This place is totally awesome!!! EVERYONE that works there goes way above and beyond what is expected of them, while keeping it professional and very clean!I got to see Dr. Inman, and she explained everything to me, so I could understand. She even told me about the new machines they have.The only problem I have is that I have to wait for my new glasses, and won’t be able to see their smiling faces. I am legally blind with astigmatism. Dr. Ann is great with me and we get all the bases covered on my eye visits there (like checking retinal pressure). From start to finish the staff was very safe, took multiple precautions with the current pandemic and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. Office was very clean and all equipment appeared very clean as well. Staff is polite, makes sure they help you and answer all questions and provide an overall great experience. Ive been coming here for years now and its all due to the great staff and my outstanding eye doctor. Shes always very polite and in my opinion sincere in explaining my eye condition changes good and bad. Truly a great place to go if you need a great optometrist.

I am a returning patient for over 5 years. The care I have received has been solid. Any recommendations that were not covered by insurance were not forced, rather, made total sense for each separate scenario. Ultimately, others should choose for themselves. For me, personally, I will be continuing my services there as I am very satisfied with their care

I have been coming here for years and love both Dr. Iman and Dr. Gaylord although my favorite is Dr. Iman. Dr. Iman takes her time examining you and explaining everything she is doing thoroughly and patiently. She answers all your questions and concerns. She is an excellent optometrist and I know she is not only passionate about her job but she also genuinely cares about her patients. This has been my optometry office for years! I dont trust anyone else. I have tried different doctors and I gotta say Dr. Inman is the best! She always gets my prescription right and Ive never had to go back to see if my prescription is too strong or not enough. She always cares about eye health and lets me know the symptoms of eye diseases and how to catch them early. Dr. Inman is very informative. I have never had any other doctor be as caring about my eyes. 😭 The receptionist in the office is always nice hes always willing to help with questions. The optician always makes my visits enjoyable and is understanding. Thank you guys so much for everything!

Dr Gaylord has been very thorough when he examines my eyes. He takes the time to explain how the eyes work, and how to care for them. As I am now over 65, I appreciate when he informs me of what to watch out for (pun intended) as my eyes age.Office staff are also well informed. During my last visit I was very impressed with Andy’s expertise, as he helped me select new prescription sunglasses.I highly recommend this practice!

I went in for my yearly eye exam. I must say with everything going on due to Covid-19 GGO is taking the necessary precautions for their customers safety and health. It’s safe to go here during these times. A mask is required. Dr. Iman is great! She offers you many services that you can benefit from regarding your eyes, always very detailed in making sure you know what’s going on with the health of your eye and always on top of everything. Such a sweet lady! Every doctor should have a great worker along her side and that is Chris. He’s always on top of everything for as along as I’ve been going here. He was helpful when it came to scheduling. I needed a sooner date & he called back when it was a cancellation, for me in & out. He’s a nice person as well. Come here for your next eye exam.

Everything was great. In and out, no contract, clean. The only thing I would suggest is to make the forms that were sent easy to sign without having to print them out. Like signing them on line and sending them back to you.

Ive been going to GG optometry for almost 30 years. I continue to go there for all my eye/glasses needs, even though I moved more than 50 miles away. Thats just how good they are.COVID-19 has taken its toll on this business, (as many others), and for now, the waiting room is your car. But the care and the service are excellent and always have been.

I had my annual exam yesterday and was told my eyes have not changed that much and I did not have to spend money on news ones if cash flow was a concern. Very honest people. They could have told me anything just t make money but they did not. I highly recommend them. Been going their for years.

The service is not good anymore. Ive seen the Doctor on July 30, 2020. Because of the covid situation, the testing is different - incomplete. Dr. Anne asked me to cover my right eye, read what ever line she asked me. Asked me to cover my left eye, read what ever line again, and thats it.Thats the initial test. I searched for the frame I can have, Lucy the tech measured my eyes... needed because I will have a trifocal glasses. I waited for about 2 months or so to get my new eyeglasses just to find it not suitable for me to use because of the lack of testing, it was wrong. The reason they gave me for my eyeglasses took so long to get is DUE TO COVID.I returned and she tested me again, same thing, cover right and cover left eye. That was late October. It is mid November now and I still do not have my eyeglasses. I never get any follow-up call from them. I left a message to find out, left my number, I did not get a return call from them at all. They already charged my VSP account. I still do not get the right service from them. Is this right? How much stars do you think they deserve???? Not even one... but I have to click one star to post this.I dont think I will continue to refer them to my co-workers at the school district.I envy the others who gave them 4-5 stars. They got the service they deserve and I dont.With this review, I wonder when will I get my eyeglasses or refund to VSP?

My son and I have seen Dr. Inman for years for our optometry needs, and we look forward to seeing her every year. At one point in time, my son suffered from many abrasions in his eyes due to extreme wind and dust that ended up scratching both his corneas, causing him to have extremely dry eyes and a lot of pain. We contacted Dr. Inman right away, and she saw us immediately and then referred us to specialists, who did as much as they could to help my son’s eyes heal. But it was Dr. Inman’s support and contact with us after we initially saw her and the extra time she took to check in on us and make more recommendations was what impressed us the most. I’m also impressed with her staff, who are always courteous, friendly, helpful and who take the time to explain things to us regarding insurance and costs. It was my first time here since I was a kid but both my parents still come here and recommended it. Dr. Inman and staff were all super helpful and genuinely nice. Took my 7year old son, was greeted with a smile, helped right away. The optometrist was great with my son, it was his first exam. After the exam we were helped in picking him some glasses. Great fast service, this office made it very simple to be in and out. I will defitnetly continue to use this office for my other kids and highly recommend it to friends and family.

This is a nice place. I needed some new glasses, and I wear contact lenses and it had been a while since I had an exam. Things were a little blurry with my old glasses, and since my old eye doctor was no longer in business I had to try someone new. I was glad to find Garden Grove Optometry. The parking is very convenient, not crowded and right in front. I had to fill out some papers when I got there, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to see Dr. Inman with only a few minutes wait. She is very nice and explained about the new types of lenses that are available for my glasses. I had no idea that there were so many! Anyway, I can see great with my new progressive glasses. I was there for about an hour, and the whole experience was convenient and easy. Next week Ill need to go back and have them refit my contacts. I want to try the ones that you can throw away every day. I highly recommend them for your glasses and contacts.
