I’ve been a satisfied customer of Sparklet’s for well over 15 years. I’ve always loved the convenience of home water delivery service, but it wasn’t until the pandemic hit that I truly appreciated it. I never had to worry about running out of bottled water. I never joined a long line to purchase water. I had it delivered…on time, professionally and safely. Can’t beat that.

Excellent service & excellent products at reasonable prices.I have been a customer for several years now and always get great service. I’m in SoCal and was even able to add my mom’s address in NorCal. Same great water, same great dispenser and same great service!This is a bargain compared to having to lug empty bottles to the store and fill them. The time and hassle is not really worth the cost savings, that’s if you value your time.Cheers!

Sparkletts is a great product, my team and personal family have been drinking Sparkletts water for years. I appreciate the convivence of home and work delivery and especially the new tops to prevent spills when loading the machine. There is a problem with customer service and the wait time is extremely long, and it is my hope that such a great company will hear their customers complain about the lack of good customer service when calling into the office and take whatever steps needed to correct it.

They don’t even deserve one star!Absolutely terrible customer service. We have not received water in over a month. FOUR straight cancellations and you can’t call them, the wait time is ridiculous. They charge monthly for the dispenser. One VERY UNHAPPY customer! My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau!

I love the service and the price, also they offer coffee and other beverages.

What has been going on with Sparkletts in the last month? I have not received my water delivery as of the last month and now their website and phone is down so cannot get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on or to even cancel service. Also, better not be charged for these missing bottles that never were delivered the last two deliveries....Come on, Sparkletts-you can do better than that!

Does anyone know whats going on with Sparkletts? Ive been calling this is the 4th time and no answer...been on the phone for over 2 hours...we are a Dental office and need to restock. Can anyone please get back to us a soon as possible? The costumer has not been the same for the past month.

We havent received our water in over a month. Every time Ive called customer service, I was on hold for over 50+ minutes. Every time I asked the customer service representatives when I could expect my order I was told they were going to email the branch and my delivery would be there within the next day. My water has literally never shown up over the past month. Not only do I not appreciate being gaslit, I dont appreciate the lack of communication. When I cancelled my account, I was told someone was going to pick up our empty bottles and machine earlier this week and guess who never showed up? SPARKLETTES!!! At least you guys are consistent. If someone doesnt pick this up soon, I will leave it on the street.

Hi I’ve been trying to return my mountain valley spring water for awhile now. I’ve been on hold with your customer service for 2 hours with no answer multiple times a week. I would like the three empty bottles ($15/each) along with the equipment picked up and refunded to my account. The equipment and bottles were supposed to be picked up and no one showed. I am moving and need these picked up.

For some reason they change my delivery day. Now i am not getting water delivery at all. I called the company to reschedule and they promised to deliver but no water at all. i am not a game, i am a customer who pays for the service. this is bull. I closed my account bye bye. too late. i cancel my account.

I love Sparkletts water. I have 12 (5gallon) bottles delivered to my home once a month! The water bottles are always clean. The water taste great. Well worth the price!

Does anyone know where you can drop off equipment they don’t pick up? I’ve had mine sitting here for over a month now I need it gone!

The worst company that Costco ever partnered with so far. Their system kept sending e-mail that “your water delivery will come today...” then exactly at 530 you’ll get another e-mail saying “There has been delays in your area...blah blah blah”. Kept getting it for 2 weeks so we decided to Cancel. PLUS my bottles always come FILTHY especially around the cap, we just scrubbed it with Clorox wipes. Take your business elsewhere.

I have been using Sprakletts for over 8 years now. Consistent service: on-time delivery, quality water, water dispenser provided at reasonable rental rate and they fix it whenever there is an issue, easy to manager on-line and the delivery guys are always willing and friendly.I wont change them

I love the fact that Sparkletts still delivers during this pandemic .We don’t have to fight for water at the market. Also, our delivery guy is great.

I also have experienced great customer service whenever I’ve had to call in to discuss account changes. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer.

I canceled the order and asked take water and equipment back. I also asked not to charge any fee from my account. However, they never showed up but took payment out from my account. No answer from customer service and website.

This place is over priced and the equipment they provided was used and broken. Also When my card expired and autopay stopped going through I got sent to collections with no notice. So I got that cleared up, Im so mad I didnt want to continue service. So i had to return the equipment myself. They dont pick it up. And even though theres a bunch of people there on the weekend. They only take the stuff Monday through Friday, which Im working. So now I have to call off of work for a few hours.I called all 3 numbers they have too before I came over here too but no one would answer their phones. Im over this company. Just buy yourself a cooler for 100 bucks and a bottle for 10 and refill it yourself for a $1.50 at the grocery store and save yourself the 50 bucks a month.

Water never shows up on time and if the don’t show up they just claim they will get u on next delivery which could be weeks not a good company at all

Miguel certainly outdid himself! Not only was he able to accommodate my busy schedule but he was so patience and friendly as my home is undergoing renovations. He thoroughly explained the cooler and communicated afterwards to verify everything was working properly. Sparkletts is very lucky to have Miguel as an employee because his customer service was top notch!!!

Great service and easy transaction. We live on a high rise apartment. The service we get through Sparkletts Water is great because we are able to get the 5 gallon water easier.

Worst service ever. I took a day off to be home for a delivery that was changed without my input, or consent because again the delivery man lied again stating he was unable complete delivery which he never even attempted. I will be canceling my service and advising everyone I know to do the same. I would give no stars if possible

Still waiting on my delivery mind you..IM A NEW CUSTOMER!!! They took the 50 dollar deposit like 2 weeks ago and we made the appointment the same time!!! Unbelievable!!! I think Im going to STOP service and go with NESTLE!!! They ARE pricey but my neighbor said THEY ARE WORTH IT!!(NESTLE)

My family has been drinking Sparkletts since the 70s! This water is in a league of its own for its crisp clean taste! Having it delivered helps me because I cant carry water from the store everytime we need it! Its too heavy. I would definitely recommend this service to others especially anyone that has trouble transporting water to their home. Also,the discount to Costco customers is an added bonus!

Great water, poor delivery service. Ive had the service for a month and my delivery has been missed 4 times, and Ive had to call customer service 6 times. Customer service response was that its the holidays and they are behind. They offered to credit me one water bottle for all the missed appointments. If my next delivery is missed Im finding a new service.

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! EVERYONE MUST KNOW: I requested an extra delivery which never happened and none called with explanations. I called Customer Service. They promised to deliver the following day. NEVER HAPPEND AGAIN! Calling the CUSTOMER SERVICE yielded NO results. Interestingly enough, this company website does NOT have FEEDBACK form on their webpage. Well, no wonder why. I wish I could rate this service ZERO but have to give at least one star to publish it.

This is the worst Decision I have ever made signing up with them. They are terrible with scheduling they do not bring water according to the schedule they also do not bill according to the schedule. I highly recommend you use any company besides them for your water service because you will be disappointed

My delivery person have been awesome

Ive tried calling them a few different times its always the same and Im always on hold for 20+ min.. I ended up hangi g up and went to a different water service..That seems really silly in todays world of communication

Great, affordable and super convenient

Worst service I have ever seen. Customer service is terrible, I have ordered 3 bottles PER MONTH and they dumped 10 bottles at my apt and billed almost $100 per month for these bottles I didnt order and dont need at all. When I want to cancel the service on Feb, they left the empty bottles at my place until today- almost May, and they wont refund my deposit until they get their Vice Presidents Permission.
