There’s a limited amount of flavors you can choose from, and although that does not personally bother me, everyone is different so that is something to keep in mind. This place was really nice, and calm, nothing too crazy, but not basic either. You could watch while your ice cream roll is being made which is really cool if you’re interested in that. The horchata flavor was the best thing I’ve had in a while, it was so good. And although melty like all ice cream, it was still pretty solid which was weird but good.

The staff was so friendly, they offered suggestions for our toppings. The ice cream was delicious. I got the Thai tea flavor and it was creamy. My absolute favorite flavor is the peanut butter jealous, its my go to with the texture and the flavors. This Thai tea Flavor is probably gunning to be my second favorite. Strawberry shawty is really good too.

Key lime rolled ice cream was the best. Light hint of lime very tasty. Had the Oreo ice cream n it was yummy too

Always an amazing experience when we eat rolled ice cream from here. Our favorite is chunky monkey and oreoland. Super clean and chill environment. The staff is always really nice and helpful as well. They had free masks for customers to take as well.

We visited during the day and not so busy. Service was good. The ice cream with topping was yummy with a very good value compared to a place like cold stone.Experience wise it could be a little confusing. Is it $6.75 for anything I want? How many topping can I put on? It seems like you can do whatever you want and have as much toppings.Flavor wise it was lacking the creamy ice cream taste. The process of being instant ice cream might be the thing to the lack of cream. Just as long as you know this going in then you‘re ok. I added sweeten condensed milk to make up for that taste.The place needs to add pictures to end products so that you can see the end results.Last is a gripe. They need high chairs. People have little kids and ice cream needs two hands.

Ice cream was of course amazing! I got the Oreo Land with some additional toppings like oreos, boba, and their wafer sticks. I recommend this place for all ice cream lovers of all ages. However, it is best to eat them as soon as you get it since it melts much quicker than expected.

Great little spot to grab a cold dessert. They mix a couple of ingredients on a cold plate and have unlimited toppings.

A fun place to go! There was a bit of a wait, but the service was friendly and it was great to see it come together before you. It was $7.03 with tax, but with unlimited toppings and a stamp card incentive to return, the experience is worth the extra cost.We ordered the red matcha, so green tea and red bean, with condensed milk, mango, strawberry and koala cookies!

This place is good. Its similar concept to Coldstone but a little less sweet and less menu options. Ice cream is a little pricey. You need to spend $15 to use your card which makes no sense.

Soooo yummy!!!The coffee flavor with chocolate and caramel is heavenly.The key lime was kinda weird.But they dont weigh it like yogurt land. You get a full portion, unlimited toppings after they pack your cup with yummy rolled-up frozen cream.

I’m basing my review on the quality and taste of the ice cream, I’d rate the service lower. They had a new guy training, and he was trying his hardest, there was a stuff up with my order, where it was given to someone else, and the manager was blaming the new kid, he dismissed me. When my ice cream wasn’t made again, I pointed it out that it was him that made the mistake, not the newbie, at that point he apologised.Not a large range of combinations, and it can be a long wait, you pick which combo you want, and once compelled, you can pick your toppings. It’s cool how you get to see it made, and the ice cream and flavour was delicious.

Custom and freshmade Ice cream with a variety of flavor choices and toppings, its sometimes hard to choose. I have 3 different tasty favorites that I go with. Seeing the crew techniques and styles for making the ice cream then rolling it up, is always entertaining and cool to see.

We came here since Ive seen videos of rolled up ice cream online and found this place through some research.We got the Taro, Horchata, and Fruity Pebbles ice cream they were all really good and they give you a good amount. A little over priced for my taste (about $7 after taxes). FYI: rolled up ice cream doesnt really taste different from regular ice cream!

I went to go visit my dad since I haven’t seen him due to covid. We decided to try something different since we always went to DQ so we Tried Negative 8C. IT WAS AMAZING. absolutely loved it. I got the Mango option and it was soooo good. Tasted as if I was enjoying an actual Mango. Will be going again next time I got next month!

First time at this location and first time trying rolled ice cream. Customer service was great, the two ladies at the front greeted my family and were attentive. I ordered the Horchata rolled ice cream and it was perfect. Not to sweet, just right. The environment is chill and a good place for all the family. This is now my go to place for rolled ice cream.

Chocolate monkey is a must but if youre a cereal fan, like me, capn crunch and fruit pebbles is fire.

I have never being to this city before. And the place sucks. I drove 45 min out of my way to come try this icecream. And they told me they would not sale anything to me. Because of 15 dollars minimum. I will never be back. And will tell people to stay away.

I didnt like the orchata flavor ice cream. Orchata definitely is better as a drink, as an ice cream it lacks flavor. Next time I go in going to try the mango flavor. You can mix figures in one cup, you dont have to get the whole thing the same. Had I known that going in, I would have gotten half mango.

Good Thai fried ice cream, long wait though. The ice cream may seem a little pricey, but the amount you get is more than two/three scoops worth, very shareable. Unlimited toppings, I assume as long as it fits.If youre unfamiliar with Thai fried ice cream, basically they poor cream onto a freezing plate of metal and make the ice cream on the spot, so it takes a while and is interesting to watch. Nothing is actually fried.They also have regular scooped ice cream from Thriftys. Theres no non-dairy options. Plenty of parking. Some good restaurants nearby in the same plaza.

Its a cool trendy place with great cool ice cream but the staff wasnt helpful at all. Me and my friend were standing in front of the cashier who was busy getting something done for about 15min and didnt acknowledge us at all, it was obvious that he was busy but he did not greet us which was kinda weird, then when he was ready he just looked at us. He did the same thing when it was time to chose our toppings, he didnt let me know how many I could get or what my options were so I just chose one. The best part was watching the girl make the ice cream rolls but other than that it was just OKAY

STAPLE in ice cream!!! What The ****?!OMG. It has never happened to me but it sadly did. I went to get an ice cream. My family members and I were sharing delicious ice cream and OMG OMG OMG my adult family member spitted out A STAPLE from the ice cream!!!!! Oh my gosh. We immediately stopped eating. The staple was not even in folded shape but just rectangular shape. How did that happen?! I notified the cashier and she refunded the amount and she threw away the staple but now I am so scared if I swallowed or any kids swallowed before adult member found the staple.Small sharp object can puncture organs and can become fatal.I plan to contact the owner or corporate office or some sort....Yes, ice cream is good but I dont want to die so I will never go back....I must mention that I cannot recommend family to visit there if a person understands English since the background music they play is EXPLICIT (many F*** word in songs and many other unsuitable words for ice cream shop). It is unnecessary for kids to be listening so I always tell kids to wait outside. Absolutely NOT family friendly ambience..... I must assume that the workers are not professional and mature enough to understand business dos and donts.
