Service is fast and reliable but, just make sure that you make an appointment otherwise you will be waiting for a while.

I set appointment online for 9am and didnt start work until 11am. Was never given estimate for checking engine light and after 3 hours was told there were 2 possible issues 1)catalytic clogged 2) ignition coil and spark plugs needed replaced. Jesus said I needed to take to dealer to have it checked out / work done because they could not repair it. After asking why they could do it, he said they dont do this type of repair. I questioned his answer, and he change it to they could do the ignition coil and spark plugs (which I knew it could be done) but they would not be able to today.Should have be given the amount charged up front for checking engine light ($100). And should have been given option to replace ignition coil/spark plugs that day.

Extortion! I took my car into the Long Beach Firestone 3 years ago and got both Front and Rear brakes changed, as well as full fluid ABS flush, Both Air filters changes, and rotors replaced for $600.My wife took my car into this Gardena location today for the same, except without the rotors and filters, and they tried charging her $1000! The brakes have a lifetime warranty so it should have been cheaper for only the labor, not over 50% more expensive!

Ill tell you this I was a little upset that I had to return after being proactive when I went in a week ago to solve this same problem, however I left today ecstatic it is really solved today. If I could give it zero stars I would. OIL kept disappearing when I would get a oil change full Synthetic 3,000 miles not even 600 miles into getting a oil change happen to check my oil and there is was empty nothing at all in the engine. Okay call Firestone they excuse bring the car back we have to see what is going on. Then next they say is everything is fine we did not see anything but you do need this done for $580 dollars never stated why the oil was evaporating so fast. Did a full oil change and noticed they was placing the wrong oil filter on my car yet sad how much they charge but dont do they job right this the 2nd time and never will I spend my money with them again.

Had a 4pm appointment. Nothing was done to my car in 40 minutes and I asked how much longer it would take and they said 1 hour. No point in making appointment if its gonna take this long to get an oil change.

Out of the three Firestones Ive used for car service, this location take time to communicate and are honest with customers. Good work and done quickly.

Recently bought tires from there and while the service was great, I was disturbed by how really dirty the waiting area was. During a pandemic, you would expect them to keep the place spotless and as safe as possible, but it looked like it hadnt been really cleaned in years. It really put me off to what otherwise was a great shopping experience.

Place was empty, however it seems like employees dontwant to work. I walked in for alignment services and the recptionist said they were booked. I saw no cars or people in line. Got there at opening time early in the morning. Subsequently I went to Discount Tires, way better service than this place.

I went here to go and get my tire service they are totally booked up only taking appointments only I went in on a Sunday they told me I couldnt get an appointment until Tuesday I do understand that it is a pandemic and things are not working as usual but there should be some exception for walk-ins an emergency these are tires they can go out at any time you cant make an appointment for a tire that you dont know its going to go out so therefore I went to pep boys and was taken totally totally care of so for this they get a two stars since they are very essential workers they need to hire more mechanics there are people out of jobs Im quite sure you guys can put an ad to get you some more help

This is the only auto place I go to ever since i moved from my old house. Whenever i have a problem with my car, they give me a printout stating the cost and other recommendations that need to be done to my vehicle. Just recently, I had to get my breaks done. Before replacing my brakes, they mentioned my rotors were shot also... before i could even pick up my car they told me everything had been taken care of...i was so glad because i didnt have all my money right away due to the hour cuts at my job. Whenever I take my car there its always the best customer service and they make it clear exactly what I need done to my car.Now, my grandmother even takes her car there as well. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS...

They charged me ridiculous price for changing a single tire even though I had purchased tire insurance from them. I could have fixed my flat tire elsewhere with half the price they charged me, and without insurance. Installation fee is over $30 just for installing the tire which you purchase from them. They said sorrry your firestone tire insurance doesnt cover that much. I will never go to this location again. They ripped me off.

This shop seems better than the location near IKEA. Had alignment done, was in n out under an hour. May be I came on a weekday before they even open.Confirm alignment tech is available at time of appointment. I just wasted a trip there this morning. The tech wasnt schedule to come in until 8:30am

Got my car checked out here for tune up a couple days ago. The service was fantastic. I had jesus or (chui) as my mechanic. Im usually skeptical of mechanics but he was great. Im not a car guy but he helped me understand what was wrong with my car. I would have given a five star for the job he did. The only problem i had is that it did take a while because it seems like management needs work. Looked like he was being rushed by his manager jason to do multiple cars at once. Theres only four slots but he lacks efficiency and prioritizing customers one at a time. I dropped off my car at 8 and it wasnt done till 2.

Friendly service! IMO, they performed more than I expected. Simple flat tire repair but I rolled in with the spare which they mounted the original back on the car and the spare where it belongs. Saved me the trouble. Really cool.

I went here on a Sunday at 9:00 a.m. arrived and found only 2 cars up on the rack with 3 active workers.I was told it would take 2 and a 1/2 hours just to do a visual inspection of my vehicle.I went in with a bent rim and was told by the attendant that I was looking at upwards of $400 to get the damage fixed (sight unseen) and approximately 2 hours labor.I was told that there was most likely damage done to the suspension system, which I later found out at another facility (that got me in/out in 20 minutes) was not true.He also told me that they did not have a replacement rim in stock for my vehicle (without even searching their system) and that it would need to be ordered and delivered in 2 days. Will NEVER return.

We discovered a flat tire on our Jaguar XF Supercharged and took it to this shop to be repaired. It turned out to be a crack in the wheel, rather than a wound in the tire. Jason and Robert were able to effect a repair at a local shop and we had the car back the next afternoon so we could return to San Diego. We were treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend this shop for any service they can provide.

The repair prices are reasonable but what i like the most is the Lifetime Alignment. You get your moneys worth after 2 alignments. And you can have free tire rotation there while going for any service esp. when you bought the tires from them.

Worst service I ever got. I arrived at 3pm to get brand new tires. Also wanted to get an oil change 3 hours before closing but they stated they couldn’t do an oil change. So I only tire service. It took them 4 hours to just patch 1 one tire and didn’t even bother checking my other tires lied on the Paper that all my tires were at forty psi but didn’t even check them. I have pictures and everything to prove it. Service is just slow and bad all around. In the end the gentleman was like can I get ten more minutes to check the other two tires after I complained smh no thank u. if I could give them negative stars I would to

I always come here for my oil changes/tire needs. When I make an appointment the service is performed with minimum wait. Jesus, the service advisor is amazingly nice, upfront and honest on the work that is being done. Definitely worth coming here for your auto needs.

Only 1 guy was on the check in thingy answering 2 phones at a time. No point in making an appointment. firestone, if youre reading this, PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Go to the Carson location. Its better and they have more staff.

Cant believe how much I saved after buying a warranty.We paid for a warranty on the front tire after getting it changed, we didnt think it would apply to the back tires so we didnt bring it up once we came in today cause a back tire was shredded from a piece of metal. They reminded us about the warranty and only charged us $40 for the whole thing. And my truck tires are expensive as hell so I appreciate it.I went across the street to play some pool while I waited and they called when it was done. I recommend this place.Correction: I didnt notice but apparently I got two new tires.... I didnt even know they replaced the other back tire which was old but not broken. Im wondering if that was a mistake? Cause wow two tires for $40 and the warranty wasnt expensive at all.

Terrible customer service. Poor workflow. Lazy workers.Dropped off my car around noon for a wheel alignment and balance. It was promised to be ready at 5. After giving them a 5 hour window my car was not touched at all. It was sitting parked exactly where I left it.I should have taken a hint when I dropped my car off there was a customer upset and complaining. When I arrived at 4:45 anticipating to pick up my car there was a different customer upset and complaining.I’ve been to other Firestone’s and the work ethic is much better than this ill managed place. Manager needs to work on setting up a proper workflow to keep customers happy and provide service in a timely manner.I would avoid this place if I were you.

Very unprofessional, they said my car was ready so I trusted them thinking these guys knew what they were doing so I signed and drove off minutes later I checked then I realized they hadn’t fix or change the light bulb I need it and the light in the dashboard is still on EVEN THO I HAD PAID THEM. THEY COULD CAUSE ME A CAR ACCIDENT BECAUSE IS THE SIGNAL LIGHT!THEY ALSO SCRATCHED MY RIMS WHEN CHANGING MY TWO FRONT TIRES ! When I returned, all they said is “sorry come and bring the car tomorrow so they can change the light bulb. The guy just left ”DON’T EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

I had an appointment at 8am and when I got there they did not acknowledge me what so ever I stood there for over 20 minutes with employees passing by me, I finally walked out. I usually go to the Firestone in Downey and they are great but this Firestone has horrible customer service. They seem like they dont care, bad for business.

Visiting from out of town and noticed my mothers car had a flat. Brought it in on a very busy morning where Jesus patiently assisted us (as well as many others). The tire needed to be replaced. We were out quickly and back on our way. Very professional service.

I had an appointment at 4pm for a simple alignment. Got there at 4, checked in, and they didnt bring my car into the service bay for over an hour. Once they finally did, it took yet another 70 minutes just to do an alignment and check tire pressure.I finally rolled out of there at 6:30pm. My wife and I had to cancel our babysitter and evening plans because of this! Whats the purpose of setting an appointment if theyre not going to honor it?They apologized for the wait and gave me an unofficial 50% off oil change coupon for recompense. Still not going back - Im not going to risk my evening plans ruined again just to save a few bucks.

Appointment was setup for 8 AM. But they dont start working on the vehicles until 8:45 AM when the techs arrive.

Was told that my appointment would take an hour. Almost 3 hours later and I am in line to pay. Theyre still taking calls ahead of me as I stand in line. The tires here were more expensive than other places, but I was alright after given a reassurance that my 1-hour appointment would only take 1 hour.

Services is really BAD. MY CAR CAME BACK TO ME VERY DIRTY. Had oily hand prints all other the inside of my car.

Went to get a tire at 1pm Sat. They said it would be done in a couple of hours. Checked at 3pm and was told they are still waiting and that they will call me when it comes in. 6pm comes and still no tire. Should have went to Pep Boys.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Not a single professional there. I called last Wednesday to schedule an appointment for my work vehicle to have brakes replaced on Saturday april 20th drop it off Saturday morning and was told it would be done around noon. I had to call them around 3 oclock to see if my vehicle was ready i was told it wouldnt be ready until Monday around noon which is now making me miss work but i understand they are busy so i let it go i call 5 times today which is monday and was told each time that they would call me back which never happened. I had to keep calling them to have them tell me it now wont be ready until tuesday at 2pm. I have been a mechanic for many years i know how long it takes to do brakes. If this wasnt my work vehicle and my company didnt make us go to Firestone because of corporate contracts i would have done it myself. I now have to miss another day of work. Because of your horrible business it is now hurting my very reputable business. I will never do business with this place again and i recommend nobody brings their vehicle to these liars and frauds!! I would ask to have an owner call me but i havent even gotten a call saying they havent fixed my vehicle yet.

I called in to check if i can get an oil change right away then he said yes. So i brought the car in to get oil change but it took about an hour and 30 minutes to get the freaking oil change. There was no reason to call and ask for some job. They just do their job when they just feel like it. And i had some things to do but these guys had to just waist my time to just keep me there. NEVER going back there again

Owner Dale showed me how to use my dashboard dimmers on my minivan though I had never known for 17 years ! He also fixes my clock due to time changes. I trust Dale & Jim at their Firestone Store; they are honest, give me coupon discounts, keep my MiniVan Voyager in tiptop condition so I can drive safely. My van was hit on the freeway but thanks to Dale & Jim and Firestone, my minivan survived with just a bent bumper and rear trunk damage. Afterwards, Dale checked and brought everything back to tipptop .Gotta love Firestone for their honesty, help and concern. Great Job!

For oil change, dont EVER leave the place.One you leave the place, they wont even touch your car and call you and tell you the job is done.I check dilstick once in a while and I did check it and it was dark about week before I went to this place.the day I changed oil, anx next day, I checked the dipstick and it was still dark.i called them up and they told me to bring the car back.And I explained. They said theg did it for sure. I kinda had argue with those people and I left with my money backdont ever go to this place

Good place to get your car serviced

Slow. First one there. Over an hour to replace 1 tire. Im literally sitting there while they attempt to clear the flat tire light on my dashboard. Unapologetic. Never again.

Ordered tires last Friday, they assured me the tires would be there Monday morning by 830am, well, I took the day off from work and NO TIRES....

Okay service in its capacity I needed a tire repair which uses nitrogen not air...Which this location doesnt supply now maybe in the future...

Worst firestone ever dropped my car at 930 said it wouldn’t be ready till 12-1 latest then I call at 115 they tell me another hr-hr and a half I show up around 230 to sit there for another hr didn’t leave till 330 then they park my car in the back of the store while it’s pouring rain out and didn’t even tell me where it was I had to find it myself
