AMAZING!!! I’ve had my phone fixed many times and it has never looked this good and new. He uses premium iPhone screens and nothing fake. He showed me everything that was wrong with my phone plus did a full diagnostic after he replaced the screen and battery. Quick service — we were only there for about 30 minutes or less. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Honest, high quality and quick.

Great service. Hard to find repair for cracked screen on newer Motorola. Called several places. Most did not do repairs on Motorolas. Located part & phone repaired in couple hours. Definitely recommend this place!

Bad experience here. A bunch of wanna be techs w high prices. Came here for a iPad repair, left with more issues than originally diagnosed. Cracked screen replaces then my home button stopped working. Came back next day and they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake! More than dissatisfied with them, called my credit card to do a chargeback.

Miguel was great! Excellent service and he went far and beyond for us.We went in to replace a motherboard for a Note phone! He spent pretty much all day and we ended up running through some bumps on the road because my previous old phone had so many other issues. He was super patient and helped us through every step honestly if I could give him a 10 star I would.. very honest person and his prices beat all his competitors. We drove all the way from Murrietta because my husband only trust him with phones and honestly why try to go with somebody else if you know that hes very good at what he does he has fixed several the phones for my husband and honestly we couldnt be more happy so from now on if I need to drive from Murrieta then thats whats going to happen from now on he has our business for life and I truly hope you all can give him a try I really dont write many reviews but honestly this one was worth writing, you all have a great day

Originally went to Ubreakifix for water damage on iPhone 8 Plus, they charged me $65 for a clean and dry diagnostic which is “free” according to their website. Had issues with screen and keyboard so took it to OC phone repairs. Miguel showed me the corrosion that was still on components, cleaned up new and replaced the screen for half the cost I was gonna have to pay at Ubreakifix. They took a week to do nothing, Miguel had the phone working within the hour. Great service, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I broke the lens on my S5 while on vacation and Googled cell phone repair. Thankfully, this shop was within a half mile walk of our hotel. Been to OC Phone Repairs twice in the past year. Both times they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. The second instance my phone was completely unusable and I wouldve been in deep trouble if I didnt have my phone that day. So thankful that OC Phone Repairs repair was there!

Went to fix my phone on April and i was having trouble and would go to home page or type a bunch of letters when I would try to text and the screen cracked even though it had a screen protector I know it was the cheap one but I never dropped it It got a little crack at morning when I put a cover on it... by afternoon the crack was all over the screen.....😣

I was told by my husband never to go to these type of repair shops and go directly to Verizon to fix my phone. Like a very good wife, I went to Verizon who could do nothing for me but sell me another phone and charge me another upgrade charge, so I took it to OC Phone Repairs and they said it was just the LCD Touch Screen that needed to be repaired, it took them 15 to 20 minutes, the charge for the part was more than reasonable. Dont get confused This is OC Phone Repairs off of Chapman in Garden Grove, Next to Vons as their is another business with the similiar name but not the same and does phones.
