Ive gone to many different dollar trees and there usually a mess or empty stockwise. This one was quite the opposite everything was organized and stocked perits stocked. I dont think I have ever seen is in a store like this! I will definitely be back! Staff was friendly as well

Staff was very nice but the store looked like a tornado had been through most of the aisles.

Wasnt crowded. Somewhat cluttered but clean. Although their was someone restocking during my visit. So I only saw 3 staff members for a large store. So clutter is understandable. But they might need an extra member to help out.One thing I noticed was that they sale all types of celebratory ballons for a $1 with a large selection. Also air to blow up your balloons too.For the staff; I conversed with two ladies, the manager and a regular staff. Talked about the store and loading/reloading bank and gift cards. They both seemed knowledgeable about what they do there. They seemed very genuinely kind. I felt the wholesomeness.The place in all had a very large selection of things. But I couldnt find post-its so that was one negative.Over all, it was a random stop and go. Havnt been to this store in years. But the place and especially the people stuck out positively in my mind. Kudos to their hiring management and to them.I would usually would give a 4 star (-1 organization) for the missing common items and clutter of boxes. But 4.5 for such an awesome customer service skill. You ladies belong in leadership! Total rounded up: 5 stars.

Poor customer service. One male worker with a red kissing tattoo was completely rude, I asked if I could cancel the transaction and pay with card instead of cash, he mentioned he couldnt reverse the transaction, more like, he just didnt feel like it.DO NOT COME to this Dollar Tree, you will be wasting your time and money, you will get friendlier service elsewhere, this place was completely unprofessional.

I went in here and the lady Ramona was the nicest person ever She was very polite and greeted us as we entered. The store was well organized and clean. I swear the dollar tree In my city of Lancaster needs lessons from this store. The environment was perfect I have never been impressed with a dollar tree until now

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a filthy place and customer service is the worst. The employees yield at you for nothing they have no respect for customers. I had a very bad experience shopping at this place I had to leave the stuff I was going to buy because I couldnt take the employees behavior

The atmosphere does not have the most upbeat vibe, but the cashiers are typically friendly. They are currently stocked for Fall and Halloween decor, so save here before you overspend anywhere else.

Nice but junky

Unfortunately this location is unsanitary, theres products on the floor, everything is unorganized. The floors look like it hasnt been swept nor mopped in a long time. Just a big mess from the front of the store to the back. Who ever is in charge of over looking this location needs to fix this immediately. The community likes shopping at Dollar Tree locations, but these times how everything is, this location is not taking it serious and owners as well. Please fix it immediately, it will be appreciated it.

As an employee of dollar tree its ok and we try to keep the store as clean as possible for the customer and make it a nice experience at our store.

Dirty and never fully stocked

Staff was nice. Store seemed very much in order. BUT when it came around to the TOY section. Dang, it WAS A HOT MESS. I suppose parents could TRY to keep their little ones IN ✔. 😆 good luck

Came into the store and instead of getting greeted I was yelled at by the only cashier in the store, YOU HAVE TWENTY MINUTES! Like seriously? Super unprofessional. I totally get the annoyance of a last minute customer but you dont yell at your customers when they walk in the door. This lady needs training in customer service.

I love this place. They are always busy and need more cashiers but they are real nice and have great things for good prices.

In my experience, this store is always clean and fully stocked. They have a wonderful assortment of cards and decorations and the clerk is very nice! Great experience! The only suggestion I have is for them to have more than one clerk. But interestingly enough, the young lady they have is fast!

I purchased a package a valentine card that should have had 32 Valentine cards in it. And the box was sealed and it only had 26. Sad to say I have to go purchase another box. But the customer service was good.

Most of the time they only had one cashier regardless of the long lines. The store is not organized and needs a lot of attention. Today there was a customer complaining to the manger about the condition of the restroom.

The only place I can get yellow ammonia but its been out for a while Sales representatives are extremely friendly and helpful

Yikes.stuff all over the floors. Boxes blocking the path. So unorganized. The one on Western and 166 is much clearer and you can find a lot more stuff. This one is all bad. Broken stuff too. People left Starbucks cups on the shelf and a few people tasted drinks and just put them back on the shelf too 😂 the lady at the register was nice.

The employees were friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for, full items in stock, pleasant place to go shopping for your grocery, laundry, toiletries.

This store has gone all the way down. Its dirty inside and the employees bring their kids too work, a need this wouldnt be a problem if he wasnt running around screaming and eating playdoh. This store has become such a disappointment

Decent stock, and you can find everything from generic versions of Health Products shampoos nail polish Etc and even Frozen and other assorted forms of food some cold also I like this place the people are friendly and patient

Always dirty, merchandise thrown everywhere. Registers are always cluttered and they never seem to have enough staff around. Employees are nice I just think they are over worked because they are always busy.

They have great affordable prices and have the Jamaican patties brand that I like a lot. The service is great there too.

Every time I come to this store they only have 1 cashier working. Today they have over 12 customers in line and still only 1 cashier.

The lines are a little long, but I can usually find what I need fast.

Always messy, unorganized and they are really bad in keeping stock on shelves!! Half the time I have to go through stuff on shelves in hopes of finding what Im looking for!! For instance you have people food with the dog toys and others items mixed in that doesnt belong in that isle!! Needs better management!!

This dollar tree is a mess. Half of the times Ive been here it looks like it was hit by an earthquake. It seems like theyre understaffed with most of the time having only one cashier being open.

The store is nor organized at all. Its hard to find what you are looking for. Most of the time they only have 2 employees working, sometimes only 1 cashier. If the line is long, nobody seem to care.
