This place is strictly a plumbing store, the workers and owner know pretty much all about new and very old repair parts for your fixtures, kitchen or bath faucets. Their prices are actually cheaper than Home Depot on a lot of parts. Talk to Mr Jose, he knows a lot. Niagaras Plumbing is a very good store.

This has been the place I go to for plumbing parts for over 30 years. They have never let me down. The only negative with this visit was that the guy ar the counter did not wear a mask. Covid protocols should be the #1 priority!

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years, but something has gone wrong here. I purchased two valve stems (without washers - which I needed) from Niagra plumbing. I proceeded to another plumbing store nearby to try to find the requisite washers. The other plumbing store showed me their valve stems - which DO include the washers. They told me no one can buy those washers on their own; they ONLY come WITH the stems. I felt like I had been given a product that was incomplete and could not fix the problem - I went back to Niagra to try to return the valve stems. I explained the situation in detail and the owner was very rude and threw up his hands and said, no refunds, store credit ONLY!. I told him I needed a refund of some kind, regardless. I tried to explain the situation again and that Id just been into his store 20 minutes earlier and given incomplete parts. He once again threw up his hands and said in a sarcastic manner its store policy!!. I realized he would not budge and he was being unreasonable; I left the valve stems with him and I told him I did not want the store credit. I will never go back there, so what good is store credit to me?

Just had my shower panel fixed here. Such friendly and helpful staff! Honestly, the best service I have experienced in this area. They got the job done so quickly. Buyers and business owners be aware that they will not return or exchange items here. Once you buy an item, regardless if they sold it to you the same day and it is sold as defective, they will not honor your return or an exchange for the same part. The manager is terrible and shouldnt be in the service industry. I work for a large company and have given them business for the company I work for and other companies. I will go our of my way to no longer use them. Ill continue to pay higher prices at Ferguson or go through Todd Pipe. They have much better quality service and parts.

Looking for a replacement part for faucet from the 70s....they had the part AND the tool that was necessary to pull out the old junk. Did not even know how I was going to get that old casing out!Niagara to the rescue! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. This was my first attempt at diyof this sort. Success possible because Niagara knew what I needed just by looking at the old part I brought . If you need it, they have it.

Brought them a cartridge that I couldnt find anywhere. Was going to actually replace the valve and the plummer said Have you tried Niagara? Took the cartridge into them and it wasnt something they had in stock. After some research they found and then ordered the part, I just brought it home and installed it. Works perfect!This is my new go to plumbing store. Not exactly near, but they took on my problem, and got it solved. You cant beat that!

Brought them my bathroom fixture and they knew the make with a glance, grabbed the parts I needed from inventory all while being friendly and helpful. Exact opposite of another plumbing place B&C who took up a ton of my time and were grumpy and baffled.

This is the go to place if you are having plumbing proplems, These guys know what they are doing. They are not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. Top shelve place. Very nice products.

This place is awesome to get old parts that you cant get any where else. I love it.

Called to ask if they had a replacement head for my kitchen faucet. Told them brand and person on the phone said they have it. Drove from Costa Mesa and when I arrived I was told they did not have it. Person behind the desk blamed the other person working and didnt even apologize

The, hard to find parts, sign is no joke, I got what I needed in less time than it took for another place to find something that wouldnt fit.

This is a bad place to deal with .I took a picture of my plumbing fixture, brought it to the store and ask them if they have it, they gave me a different kind and told me it will work .Just for my protection, i asked them if it doesnt work, can i return it, they said YES .When i came home, i call up the manufacture and service technician explain, assure me it is wrong one, will not work as the one i hadI brought the item back within 1 hrs, with the item unused, unopened, ask for my money back, they said NO, only store credit issued .They are so nice when you come in their store, but a rude attitude when you want to return something .This is very rare place that dont let their customer return for money back, with an unused, unopened merchandise within only 1 hrs .
