Came down for a business meeting and was staying at the Ramada inn and needed a few supplies. So glad this was so close by and they had everything I needed. She was so nice too!!

This cosmetic store is only,for Cosmetologys with LIC! You find so many hair products!Prices are very good!

Would not us return item saying it need to have the buyer to be there and treating to have stateboard take back my boss license. Because I have her cosmoprof card.

I will never visit this Cosmo prof again. I have been to so many Cosmo Prof’s all across the country and I’ve experienced the worst customer service by an middle aged women with short black hair at this location.I went to check out and she asked for my Cosmo card. I didn’t have my card but I have my account #. Some Cosmoprofs won’t take my account number for audit reasons but every other cosmoprof ALWAYS takes my Salon’s phone number for my business account. I let this associate know that I was running short on time and she showed zero concern. She made me put my info into her iPad and it wasn’t accepting my zip code (to pull up the account number that I have) then she made me download the app on my phone, still wasn’t working, after she then called customer care and was waiting for an answer for awhile. I was so frustrated! I have my ID & my business card with my salon’s info attached. She made me wait to get the same exact account number I had given her and all she had to do is input my Salon’s phone number into the computer and my account will pull right up. If a customer is telling you that he/ she is running short on time, next time have some consideration and expedite my check out!!!! After customer service verified only my name and address.. I handed her back the phone, the rep over the phone gave her the SAME account number that I was trying to give her. I DON’T UNDERSTAND! I own a salon and customer service is everything to me. AFTER... she tried to explain herself.. yet again, wasting my time. This lady really needs to get re-evaluated. I called several cosmoprof’s after and they all said “No problem, we can easily pull your account up with your Salon’s phone number”

Very rude old lady she said I couldnt be inside because I dont have my cosmetic license. She didnt even ask me if I had mines .

They dont accept cosmo students have a picture of their time card even though it was your first time there and didnt know never ever going there again i say if you are go but if you dont have your time card to bad theyll tell you,you have to leave or if you want to stay and see but wont be able to buy anything
