I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue in April, and I got a 5-year free oil change and services at the dealer. But I had to move to East Coast, so that would be my first and last service at the dealer.After the first 5k miles in July, I went for services. Since I am moving to the East Coast, I asked Daniel (Service Specialist) to tell the service guys to perform a very good service, such as check all the fluids and adjust them to the proper level.They did the tire rotation. But theyve not done the service very well. Because my windshield fluid is out, which I barely used. My brake fluid level is less than the minimum, just like the last time I checked before I went to the service. Coolant is lite above the minimum level. And I doubt they have changed my oil.Overall, they have very good sales tactics, but poor services.
Friendly service. Loved that they got me a Lyft home and back just for an oil change change and was able to take care of things at home instead of waiting at the dealership.
Supervisor it was very good entertainment for my service on my own car they said it was the best thing for me

At first, estimated US$150. After the inspection that had taken for 4 &1/2 hours, total payment ended up with US$1,190. So I said that I need to talk with my insurance company about that payment. Then the service just left the car nothing had done but took US$150 inspection charge only.
