It seems that this Home Depot (Gardena, CA)Only carry deep shelving (23 3/4 deep) in 8ft Long pieces I usually find them in 4ft length at other stores

Depends on who you ask help from . Some employees seem to simply ignore your request for help or it seems that they feel, theyre doing you a favor. However employees seem to forget, that without the consumer, they have no job. Perhaps HD should have training for theyre employees on customer service.

This Home Depot is very run down especially the front entry. There can be several dozen day-workers soliciting work at you drive into the parking lot. They are many other trade soliciting demolition parked in their lot. I dont feel safe parking my vehicle in their lot.If you are using their curbside pickup, this Home Depot does not prevent people from parking in these spots. I, unfortunately, was forced to go in-store to pick up my curbside order because all the curbside spots were being used y people not using the curbside service. They were parked. Home Depot needs to patrol these spots and ask people to move.Once you get past the parking lot, the interior of the Home Depot is about the same as most Home Depots.

Great customer service. Rented one of their flat bed trucks. The rates are affordable and Home Dept doesnt charge by the mile like other rental agencies.

I asked a couple of female employees about a pair of snips that they sell. But I was told they dont sell them. Knowing that they did I went to a black male he took me directly to them. So I believe their employees need to be more informed about what they have Minot pretty position to tell someone that they dont cuz I almost left. Five stars to the black gentleman two stars for the Hispanic females they tried but didnt succeed.

Jan in the Cabinet department is so helpful, she’s Patient and knows what she’s doing. She took her time and design my kitchen cabinet with accuracy so with that this Home Depot gets a 5 star ⭐️ Thanks Jan

I found everything that I went there for except for one thing. The most important thing. The most expensive thing. You would think they would make sure they had stock of the high end stuff. Imagine every customer that shop just today and they couldnt buy their most important expensive item. Home Depot is losing tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands in one day just at one store and not to mention of hundreds if not thousands of unsatisfied customers that are forced now to go shop at Lowes... as you can see I wasnt happy with my visit today. Maybe management can get it together the next time I shop at my local Home Depot.

Decent selection of a variety of home improvement products. Id recommend going elsewhere for flooring and tile products. Stick to specialists when possible.

If I could give it more stars I would. This Home Depot is amazing has many associates and very friendly staff. In particular, the cashier Bryan is such an amazing dude. My man always finds a way to better my day whenever I go shopping at the store. I have been to multiple different cashiers and they just don’t provide the same level of friendliness. I applaud him for doing such an amazing job at what he does make sure when you find yourself at this Home Depot to go with him

Great bathrooms! Lowes bathrooms (Western Ave) are always trashed, sometimes unusable, what kind of animals are going to Lowes? Idk but Depots are immaculate.I could sit & stare at the tools for days..Mmmm.. tools..

One of the biggest locations in south California. More variety of every thing. Love spending time walking down the isles looking for new innovation in the house improvement industry. As usual of all Home Depot stores the employees are very good at what they doing thanks to the training they go through. I always find what I need and more.

Went last night, Nov. 30th. Getting ready for Christmas 🎄. Employee Angel went above and beyond in helping me figure out which 🌲 to get. I must have asked him to un-pack about 30 trees. & Wouldnt you know the most perfect tree 🎄 was of course the very last tree Angell un- packed. Also got a wreath. Lol. Thank you so much Angel for all your help. Totally made tree very easy for me. Peace.If getting a Christmas 🎄 ask for Angel. He is the guy to go to. Merry Christmas yall. & Happy New Year 2021!!!!!

They really need employees who can actually help there customers. I know close to nothing and knew more then the person who came to help me.

Store is kept really clean and organized inside unlock other Homedepot I’ve been to (which is mostly all) outside needs a little work as far as the trash situation, staff seems on point and happy courteous and polite. Will come back. Keep it up staff, y’all Rule. There is 2 entrances to this Homedepot. lumber Entrance is in the back of the store, which is South/east

I needed a couple of iron corner brackets, a 24X360 sheet of plexiglass, an 8X10 tarp,and a light fixture with a pull chain.

I worked at this Home Depot location in the early 2000s, so I know where everything is. Sometimes I even see people I know.This is the perfect place to go when I need paint for a new project, or light bulbs, paint brushes, yard sticks, and anything else for home improvement.

I give the custoner service from DIEGO GONZALEZ 5 STARS. He helped us without even asking him. He knew we needed help and he approached us with pleasure. We were looking for blinds in particular and had to be customer made to fit our windows. He gladly helped us order them. I let him know Ive ordered some before from different homedepot location and they failed to give me the right size. The other guy did not want to help really so I figured he didnt care if he put in the right measurements. So upon receiving the blinds, measurements were so off. I returned them and got refunded but never went back to that home depot for such service. I told Diego how scared I was to receive the wrong size blinds again and he reassured me and showed me on the paper. I finally got the blinds and only one issue. One was broken and so returned it and had to reorder. I looked specifically for Diego Gonzalez to reorder because I LOVED HIS SERVICE. He likes his job and helping fellow customers.thats how it should be. That is my go to location when I need something from home depot. And that is the furthest home depot. The closest is Compton and I avoid that site completely. Im going to post of picture of the blinds as soon as I learn how

This morning I went to the Gardena Home Depot to purchase a gardening hose to replace one that had sprung a leak. I brought my new hose home, connected it to the spout, screwed on the nozzle, then turned on the water. Water leaked from the nozzle-hose connection. The hose was a bad fit. I explained this to the lady at the exchange counter and she went into an expliantion about the threads being different. I asked if I could make an exchange. She simpley stated no and waited for me to clear out so she could help the next customer. I have traided at the Torrance branch for many years and have always been treated fairly there. The lesson I learned was that not all Home Depot stores have the same policies. Even though there is no other Home Depot in Gardena, there are some great mon and pop stores east of there on Gardena Blvd.

I get my Christmas tree from Home Depot every year. We ordered a Douglas for but end up receiving the incorrect ticket for a tree and because the staff made a mistake we hot $10 off! It helped my family so much. The staff was so welcoming on the tree lot. My husband is a plumber so this is his go to Home Depot. Will definitely return

I didnt leave a bad review the first time my wife and I were rudely treated by the person at the paint counter, but after today I will never go to this HD again. I asked for help in power tools and and the worker said he would get someone. I heard him call over the speakers, but after 20 mins, no one came. Then I hear an elderly woman yelling at the 3 workers at the self checkout (3 for self checkout??), who where loudly chatting and laughing. She had requested help in gardening for heavy bags of soil. After waiting over 30 mins, she somehow managed to get 2 into her cart. The worker who call for help for me was one of the 3 workers. He didnt even make sure someone was coming to help me. I left and went to the Compton store, where it is cleaner, organized, and extremely kind and helpful workers who help, even if it is not their area. Go to Compton, the extra travel is well

Came in looking 4a milwaukee 1 3/8 step bit... online says theres 8 in store... nope! This hike depot is scary!! Worse than a Walmart in the ghetto, bars and cages all over the tool section and not a great selection.

I called this location in regards to a propane tank swap, not sure who the rep in outside garden was but he assured me that they indeed had ample tanks available, now mind you, the time on the phone as I was in transit was about 10 mins top. I get to the front cashier area and before I can ask where do I go to exchange, someone blurted out we dont have anymore tanks. So as I am speaking with the security guard, who was very helpful and had some empathy to my plight, scrambled around to locate someone. Up walks a manager and another chick trying to get some understanding of this situation. I gave them the details, the manager went on to tell me that inventory for such items as propane, lanterns and what have you are flying off the shelf, I told him that was not my concern, my issue was being told an item was there and upon my arrival, 10 mins, all . ..
