I came here to buy an ice maker. They gave me the wrong one to bring it home to try it. It did not work. I returned it. It was very expensive $122.00 I got one online the correct one brand new for $ 40.00. By the way. I did not open box. Employee opened the box at the store. They charged me 20% for re-stoking. 1st, I didnt open box. 2nd, the item was pushed on me to try it, 3rd, they charged me 20% to put back on the shelf. That is robbery to me!! and bad customer service. I will not give them any business nor recommend them to anyone. Check online, chat online, and get a great deal. parts take 2 to 3 days to arrive online service.

I came here, on a recommendation from a friend, to buy a washing machine timer. Not only were they about to send me off to another location 25 miles away, but they quoted me $160 for a part I could easily buy online & have shipped directly to my home for JUST $40. The only upside was they had very polite & quick service.

Lots of parts for any appliance to be fixedor replaced.

Very unhelpful. I called over and over on Saturday when theyre open til 1 and finally decided to drive to the Broadway location. Got there at 4 minutes before 1. Gate was already pulled across the entrance. The counter guy seemed happy to tell me were closed and snickered when I pointed to his own clock that had still not reached 1. He said call us during the week and well order whatever you need. I just called several times again starting at 12:45. No answer. Ill never go to Coast again.

Lucky for me they had a refrigerator water filter for a 5 or 6 year old fridge. Very nice and friendly staff.
