Purchased a vehicle from this place a few months ago. Super nice and fast service. Federico was nice enough to help us get qualified. I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a vehicle. They don’t do in house financing like other small dealer ships which is good because it helps your credit.

‼️be careful they like to scam people with bad cars just to steal your down payment just like all the small dealerships especially own by Mexicans. They like to scam young men and women. Carlos was the man - his customer service was great and efficient. He answered all of our questions and helped us with the financing and deals! We had a legit experience. The truck has a coolant leak we informed them about. They ordered the part and it’ll be fixed at their Escondido location Monday with no charge. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS!! DO NOT COME HERE!! I have never written a review before, send I am not the type to either, but I have to let it be known. it took me 2 weeks to get my refund AND my ID back!! My ID for Christ sake, they kept it in order to pressure me into buying a car I didnt want to buy anymore. When I went back the 4 time in two weeks, they finally agreed to refund my money (I had to go back a week later and argue with the manager because they never actually refunded it) and as for my ID card, this man pulled out a STACK OF IDs and flipped through them until he got to mine.. A STACK. Its how they pursue you into buying a car, by taking your ID AND pretending they cant find it. If I wouldnt have fought for my money and MY ID, I NEVER would have gotten it back once you sign that paper, they get rude and disrespectful, I have it all on video.. .. shady place. Dont come here.

I’ve been looking to kick start my credit and purchase my very first car for months now, and the frustration with dealerships may be a mess but when in doubt Quantum Auto sales are the team you wanna take your business too. Make sure when looking for purchase or financing on vehicles that this is the team you choose to take care of you, specifically my man Aaron . He seen that I had a lot of things that other auto dealerships WOULDNT chance on with me but regardless of me being a first time buyer he gave me the best customer service I had out of all these local dealerships in SoCal. I am writing this review, because of my recent visit with Quantum Auto Sales! Let me tell you, I had been stressing out about finding the perfect car for myself as a hard-working professional. I needed something safe and reliable, as well as great priced. I was not able to find a car dealer within my area that would work with my increasing credit. However, Quantum auto found the perfect car loan for me and was able to get me into a car with, good miles, reasonable price, safety, and comfort! Worse service ever!!! We got a car here and the next day it didn’t start, we called the mechanic so he could fix it.. car was not supposed to break down the following day even though it’s a used car like the mechanic said... “ the mechanic “ wouldn’t give me an appointment to bring the car to the shop so he could “fix it” If you wanna avoid something like this from happening to you DO NOT come to this dealership . I have found Other problems with this car that I have explained to different personnel from this dealership. P.S you should not tell the customer “it’s a used car” we know it’s a used car but it shouldn’t break down the following day, it’s supposed to be in good conditions even though it’s a USED CAR!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE A SCAM AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!My family went to purchase a car and not even a week later the car was having issues! We’ve had to go back 4 times already for them to “try” to fix it. They also lied to us about the down payment. They told us something different when we were purchasing the car and 2 weeks later they call us saying we need to pay an EXTRA 500! The general manager Jorge is also very rude! He kept making comments as if we didn’t have enough money to be able to afford a car!

Definitely worst auto experience.Cons:•Bad customer service.•Sales men who lie. - tell me to come in to get my car detail but service department says no.•Service department- very combative when talking to regarding service. They did not want to help me at all.•People at quantum definitely just looking for the sale. After you leave the lot, customer service out with it.•Best chances to take another car dealership.The attitude and atmosphere definitely not something you want to deal with especially on a a car investment.•If I was probably Hispanic, they would have given me better service.
