Never come back this place. The landlady is too annoying and rough-talking

OMG. Stay away from this place. Terribly rude people especially the woman at the front desk (seems like owner). She has no human sense. I came to buy door locks, she won’t show me the lock unless I agree to buy. I said I need to see how it looks and if it fits my sample frame first. She then refuses to serve and ask me to leave. Unbelievable. Save yourself a trip and mental damage from dealing with them.

I walked in to ABCs building supply on Saturday as a referral from a friend. I went there to check out molding. As I walked through the back I couldnt find anybody so I made my way out front to the front. I saw a lady at a desk and asked her if I could see some molding. She asked me how much I needed and I told her about 500 linear feet. She said OK and said I will show you and took me to the back again. We passed by a display of molding and I said to her here can we just look at this? She said no come with me to the back. As I followed her through this Warehouse that was over packed with stuff everywhere. She showed me where the molding was. My girlfriend and I proceeded to look through the molding and found one we liked. We looked down and saw a broken piece on the floor about 1 long. We grabbed it and walked to the front and asked her if we can have a price on this kind. She yelled to her husband in Vietnamese and said that I broke the molding and for him to help me he took the molding from my hand and walk towards the molding and said you broke this why did you break this? I said of course I didnt break it I just need a price on how much. He then started cussing at me. I said I was did not break it and told my girlfriend lets go were not buying from here . As we started to leave, they followed us out the back and I was walking towards my truck and they were still cussing at me the lady then threw a bowl of food at me. They had also blocked me in so we couldnt leave. So we called the police. When they arrived she showed them the cameras and he said I did not break it. Our attorney will be in touch.

Do not go to this place: unprofessional - my dad and his friends was cursed at when they asked when our windows will be done at due date. Originally they tricked my dad into paying them full for all 3 windows n verbally promised my dad 10 days. At the 10 days mark we asked them if we can come and pick it up... they said 10 business day... so we waited to 10 business day and they told my dad that they wrote 3.24.21 pick up on the recipe- our fault for listening to them verbally n not read the paper... they took advantage of my dad inability to read English... now on 3.24 when its due my dad went out to ask for the window and they told my dad they dont want to do business with my dad anymore cursed at him n his friends and return our money. Wasted our time...Please avoid this business and rudeness of the people here

Same experience as the previous ones. I called the lady to ask if my order is ready. She said she needs to look for it. Then I called her back half an hour later. She yelled at me What do you want? I told you I need to find your order. Once I found it Ill call you. 2 days later the contractor went to pick up the order as I havent heard back from her yet and the item was already late based on estimate. Guess what? My window was lost. She said she can place a new order and it will take 10 days to arrive. Hope Ill get my window sometimes next week and I wont need to go back there ever.

Bad business practices. They dont know how to treat the customer. Steer clear of this so called business..

I actually very blessed to meet the owner the owner & staff at ABC building always looking out for their clients & the community residents.

The business owner JT and his family are super kind & have a big heart in helping the real homeless citzens around the community.

Lots of stuff for remodeling here. Fair prices.
