I absolutely hate writing bad reviews!Very disappointed. I used to shop here all the time and always loved the selection of quality items. I recently purchased a Bobbi Boss wig (for twice the amount I could have bought it online), but I was in a pinch. The price was not the problem, though. I have bought this particular wig before and dismissed the fact that she wouldnt let me try it on. I figured it was because of covid.So I got home and tried it on and it didnt fit well. I also noticed that it was really thick on top. I thought maybe I just needed to cut the lace and try it with my hair pinned down better. After I couldnt get it to fit properly I called and she said to bring it in. She put it on me and insisted that it fit even though it slid up every time I smiled or spoke. She wouldnt listen to me and said it was fine even though it wasnt. This is what I discovered when I was trying to figure out the problem. (Photos)I am so disappointed because I never had a problem here before and because it cost me over $70 for a wig that is no good.

Very nice lots of products..... very cluttered but if you ask the owner she can navigate through her store like a PROFESSIONAL.

She pretty much always has a full stock for black and ethnic hair care and shes always so kind.

I have been doing hair for 15yrs and this place has the worst customer service! They would not let me exchange hair for a client or even get a refund. This place is disorganized and chaotic. DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other places that value their costumers.

Worth the drive! It is the only place I have found in Orange County with braiding hair. The place is small, but extremely organized and clean. All types of hair products, crochet hair, braiding hair, extensions, wigs, ponytails, sew-in style kits, headbands, hair accessories, silk scarves and more! The woman knows exactly where everything is. Her prices are amazing! She is such a sweet lady. I will definitely be back.

Nice lady. Helpful, very full with supplies. Overwhelmed at times but always enough supplies. She needs larger space and display hair so customers dont pull out too much when searching. No walking space. I recommend her store.

I love going here. it is one of my favorite weave stores.

This was not my first visit here but will be my last. I wont talk about the single 6ft long x 2ft wide space in which there is to move around - literally thats it! What I will say is I believe the reason that there is so much hair here is because prices are so very unreasonable!

The biggest selection of synthetic wigs, extensions (real and synthetic), hair for all types of needs and ethnicities. Store is messy and jam packed with so much product... its awesome!! Owner is very nice and patient. Great prices and friendly service. Owner doesnt speak English too well but she still helps with any questions. Ive been to a lot of beauty supply stores and I always end up back here.

This is the only beauty supply in Orange County that I’ve come across that even caters to black women. (I could be wrong but it’s the only one within 20 miles of where I live.) It’s VERY hard out here to find anything for my natural hair & this store is my go to. Weaves, wigs, braiding hair, I love it. Not to mention the owner is a literal sweetheart. She’s a part of why I go back as well. She’s so nice! I love this store & I am so happy that I was able to find a place for me.

Wonderful experience! The shop lady is so nice and helpful! Plus she puts all kinds of free goodies in my bag to try. Absolutely love this little store. Oh and if she does not have it she will order what ever you need.

Hands down the owner is by far the best Ive ever had. Ive been going to her for 6 yrs, I started with extensions then I got brain Cancer so I went with wigs... She is so awesome she also put a necklace with a blessed container of holy water. She has everything but she knows where everything is in her store.

Nice prices! Friendly owner/clerk. But its clustered and hard to find what you are looking for. So if you like scavenger hunt, go for it.

I Love This Place! There are very few shops that cater to POC and I wont be giving my business to anyone else. The shop is very messy-- but it kinda gave me the feel of being on a treasure hunt. Huge selection of hair types and colors unseen in other beauty shops in Orange County. The shopowner-- total sweetheart!! She even threw a few goodies in my bag. Prices are very reasonable and I walked out with twice as much hair for the money I had planned to spend. Will be back-- soon!!!

The owner is super polite and welcoming. She is always ready to help you find what you need. Prices are good and the store is always stocked with what I want

I’ve driven 10 miles to come to this place during it’s posted business hours only to arrive and the store is closed. Sign posted I’ll be back at 2! Maybe there was a family emergency snd this is a small business with only one employee. IDK. I am pressed for time and it took 18 minute to get here. So I am not happy.
