a half later the car becomes availible. When I go to pick up the rental I happen to see my car parked outside wedged between two black cars, and duck tape all over the door that is being replaced. The key was in the car, which was odd because this shop is in an awful area but the man said they remove the keys every night. Anyway, flash forward 4+ weeks and the car is now complete. I work 12 hour days so I have my girlfriend pick up the car and as she is examining the car the man working there makes her feel extreemly uncomfortable as she points out scuffs and marks on the car, telling her that all the marks are dirt and water stains. Why is there dirt on my car? This was a $5k repair. As it turns out there are now black paint scuffs on the side view mirrors, rust stains on the roof feom what looks like some sort of metal bracket that was left sitting on top of the car, mud all over the inside the car (back seat and front), the blinker housing on the side view mirror is now cracked, duck tape marks all over the back and side of the car, and to top it off they replaced the tire with a scuffed up used tire. Total hack job. I mean, come on you cant clean the mud out of the car that you tracked in there? Or take some rubbing alcohol and remove the duck tape lines all over the back and side of the car? Oh, and they didnt even remove the seal they put to cover the gas cap (duck taped of course). Never will I take another vehicle there or would I ever reccomend this place to anyone. Take you car elsewhere. Bad customer service and bad repair job.

They turned me away for an estimate because they would only be open for another hour. They must already have enough business.
