Browsing. Saw great stuff. Prices seemed great. The staff was very helpful answering my questions.

I just had a terrible time getting tiles from this business.I ordered 1250 sq ft of tile for a commercial project. They wouldnt deliver, which is fine, so I sent my own employees to pick it up. It took multiple trips. They were in boxes and we opened them up after we delivered them to find that they were the wrong tiles.My tile installer came the next day and had to leave with all of their employees for a different job because they couldnt work with the wrong tiles, so I had to eat that cost.I sent my employees back to this store with as much of the wrong tiles as they could bring (about half) to request that the correct tiles be given to us. However, the store would not give us the correct tiles until we returned all of the wrong tiles first.Once we returned all of the wrong tiles, we got the new tiles. Lo and behold, they were the wrong tiles again! We didnt have enough time to return them a second time, so my tile installer had to leave the site again because he had nothing he could do.I went back to the store to demand to know why I had been given the wrong tiles again. They found the problem with their forklift driver, who moved the wrong tiles for my order. The first set of wrong tiles was because they gave me tiles that werent meant for me. The second set of wrong tiles was inevitable because the wrong tiles were set to my order. Their forklift driver and the salesperson I had conducted this order through admitted their responsibility for the error.This time the store would send their own truck to pick up their wrong tiles. However, their own employees would not move the tiles themselves. They said my employees would have to move the wrong tiles on to their truck.But then, when the store received the second set of wrong tiles, they told me that tiles in 4 of the boxes were broken, and they wouldnt release my correct set until I paid for the broken ones! First they give me the wrong set of tiles twice, and then they forced own employees to move the tiles for them, and then they hold me responsible for broken tiles!I paid my employees overtime to move the tiles for this store. I ate the costs of leaving my tile installer with nothing to do. I lost a weeks worth of time to this debacle. And the only compensation this store gave me was one truck delivery and a charge for broken tiles. I blame the manager who failed to act on the salesperson and forklift drivers fault and who never once interacted with me or showed their face to me.In my 30+ years of business I have never dealt with so much callous treatment from a tile supplier. I am extremely disappointed and advise others against any large tile orders from this store.

All the the staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Truly a professional establishment.Not to mention a beautiful large selection of materials! Jose Torres and the whole team are the best.

Love this place. Had lots of selections. DONT GO TO FLOOR AND DECOR as this place has alot more better selections. Loved there staff especially Melvin! Tiles were a little bit pricey but well worth it!!!

After shopping at 14 different stores, they all started to look the same. The sales people were the same as well. I was lost. However, this stores selection was wonderful and different. Huge selection. But, what made the process work was working with Lopez. He had made one of my friends experiences easy so she brought me here assuring me Lopez could help me out. He took his time, showed and directed me to tile that would work for what I needed, gave me opinions, left me alone just long enough to consider things... Overall soooooooo incredibly helpful that I truly think I would still be lost and looking for tile todays instead, I took his samples home and went back and made a purchase today! Thank you, Lopez. Ask for Lopez when you go. Great showroom. Fair pricing. Good quality.

The selection of product is overwhelming. The quality range is just as large. This is where the customer service shines. Asking for what you want, and getting what you want are not the same almost anywhere. It is here.

We got a few different tiles but the sales guy didnt write the order propertly. He offered us to confirm but we assuumed everything was right. We tried to tkae it back for even store credits but they wouldnt take it back at all. Horrible customer service!
