Horrible customer service, they don’t even know what their selling they gave me dip powder i asked if it was also for acrylic he said “yeah for both” i get home & doesn’t want to work with my monomer i called if i can exchange they said yeah come wednesday i came in & she i’m guessing the owner, wanted me to pay $5 more for the exchange.she was so rude bd ignoring everything i said and on her phone while i was trying to do something about the issue she said it was my fault because i opened it. her employe said it was for both acrylic & dip, it ended up being only for dip. she was telling her employeesto ignore me they were all ignoring me so disappointed so i ended up leaving this was my go to store but they ended up losing a customer. i really do love beauty 4u i found what i needed or for way more less the owner this soo nice my new favorite place

Worst customer service ever had, they put you in the line for no reasons. Only couple in the shops, force you to wear mask and correct the way you wear mask! Don’t waste your time going there.

First off, amazing service! Two people greeted me, no one was on their cell phones, when we had questions theyd answer without rolling their eyes. The employees actually assist you in finding the right products.Huge selection of items and plenty of testers and scent testers. They have a nice selection of slightly higher end skincare.Id highly recommend you get your spa supplies here! Youll know what it is and how to use it!

Worth the drive. I was able to get information regarding the chairs I needed for my store. The sales associated were well educated and took the time with me - that I respect most of all.My technicians and my customers all love the new pedicure chairs I purchased from Whale Spa along with the double manicure table.

If i could rate this place 0 stars I would!!! WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! YOH CANT EVEN WALM IN WITH OUT 4 PEOPLE HOVERING OVER YOU ASKING WHAT YOU WANT LITERALLY THOSE WORDS. As we are outside fixing our .ask the lady walks out and says YOU NEED MASK as if we werent fixing our masks. There is a nail place literally up the block with is 5times bigger and staff is amazing and prices are goood!!! Its called Skylark Nail & Beauty Supply! Wayyy better

I was going for a clean and luxurious look. I had many catalogs from different companies and the spa chairs from Whale Spa absolutely caught my eye.😍 They are beautiful! Three words for this. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently bought 8 Alden Crystal Pedicure Chairs for my new store in Tampa. The chairs look very elegant in my salon and the customers love them. The chairs were shipped with every custom design I requested. I am a very difficult customer and easily get anxiety when it comes to purchasing large quantities of items. The pedicure specialist I talked to was patient and made me feel comfortable with all of my questions. I am AMAZED how well they treat and care for their customers. 5+ stars for this Company!

Bought a lot of stuffs from this nail supply store! The salesperson here is very friendly and knowledgeable, this I know many effective skin care products! And now I keep repurchasing and try new products according to their professional recommendations.

I never write reviews but for the experience I had here, Id be crazy not to share.First of all, entering the store I found the people working here friendly and helpful. I was intrigued by the vast amount of supplies they had at every corner. Brands that I could not find anywhere, I was happy to see they had them all. That is a PLUS PLUS!My nail salon has become popular with organic spa treatments. A person working there showed be their premium spa collection. To my surprise, the scent smelt very fresh and I could tell the ingredients put into the line is genuine. I bought the whole line for Mandarin, Green Tea, and Hawaiian Orchid. What sold me was the fact they had the scents in the COOLING GEL!!!?! Isnt that neato?I purchased a reception desk for them and the process was easy and fast. THANK GOD. Usually other places makes it so much more difficult.For anyone planning on opening up a new nail salon or even upgrading theirs, go here!! I would write more on the wonderful experience I had but the list will be too long heehee.

FINALLY. You have no idea how relieved I am to stop having to roam around for good quality products. I have tried countless and many have come to disappoint me. My friend owns a high end salon and had purchased many pedicure spas from Whale Spa along with products that they personally recommended. She finally got me to give this company a shot and let me tell you. I am FOREVER grateful to her. My customers are in love with the upgrade I have made at my salon. Nope not true. They are rude and also the place is too small to shop. You ask them for something and they say No for everything. I hate when they dont speak English when people are around, felt like they were talking about me.

This is the worst company ever. Please dont buy any pedicure chairs from them. They are irresponsible, unreliable, and yes they did not stand for their words. Not only that, the pedi chairs are the worst. We ordered pedi chairs from them with missing parts and sending us the wrong chairs. They send us 10 pedi chairs without the foot rest and water sprays pipe. we called them, they blamed on the salesperson. They even told us to buy them, and fix them by ourselves. What kind of company is this? PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!
