Crown molding painted white and nice cant be returned. Customer buys it will paint it anyway. Homedepot does accept it.Also item return without credit card present cant be processed back into the card. It does not make sense because the system can be processed back to the card info or manually punch in card number as long as it matchs the card was used to purchase.Homedepot does not require credit card present.

Nataly Araizas customer service is second to none. I called the store looking for a range hood vent cap. Nataly asked me if I could email her a picture of the exact cap I was looking for and provide a call back number to notify me whether the item was in stock or not. I received a call within 5 minutes with a photo of the cap I was looking for! I tell you what...If that isnt superior customer service, I dont know what is.

Selection is slightly better than home depot.They also harass you even though its a huge open air store you get asked all the way thru the store if you have a mask and then they ask WHY you cant wear it so I had to disclose my medical condition.Never going back.

Decent prices on many items like windows, but you have to sort through damaged and dirty ones.

Pricing is exceptional when it comes to many comparable items you find at HomeDepot or Lowes. Customer service is amazing, always someone walks in the main aisle that you can ask any questions you have. Only thing that I dislike about this place is there CARTS, OLD, NEVER CLEANED OR RESTORED. Other than that no complaints. Good experience.

I came to this location after being humiliated at the Long Beach location and having them waste 3 hours of my time. As soon as I walked into this store I asked for help and someone was already at the cabinet department before I even got there. A couple of guys assisted each other to make sure I got what I needed. I was even told to let the cashier know if I needed help to load up my items so they can call them.Well I didn’t even need to do that the workers automatically came and assisted! Great customer service! This store needs to train the workers at your Long Beach location who represent your company very negatively!I don’t care if I have to drive the extra miles to get this service! It’s a million times better then going to the Long Beach store where nobody knew anything. Perhaps it would be a good idea if that store trains all employees in every department!

Good prices...they beat Lowes and Home Depot on pricing... But if you have any questions their customer service is subpar... So if your a hardware newbie I would recommend the local hardware store. I came to get some basic drywall and tools so it was good for my personal needs.

This place is designed more for contractors than the general public. They have very competitive prices, basically always beating the other big box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot. They dont have a huge selection but they have the popular stuff, you can get what you need and itll look great. The main reason people seem to dislike this store is the lack of displays. You dont get much in the form of displays. What I like to do is shop at the stores that do have fancy displays, find what I want, then go here and save a lot of money.
