J & R Auto Body is the only shop I completely trust and continue to choose to do business with when it comes to Autobody work. They are a true Mom & Pop company and do everything from the heart. Everything from their paint booth and body shop is going to look beautiful. They put care and compassion into every encounter they have while treating each claim, quote, upgrade, and customer uniquely. They are honest and trustworthy as well as being extraordinarily helpful and kind. I would recommend them to anyone I care about.

Fast service and More than expected and reasonable price.

I visited J&R to have my bumper reattached to the fender. Not a big job, only 4-5 inches needed reattaching. They prepared a written estimate which I found to be quite high. $1,200. On closer inspection, I was charged for hazardous material disposal (there was nothing to dispose of hazardous or otherwise) and I was charged for painting, labor and materials. There was absolutely noting to paint. When I questioned these items, they simply said just deduct them. I suppose had I not questioned these items, they would have simply charged me for work that was not necessary. I ended up taking my car to my own mechanic who fixed it like new and charged me $150. The reader can draw her own conclusions.

I LOVE J AND R AUTO BODY SHOP!!!!! They are all amazing at what they do. My car was in an accident and when I saw it today it was like nothing ever happened. It runs like it would normally run. They are friendly and patient. I am happy I took my car here. I really recommend. Rosie and Juan know what they are doing. 100% SATISFIED.
