I asked about a couple fixes for my Vehicle. It started off good but every time I called no answer. So I had to email. I kept asking for pricing and he finally got back with nearly 1k thousand for a used hood and $350 to paint. I said my hood 95% okay, just need to install the new hinges I bought and put things back together..which I will pay for. His answer = Good luck?? Who says that to their customers? Ive never said to my customers. Its very condescending & rude.

This is a great shop. Ive taken my car there for multiple accidents and they definitely know what theyre doing. They dont cut corners and they know how to paint a car.

Where do I start? They are trustworthy and honest dudes. Wonderful people to work with. They had me come in the same day I called. Everything was explained to me and the repairs were quick. They even offered to drop off my vehicle but I was close by and picked it up myself. I was definitely happy working with them. Simple, easy, and friendly.

LA has a lot of body shops, BUT Aces is hands down the best in town. They were prompt in responding, friendly, polite, honest, and truly helped me out. They contacted my insurance for me to get the repairs done. They really know their stuff. My car was completed and looked amazing, Of course that is their job, but they made the process so much easier. I have recommended Aces Auto Body to my friends.

I highly recommend this body shop. They have outstanding service and great communication. I definitely think having great communication is important to have in a body shop. From past experience, other body shops do not respond in a timely manner. It becomes frustrating with other body shops. However, there was no confusion and everything was explained to me. I took my claim to Ace’s over what my insurance recommended because of the amazing reviews they have on-line and the informative reassuring conversation I had with the office manager, Steve, when I called the shop.Upon receiving my vehicle, it took around a full week and a half, which I think was a decent time frame considering the 4th of July weekend fell within it, but the car looked good as new. The work done was the replacement and painting of the passenger front fender and patchwork and paint of that side of the bumper. The color matched perfectly. An amazing job. It is the car I bought my mother and she was joyous, to say the least, which left me happy.I’d like to also just mention the absolute terrific costumer service Steve provided me throughout the whole process of this claim. It was my first, hopefully my last (knock on wood), experience with dealing with a claim and made the process an easy one.I can’t say enough for customer service. I think it is something lost in today’s age and should be applauded.

I was in a panic after my car accident because it was my first. This place was recommended by a friend of mine and I showed up without an appointment. I was lucky they were not busy that day. But I do suggest calling them for an appointment. I went in on a Monday and they took the time to sit down with me to discuss what to do next. They were patient and took care of the insurance process for me. Let me tell you, MY CAR LOOKED BAD. They reassured me that everything will be fixed and looking new. They kept great communication with me and I felt like they truly cared about their customers. I am definitely glad I came by to see them and chose to work with Aces.

Steve is fantastic and honest. Wanted some paint work done on my wifes car, Steve quoted a price and said it would not make sense to have the work done. Reccomend an alternative solution, which we are contemplating. P.S. Steve actually meet us after hours, he truly represents Customer Service.

Honestly, these guys saved me and helped me out soo much. They gave me an estimate over the phone after sending them a few photos of the damage and then offered to pick up my vehicle at my house. They took out the hassle of me figuring out how to get my car to their shop. On top of that, when my repairs were completed, they delivered my car back to me. Actually this is the first review Ive ever done. Ace Auto Body takes care of you FAST with honest work. The Owner understands every little bit of detail you can think of when it comes to getting your car looking the way it should and dealing with Insurance. Ive gone to him twice - one from an accident and another for a door ding and the service has been superb. Ive referred a few of my friends to him as well and treated them like family. If you are looking for a Body Shop, you already in a stressful situation, so the last thing you want is to be stressed out by the people fixing your car; thats why I recommend Aces!

Doesnt matter if youre just looking to fix up some old body work, or have an insurance claim, they can do it.Steve here is AWESOME. Really chill down to earth guy. Took my mustang here after getting hit on my passenger front corner panel with a damaged headlight and rim.I also had some old scratches on both left and right doors before the accident. And heavily damaged front air dam(front lip spoiler) pre accidentHe not only took care of the corner panel, and damaged headlight.He also took out the scratches on the doors, installed a new front air damn, and polished all four wheels because he couldnt stand the idea of having 3 old looking rims on the car.When me and my dad went to go pick it shop, I honestly couldnt even tell it was mine. I literally said Thats not my car, until we parked and got a little bit closer and started laughing because it was so clean! LOL! So, I got a hook up.Steves idea is that he treats everyone (his customers) as if he they were his own family.He is man of his word, so I will also be of mine...

After devastating experiences with the automotive body and repair industry I contacted Aces in hopes they could help me to restore my daughters 2007 toyota FJ Cruiser. Its hard to imagine there are businesss in the industry, as in the case I had faced before Aces be so underhanded and blatantly unethical, namely Palos Verdes auto body repair...during the 9 months they strung me along, to my horror discover they were piecing out my OEM parts. How they can sleep at night god only knows.As for Aces, I find Steve the manager to be sincere and doing right by the FJ. Trying to put back the vehicle after Palos Verdes body repairs free for all, hasnt been an easy task. The FJ isnt finished but what has been done I am pleased and grateful. In conclusion so far so good.

Summary - you cant go wrong with Aces Auto Body in Gardena!I love my 2001 Nissan Maxima! Its been a great car over the last 13 years and Ive kept on top of any mechanical issues to keep it running like new. The only problem was the SoCal sun was taking a toll on the original paint along with a decade of door dings, bumper scuffs and minor accidents.I wanted to get a full paint job in the original factory color so I got estimates and interviewed the teams at 4 different body shops before settling on Aces. Aces came in at the 2nd lowest price but it was obvious that they were going to put much more effort into the job than the lowest cost shop. Aces removes both bumpers, removes the windshield, etc to make sure to cover every square inch of surface and get a factory finish whereas the lower cost places seemed to be more quick & dirty.The job came in on time and on budget. Ive never had better communication from ANY company. I got routine photos and updates from Mauricio showing me the progress (in full disclosure, he knew that I was a bit of a gearhead and would enjoy seeing the progress). My 13 year old car looks BRAND NEW now and Im proud to be driving it around again. I highly recommend Aces Auto Body.
