Loved how the representative who helped me solve my issue was fast and patient overall loved the customer service upgraded my phone to a newer model and received great deals as well thank you so much

Had a very frustrating experience with this store, staff including their supervisor need to learn a lot about their job and handling customer service, these people are not an asset to the company, you may wanna look for someone better to win more clients instead.
Went in for a new phone but there was only one employee at the store helping customers. Waited patiently for an hour and when it was my turn the guy gave me the run around about me not being able to get a new phone.
First off let me say If I could put no stars trust me I would but that’s beside the point .The point is I went in expecting to get some new phones that day and left with nothing ; super unsatisfied ! Instead of the Manager Irvine being honest with me he led me to believe I was going to get the phones not that day but within a week . I wasted all my time going through the process just to NEVER have my card charged . when I used the personal number he gave me to follow up with him it wasn’t even in service !! Long story short if you want honesty and great service go to T-Mobile or go to any other AT&T but this location .
Very satisfied with service. The attendant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. Would highly recommend at&t to friends and family

As soon as I walked in the employee Leanna Gonzales was there sitting down texting, no one else was there, she never approached me or welcome me at all I had to approach her for service. Second of all the entire time she was coughing without wearing her mask at all never said excuse me just kept coughing. Worse customer service. Third while I was keeping my distance from all her coughing WITHOUT A MASK she kept texting while I’m there waiting for her to finish with my account, until I had to ask her how much longer since she was more concentrated on her personal texting .. Beware if you see a rep by the name LEANNA GONZALES just stay away to get another rep to help unfortunately for my luck she was the only employee there..!
Bad service they have only 2 girls and they are very slowI have to wait for about 30 mn to ask a question about my services. And this happens every time I go there. I suggest to have more employees for better customer service. Sorry I can rate this store I will do minus 5 stars

Service is very slow. They only have two staff and they were helping other customers and it took for long time. I had to wait for 50 minutes to get to my turn.But staff spent time and effort to helped me and get most of the benefit and discount from AT&T services. I really appreciate the services. Thank you.
Marie is phenomenal and professional. I work in Hollywood and I can say that this is THE best AT&T store in Los Angeles, California. I own a Business and only go to the Gardena AT&T for help with my Business Enterprise account. Very friendly staff. Management is knowledgeable and involved in helping customers. Bought 10 phones for my employees at a low rate. These guys actually try to save you money! I would like to give a shout out to Nijah and Maria at 1691 Artesia for their professionalism and expertise in assisting me. When I came in I was distraught. I thought I had an great experience with AT&T over the phone on 7/21/19, but do to being misinformed by the phone representative it was a nightmare. Nijah personally apologized for the misrepresentation of the rep and held AT&T high in providing quality service to their customers. They assisted me with my issue and invited me to return if I needed any further assistance. The manager lady has really bad attitude and she is a crook. after waiting almost 30 minutes for a replacement Sim card, she tried to charge me for it. then I went to the one in 182 street (they are quick n free of charge). she is deserve to get fired or transfer to 182 store to learn customer service.

I made a payment for my account and they applied it to someone elses account! To top it off I got a disconnection notice. I spent a long time on the phone for hours only to be bounced back n forth saying they could not help me! Each time having to repeat my story! Even walked in to an AT&T store and they even played the store manager! I was so frustrated! At the end they said they were closing! Still havent resolved the issue! I dont know what kinda mickey mouse place you guys are running!

The employee was very rude..i was making an internet payment and didnt have my account # which can be looked up with my phone number, the employee then proceeded to be on his phone texting while I had to call customer service to get the number..custoner service was very helpful. I visited there a couple of days ago. I got what I wanted. Service was great.
I was lied to by a sales associate this morning and told that AT&T no longer offers 2 year contracts. He tried to tell me the only option is the next plan where you make monthly installments for the full retail price of the phone. Not true. Just went to AT&T store in Manhattan Beach. Buyer beware. These people in the Gardena location are not reputable and will lie in order to make $.
11:03 I show up. Door is locked. Girl inside throws her arms up like duh, we arent open yet. Get inside, its clear she doesnt want to be there or help. Hands me a brochure on how to facilitate my insurance claim. Its wierd though... I pay AT&T every month for it.. hmmm.

Att is a scam. Overcharging because I changed my bill due date to 3 days later end up paying $100+ for prorate charge. Its ridiculous.Rip off. Unlimited data does not work everywhere

All of the staff are friendly, although only in English.Every year, I bring a SIM-free (unlocked) iPhone from Japan and purchase AT & T prepaid SIM from here.It will also set up, so you can use the net immediately.
