Just came in the other day for the first time to look for a screen protector for my phone. Was really nervous, but received really great customer service from Sonny! Highly recommend speaking to him if youre looking for something- he knows his stuff really well and is super friendly! Will definitely come back in the future!

I love working with Sonny, he is the best! Bery professional ang straight to the point, he always help me save $ and get the best deals every time I come in. He always write the calculations down on paper to make sure there’s no hidden fee, which I love because most sales rep only talk but doesn’t write down. Very friendly and you can always expect the best from him! Strongly recommend the store, very clean, spacious, and make you feel welcome everytime you walk in.

Stopped by yesterday to just inquire about an upgrade due to the fact that my boyfriends phone was no longer functional. Well after talking to Jose and his manager we walked out of there with two new phones. They completely hooked us up with an insane deal. We are forever grateful that they took care of us. Very bad customer service. Calling to ask about the rate plans and phone deal to open a line for my aunt. The rep very rude and not professional when explaining the options over the phone with me and talking to someone at the same time. I had to repeat the question many times. She tell me to call back at another time she very busy.

I came for the new Samsung note 20 and I met Brandy. She was so nice, friendly and helpful. she happily answered all my questions. The manager was nice too. Highly recommend 👌

I asked to pay for my Phone Plan and they really charged me 50$ plus tax and didnt give me back my change and it didnt even pay my phone plan. Im very disappointed.

I was helped pretty quickly without any wait. Ive been to many stores but this one is my favorite because the store manager Ahmed jumped in and helped his rep to put me on the right peoduct that fits me. Hes an incredible smart guy who knows his stuff. Very highly recommended this store and make sure you ask for Ahmed, he does everything to make his customers happy.

Disappointing. About a month ago my father went to this T-Mobile to trade in for the brand new iPhone SE with my iPhone 6S Plus. When my father went there the employees there looked at the iPhone they said it was a iPhone 6 Plus NOT A iPhone 6S Plus. They somehow convinced my father that it was an iPhone 6 Plus even though it was an iPhone 6S Plus. I’m seriously disappointed that this had happened and I’m typing this review with my brand new iPhone SE that could’ve been gotten for a cheaper price. If possible tell your employees to actually check the model of the phones that they are looking at. I had found this out after my father and shown me the receipt of the purchase of the trade in. :(

Andrea was amazing 2 weeks ago. My friend thought she lost all her pictures and contacts and she was in a frantic place. Andrea got the sim card out of the old wet phone that got really wet and replaced it in the new phone and it worked. Andrea was so dang sweet and we loved her she brought the phone back to life. Thank you it is so nice to see young people being so helpful. Go t-Moblie

Shady salesman added a hotspot to our second line, instead of unlimited data like we had asked. They tried to take advantage of us, and we trusted them to do their job. These crooks have our personal information. Our billing date was not properly prorated, and the LTE was set to kick in a month later, like we wouldnt notice. We would have been charged $10 month for a hotspot we didnt ask for. SHADY.

Victoria was very patient and compliant. She is by far the best employee Ive ever spoken to. All my questions were answered and she helped me understand the process step by step. Im one satisfied customer thanks to Victoria!!

We bought tempered glass curve and it came out lose after 3 days use. We go back to the store to try get it put back together but they refuse because we didnt bring the receipt. We found the receipt and return to the store but this time they refuse to replace it again. Lesson learn for us to never go back to this store.

WORST !!! T-mobil customer service, employees dont welcome you upon entering the store, like other stores do,had a probem with my phone on monday morning, called it in, and was getting a replacement on tuesday, it did not arrived, went there on wednesday,waiting for about 30 min. when I was help after 2 customers that got there after me!!! Dilan (manager), told me I have to wait 30 minutes for them to enter the phone in their system.regret coming to Tmobil and this store!! The only reason I Put one star, is because you need to put at least one for the review to post. ONLY REASON!!
