Great copy machine service. I recommend them to anyone. Kelly answer all my questions, she is very confident about her knowledge and explains everything about the machines. I had the best experience while shopping for my copy machine with Copier1. Anything you need, toner or maintenance they assist you with everything. What I like the most is their attentive service and great attitude.

Bought a printer and delivery took over a month and was extremely filthy and lower tray doesnt work and they promised to send some one out to fix it and clean it and have been emailing then and waiting for them a year know and still havent seen anyone now they say its to late.

WE purchased a refurbished copier 2 years ago and it has been a nightmare. The machine breaks down every month. It is a piece junk according to a few repair guys that have looked at it. When we talked to manager Dan he tells us stop treating him like a slave and why are we even open. Is he for real he must of miss the course on customer service. Dont do business with these people you will be sorry.

Dont do business with this company, the copier i ordered arrived damaged and more issues with software and hardware started after 2 weeks. contacted them and they sent a technician who doesnt know what hes doing. He inserted the wrong password to access the service settings and locked himself out for 24 hours came back and couldnt do anything and told me someone will contact me to solve the issue and nobody showed up after that or even followed up. called over 10 times and got no help or response. they are scam artists, they are nice till they sell you the machine and take your money and then you wont get any response from them. its been 6 month and nobody is answering their phones now and they disabled their website chat. stay away!!

I purchased a Copier last January the was used from another company. Last week it gave me an error code. I called many places that gave me the runaround. One guy wanted to charge me $500 to fix it and he sells the same one refurbished for $850.00. I called this company and Kelley was extremely helpful and friendly and got me in contact with Joe. Joe was amazing, knowledgeable and patient. I got up and running with the firmware I needed to fix my hard drive for more then half the price others quoted me. Other also told me I need many more parts and that was not the case.
