Needed a size 26 tire. Called All around Gardena and this was the only place I could find. Was also one of the cheapest Ive purchased. The service was quick, and the job was done right.

What can i say, they literally take every customer until the last minute. And if they dont do much they actually drop the price. Best customer service yet. They were very interactive with me and my car. Carlos is your man to go to. He is honest.

Ramses could be a good tire shopBut the owner knows nothing about running a business,, he is a rude person, no manners, he forgot where he came from, life needs to remind him what humbleness is, PLEASE PEOPLE FIND ANOTHER TIRE SHOP.so he can see hes nobody without customers.

Mom took my car because I had a leak in one of my back tires. When they inspected all the tires they told her the two in the front were worn down and recommended two new front tires. The tires have less than 10,000 miles driven and were no where near worn down. Be careful of this place, they will try to take advantage and sale you something that you dont need.

Not real happy with them, guy seems to just want to charge $95 for a diagnostic, I asked him if he would apply the diagnostic fee against any work done and he said he wouldnt. There are several shops that will apply the diagnostic fee towards any work done so this guy is behind the times...

Purchased a tire here and they told me that I had to pay more just to mount the tires also. And they told me if I bought tires that they would install them for free. Then the owner or guy in charge tells meWell your white and rich you can afford it.Thats kinda messed up. Left me to drive off with all four tires in my carNo refunds allowed. Might file a lawsuit

They forgot to tighten my rim back on my car!!!I drive off and my tire WOBBLES!I take it back and the kid laughed it off.THATS VERY DANGEROUS!VERY DANGEROUS!No one took it serious. And the owner says just leave it was not our fault.

I just bought my car from the Car Action up the street, one of the office worker told me about this tire shop. I needed tires, so I ended up needed more than tires, this guy was so great he fix my BMW 750 LI and sure me it will make it to Houston 23 hour drive and made thanks guys yall was great.and they sold me these rims as well

Wow, what can I say about this shop, plenty! The service was A-1 and Carlos is truly a good guy! I couldnt even drive it to the shop so a tow truck was sent to my home to pick it up. I had several issues with my car when I brought it in. Carlos communicated with me regarding any issues that I was unaware of before moving forward with any repairs. I respect him so much for that. Also any questions or concerns I had were not only answered but he showed me what he and his staff could do to fix the problem. All the guys are really friendly and I can appreciate that. Believe me these guys know what theyre doing and take pride in what they do. They take their time and if you have any issues, they take care of you right away! And how could I forget the prices, definitely affordable! Look who found a new mechanic, ME!! I will be back soon for my oil change! Sending a big shout out to Carlos and his extremely professional team!

The worst tire shop I ever visited1- Ramses Auto Center sold me 3 new tires which were too expensive compare to the other tire shops2- After they installed them for me I told them to inspect my van to see that the suspensions are ok or not and Carlos the owner or manager told me hell charge me $10 and I said ok and he told me everything is ok after he inspected which was NOT!3- I told them to do alignment to my van because of new tires installation but unfortunately he messed it up and now my car is pulling left and right in freeways,I called him and asked him why my car is pulling left and right without turning left or right? He said bring it back to check it again, after I went back to him he was mad and he didnt pay attention to me and after he was 5 or 10 minutes on the phone with his cellphone (without talking) he told me that I have to wait 3 or 4 hoursAfter 5 hours he came to me and took my car for a test drive to see what he did and after he came back he told me it is normaland I told him it never was like that before and you messed it up, since he was not able to convince me he gave me refund for alignment which he messed it up minus $10

They were fast, professional and true to their word. I usually by tires elsewhere and have to wait in a long line for this same level of service. I drive for a living now and go thru tires annually. Time lost is money lost. So this made for a very convenient stop to get me back on the road quickly. They even armouralled all the tires when they finished. I will be back.

These guys are so nice, the prices are reasonable and the work is guaranteed. What more can you ask for? They leave the car clean, my seat is still where I left it and the gentleman doing the detail work is just amazing. I highly recommend them.

Not too many tire shops are open on a Sunday, but they were. They even had tires for my truck (which arent factory). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Open just about every day.

Not sure where these reviews come from. The owner of this location started arguing with me because I said it was taking long and they never mentioned how long this would take. I could have done a million other things during my day. Then I left and came back and they were still not ready.

They are busy, but they waited for me to get a tire change at closing♥ for that one, and they didnt over charge me 😊.Then my car over heated they fixed that I have to go back for tune-up, brakes and oil problem. Which they gave a great price. I love this place. Its 4/18/17 all this was in one week of car problems​. I will add more after next visit.

The shop is a busy place, however the owner can be a bit of a butt, when uou catch something they did wrong. I guess you can find this with any place of business but dont be nasty.

CAUTION: INDUSTRY CON MENI brought my car in Saturday morning 8a.m.13th of April under (2) untreated issues. •failing ignition switch • start up issues following short drive time periods. I was informed by Mr. Carlos front desk clerk that it was clear of all issues and good to pick up 1:48pm tuesday 16th April.Shortly after leaving the shop I was left with an unsafe vehicle blocking 110 s.freeway traffic, because the alleged good to drive vehicles engine stalled and couldnt start up again. In hand I have the towing bill confirming the freeway pick up and also how unqualified personell @ Ramses are releasing vehicles to the public they KNEW were unsafe to put on the road.Research this business thoroughly before stepping foot in theyre premises.

You have to watch them because they will tell you that they cant repair your tire in order to get you to spend more money on a new or used tire. So alert to all woman out there take a guy or your dad to get a tire fixed at ramses

They will expect you to pay fees without disclosing them in the beginning of your service. Then when you speak up for yourself as I did, they start using racial slurs like YOU PEOPLE... Even when I told the guy I would go get what he asked for and come back but I cant make a tow truck driver wait for me to go do all that. They should have discussed with me the fee in the beginning so that business could have been handled correctly. Called me YOU PEOPLE & MAYATE.. He didnt think I heard him.. Now Im all kinds of racial names and cussed at. Told to get out and never come back. All because they didnt disclose fee information and they had my car for a week.. NEVER ONCE SAID NOTHING...SMH

They stay open past 6 oclock and only charge $10 to fix a flat. Every other place that Ive been to charges $20.

Their customer service is terrible. Walked in and the receptionist was busy so I waited, but when I walked in he gave me the, one moment finger. He then told me to wait at my car until someone came out to my car.No one ever came. In the meantime, I called my normal shop and they told me to bring it on through.As I began backing my car out, the guy who was at the front came running out saying, wait! Wait! I told him I was going elsewhere and he began shooing me out of the driveway. These guys are terrible. Take your ride elsewhere.
