Tonerland is great! They had the toner cartridges I needed at almost half the price of the original product. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. It is under new ownership for two years and from the looks of it, it is improving. The high end office copiers in stock look very impressive. The improvement is a blessing for the community!

This is a great place to get ink jet cartridges for a LOT LESS than the retail stores. I have never had a problem with them and they stand behind their products and there more than half off the ridiculous retail store price.

Saturday, 11/4/2017 - Arrived at the store, it was closed during the advertised open hours. Suggest calling before going over. I cant speak to the customer service. I only get ink there, but it is the lowest price I can find. Including Amazon Prime.

In the vast realm of toner and ink, there can be only one Tonerland. Their prices have slayed those of competitors. *Advice to fellow travelers: ask for discounts on multiple toner cartridges. Tis wise to stack up your black. Fetch them in person, free of shipping costs.And if thou art an educator, take heart and request an educators discount. Tonerland is a champion of our teachers, verily.

Customer Service is a joke. They are not willing to help their customers. Ive been a customer for years and I finally got a real HP 61XL Black cartridge that didnt work.My wife called to confirm they would exchange it for another one. They said sure, just bring it in. They did not honor their word and claimed it was the print head. I ran the clean print head several times and it still messes up. They gave me a phone number for for the HP Service Department. The Tonerland salesperson said HP would replace the cartridge - but the Tonerland salesperson just told me it wasnt the cartridge. Its reasonable for HP but not for Tonerland to replace the cartridge. If you expect good customer service, Id recommend not using Tonerland in Gardena.Called HP and discovered they have the same quality of customer service as they directed me to their website. Buyer beware!!! My wife made contact with HP via email and they asked for the details - Its been 2-days and HP hasnt responded with anything helpful. Tonerland dropped the ball completely by directing me to HP. Spending any more time pursuing HP is FUTILE and Tonerland does NOT seem to care for their long-term customers. Loosing a $35 on a single cartridge voids the small individual purchase savings Ive realized in the past.I never have a problem with Costco - Ill buy my ink from them in the future.Update: I installed a new Black 61XL I received from HP 8-days later - The cartridge was the problem. Printer works fine now.

Very bad service they screwed me up I went to buy a couple of ink cartridges for my personal printer on jun 2012 got generic suggested by sales person, end up not being compatible with my printer went back to return them and they didnt want to give me my money back, I had to buy the original canon cartridges besides the other ones, the man there told me that they will give me a store credit and that I had a year to claim this credit, you dont need to bring your receipt he told me we have you here in our system just give me your phone number and whenever you are ready just give your phone number and we Will retrieve your information. Bs I went there today and I got nothing they claimed I needed my receipt now! By now I threw away the stupid receipt! If you are not going to keep your word dont promise anything! !! I ended up loosing $50.00 when I was trying to save some money .... good luck!! . Profit over people that is for sure! First time and last.
