Fraudulent Business!! They order a Specific Quarter Panel Cut for a 2012 Audi A7, we asked for a picture of the quarter panel marked where they wanted the cut for a much cheaper price than an actual quarter panel cut and we received the picture and the markings in the picture, they ask for Cash On Delivery, as a Business to Business we agreed and they did not hold out on their end. Not only did we get the cut they wanted, we cut a little extra so they may have room to adjust, they refused the shipment and didnt even bother calling us to say as why. Once called we got throw around to many other people and they became very rude even though we were talking normally and professionally, they were working with Allstate and youd think you would get professional business with a Repair Shop that handles business with insurance companies but that was not the case. When asked for the Insurance Adjusters information so I may call and have this resolved since we were getting no answers and nothing but cursing and shouting by their employee they just hanged up. When trying to call again they would just constantly hang up instead of being professional and providing the information. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!! WOULD AVOID!
