It has been a complete nightmare to get my prescription from the Walmart Vision center in Santa Ana. No help, no explanation, just did not want to give it to me no matter who I called. I come in here and I am immediately helped. I called and Helen answered. Helen walked me through the steps sent me the required form. She spent a long time explaining to me how I could get my information. She was stellar and really went out of her way! I now have my prescription that I have been trying to get for THREE MONTHS from the vision center in Santa Ana. It took me two days with Helen here. I hope they value her work because my experience was great here.
This vision center is wonderful, this is the second time that I have gone through them and I am still happy with their service. Hopefully my new pair comes today. I will post another review when my new ones arrive.
This is the worst service I have ever received getting glasses and I have been wearing glasses for 25 years. I ordered my glasses two weeks ago and they were suppose to be ready is 7 business days. Hear it is 2 weeks later on they day they are due and they have not received them yet and have no idea where my glasses are. I then asked them when and they have no answers as to why they are not here yet or when they are going to be. I will never buy glasses from this company again.
In December I Ordered entire package of transition lenses. One lens started to pit and it it growing. Paid alot $$$. Say I didnt get warranty. I requested it for Transitions not Raybans. RAYBANS NEVER ARRIVED. After 4 months Raybans given me were out of sample case to appease my displeasureNow, Chad attempted to help with Transitions but manager said sorry. Now only is lense pitting, it is getting larger and scratching. Why should I be punished for their error. Never in 65 years have had such problems.
